Terrible and filled with rude employees.

Cons:

The customer service. The employees were extremely rude and wanted to charge me double for the room when I had already paid online. They kept lying saying they were only going to charge my card $50 for the deposit but kept trying to charge it for $150 when the $100 for the room had already been took out of my bank. They were not helpful at all and got angry due to me not wanting to pay another $100. I will never go back to a Microtel again, which is sad because I went to one in Omaha and had a great experience.

Absolutely awful hotel.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Staff does not pay attention to anything. Room was dirty, room presentation is an afterthought, booking.com will say you pay nothing on arrival then the hotel charges you more money anyways.

Pros:

I like the location and that it's not Very old

Cons:

We got there around 9.15 pm and I had to ""ring their buzer"" on the counter
At least. 3 times before someone finally came to check us in

Cons:

There were a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved the second day. The sheets were very worn. A no frills hotel.
