N’y allez pas … autant aller dans une auberge de jeunesse

Le personnel au petit déjeuner et du nettoyage des chambres étaient très sympathique.
Bien que le petit déjeuner n’était pas trop complet et m’a rendu malade dès le premier jour . Attention leurs jus de fruits ne sont jamais au frais …

À savoir que j’ai vu un oiseau manger le pain directement sur le buffet … je n’ai rien contre la présence d’un petit oiseau néanmoins pas avec une conséquence direct sur la nourriture .

En 1 semaine des traces de pattes de chat sur le meuble du buffet de petit déjeuner n’ont jamais été nettoyés… j’adore les animaux mais pas dans les plats … et de la poussière
Avant la réservation je pensais en vue des commentaires que les personnes abusaient sur l’aspect vieillot de l’hôtel mais non vous arrivez vraiment dans un hôtel qui avait tout l’air luxueux mais … il y a plus de 20 ans … tout est beau mais quand on s’approche rien ne va. Notre baignoire était fissuré à plusieurs endroits (je n’aurais rien dit si c’était de simples rayures ) mais la non le premier jour j’ai posé le pied dans la baignoire , le sol de la baignoire s’est affaissé et de par la fissure est apparu un liquide marron … donc les premiers jours nous avons du éviter ses fissures ouvertes en nous douchant puis vient le moment où on nous propose de changer de chambre … on test en marchant dans la baignoire RAS on accepte le changement. On s’aperçoit très vite que rien ne va dans la chambre ; porte des toilettes qui restent coincé si on veut la fermer donc super on ne peut pas faire nos besoins sans pouvoir la fermer , le pommeau de douche fuit à tout va ( il nous reste un petit filet d’eau pour se doucher à travers le pommeau ) , un morceau de la table de chevet est tombé sur le pied de mon amie ( un matin au réveil c’est tombé sans que l’on fasse quoi que ce soit )
Je ne parle pas de la literie qui est horriblement dure dans les 2 chambres et pourtant nous avons toute deux avec mon amie voyager dans plusieurs pays .
Il est noté une salle de sport … les 3/4 des équipements ne fonctionnent pas et sont sales ou vétustes impossible de faire du sport, à côté une salle de jeu mais rien ne fonctionne aussi et ces deux salles sentent mauvais le tabac ; d’ailleurs il y a même des mégots au sol …
La piscine est non chauffée, nous avons pu mettre qu’une main dedans car gelée
on nous a mis dans une chambre communicante où on entendait les pets des voisins, odeur de cigarette et conversation…

For a 5* it lacked quality, with tiles falling off, we asked for upgrade which cost more a bigger room but handle on bathroom door broken, and toilet seat didn't fit properly.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et l’emplacement est très bien

Le personnel est accueillant et très sympathique et c’est propre.

Cons:

On sent que l’hôtel est vieillissant et pas forcément entretenu dans les salles de bain

Prima devo ringraziare la signorina Hanan per l'accoglienza è stata veramente molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura era accogliente e pulita. Ottima posizione. Lo staff era molto gentile.
