Pros:

Good location, good breakfasts, cheerful staff, comfortable bed.

Cons:

There were a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved the second day. The sheets were very worn. A no frills hotel.

Needs to be updated in order to make it cleaner. Carpet is old and looks dirty. One screen had a very large whole in it - looked suspicious for some kind of nefarious activity.

God awful will never stay again.

Cons:

Had no working air conditioning on very hot day. Had to ask them to get the circuit breaker turned on so the main floor bathroom lights worked while I waited two hours to get in my room. They have not made repairs in the rooms and what they have were dangerous see pictures. Non-working phones couldn't call front desk, Had to hold dirty shower head because attatchment to tub enclosure had been cut exposing jagged metal edge. No screens on the two windows on the two different rooms they tried to put me in. Individuals changing sheets ( or so they claim) had left personal phone on the floor in the room. Dirty sheets.

Great Place for a Great Proce
Pros:

Stayed here for a few nights and honestly had a really good experience. The room was clean, the staff was friendly without being over the top, and everything was pretty smooth from check-in to checkout. The bed was comfortable, the location was convenient, and it felt like they actually cared about keeping the place nice. Will stay again for certain!

Disappointing is an understatement

The room, inadequate facilities, staff obnoxious, unwelcoming, rude, unhelpful, unaccommodating and plain bloody minded, discriminatory and frankly did not give a shit to my circumstances. Didn't even care when I said I could not stay there. Very unhelpful with the fact I requested a full refund due to the above reasons. He literally didn't give a shit. One of the most unpleasant individuals I've ever come across in the hotel industry

Convenient stay
Pros:

Room was clean, staff very helpful, good value for price. Location really convenient with many restaurants close. Had my two dogs with, plenty of convenient areas outside for them to walk, get exercise, use the restroom
