Pros:

The reception Staff and management were very good always, but pool staff for food weren't very quick to respond. Take ages, breakfast was very good always can't complain.

Cons:

Arcade weren't working, AC wasn't working but as I previously mentioned management did find solutions and sorted this out for me.

le petit déjeuner est juste catastrophique pour un hôtel pareil, il faut attendre pour avoir une table , il faut attendre pour les tasses a café ,il faut attendre pour avoir du thé , il faut attendre et attendre encore et encore , j'ai arrêter de prendre le petit dej a l'hôtel,
Il faut être matinale car les rideaux ne vous laisse pas le choix, dès 6h du matin il fait jour dans la chambre
cet hôtel et ses équipements ne sont pas digne d'un 5 étoiles, tout et à revoir sauf pour la gentillesse du personnel qui reste excellente.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : le service, la propreté, le confort, l’ambiance et surtout la gentillesse de toute l’équipe. 🥰
Une mention spéciale pour Saad, qui a été aux petits soins avec nous, toujours disponible, souriant et attentif au moindre détail. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. ❤️

Cons:

La réception et le service étaient très mauvais. À notre arrivée, nous avons subi un retard important lors de l’enregistrement. Le service de restauration était également très décevant. Plusieurs équipements étaient en mauvais état, et le service de ménage n’était pas satisfaisant.

Malheureusement, cette expérience a été très décevante et je ne suis pas satisfait de la qualité des services proposés.
