Exceptional manager Saad but very slow service
Pros:

Manager Saad was very helpful, and accommodating. He allowed us to stay over our check out time which should have been at 12.30, but our flight was late in the evening. Anything we asked for he would be very helpful and get things done. He was very much the best thing the hotel has.
The bell boy was very helpful, exceptionally great he even ran after the taxi for us when we needed to get somewhere. Loved his service

Cons:

Breakfast could have had a little more hygiene practice, for example wasps and flies were all over the bakery like cakes and pastries, they should have been covered with an actual lid. Rooms had a strange sewage smell. Duvet covers were not clean as you'd expect them to be. Simple things like kettle or water or refreshments were not available in the room as a basic requirement. We had to go out and get these things ourselves. Overall service was absolutely slow. When asked for a tissue roll yourewaiting 2+ hours, had to keep calling the reception. They also got our bill wrong and tried to charge extra for our food bill when we paid everything on the go as we were ordering. That felt incompetent on their side as the staff had receipts of the actual bill but made us pay extra anyway.

Este hotel es una ruina
Cons:

El hotel está en muy malas condiciones de mantenimiento y conservación. Está muy muy lejos de parecerse a las fotos y muy muy lejos de la calidad de un 5 estrellas (ni siquiera 3 estrellas). Todo estaba roto o en mal estado, salvo la cama y la piscina. El desayuno era igualmente decepcionante.

Fantastic Palace like hotel with huge spacious rooms that are decorative & beautiful to be in .
Pros:

The rooms , corridors & lobby were so spacious & decorative . It felt like a palace . It was an easy walk to the Medina , but we were able to come back from the heat & business to calm & peace . The pool was so refreshing in the heat of the day . The staff were the friendliest people I have ever encountered in a hotel . The architecture inside was exceptional with so many tiles & carved painted ceilings . Big rooms . Great buffet breakfast .

Cons:

There are 2 things that need immediate attention . 1. New Bath Towels . They were thread bare & thin . 2. No reading lights next to the bed . If these two things were addressed it would push it up a notch …

L'emplacement, la piscine et le petit-déjeuner !

Cons:

A notre arrivée, pas de climatisation dans la chambre, pas de bouteille d'eau et frigo débranché
alors qu'il faisait 42° et une chaleur étouffante ! Inadmissible !

Our stay was quite disappointing, issues were not resolved despite forwarding them to the reception.
Pros:

The rooms are quite spacious in size, and the cleaners are nice and helpful.

Cons:

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights and was quite distressed from our stay. First of all, there is pigeon feces all around the pool, these are not cleaned and we saw these same dried feces every day. This obviously makes you hesitant to swim and rest alongside the pool edge. Secondly, the breakfast options are not great, you have someone making omelettes and eggs. Other than that you have your pastries which are swarmed by flies. We could not eat the fruit because of how much flies were present on them (there were literally flies and insects within the fruits and so was impossible to eat these). I did explain my queries to the reception on our third night, but they didn’t take any steps to solve these issues as the same issues were present the next 2 days we were there. Honestly a disappointing stay, although the location is really good as you can walk to the market and to the famous Marrakech square.
