Great staff, impressive hotel entrance. Rooms not as good unfortunately.
Pros:

Staff was excellent. The lobby and reception area is very impressively decorated and laid out.

The staff including the manager was very helpful, polite and approachable. The spa was a bonus incl massage, pool area a nice place to relax.

Cons:

The maintenance in the room and corridors etc is not of the best quality, which was a big let-down, and took away the majestic feel of the main hotel area.

Small details like paintwork, door architraves, repair work has been done very poorly, which was a shame, as this place has great potential.

Pros:

La proximité de l’aéroport pratique pour des départs matinaux. Belle réception et belle piscine.

Cons:

Ne mérite pas ses étoiles. Chambres spartiates, sans aucun charme, linges de bain usagés et effilochés, odeur de cigarette sur le linge de lit, pas de climatisation, très mauvaise insonorisation (bruits trafic et chambres voisines), pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, personnel lent voire incompétent(sauf une dame au restaurant).
Je déconseille fortement.

Petit déjeuner et l'emplacement.

Cons:

Bruyant, les cloisons sont très fines, mauvaise isolation.
Wifi qui saute dans certaines chambres.
Serviettes déchirées.
Hôtel vieillissant, besoin d'une grosse rénovation.
