Rodeway Inn Carrollton I-35E

It is a horrible place to stay nothing like the internet saids and there was no no fitted sheet on the mattress it was a flat sheet and vwey uncomfortable beds no cable TV the ac didn't work great i will never stay there again

1. Air conditioning was too loud.
2. Rusty freezer
3. Poor room installation
4. Short of shampoo and conditioner
5. Lack of bottled water
6. Expired coffee

Great staff room looked clean the tub had some brown stuff in it when u turned the water on and after we showered the restroom smelt like sewage so we had to keep the door closed

Stayed because it was paid for a week. Didnt sleep in the bed slept in the chair.

We got checked in right before the concert and left stuff in our room. By the time we got in late that night we actually looked around. The mini fridge leaked and had a tray under it. The bed sheets were stained and you could tell they hadn’t been changed by where the spots were on both the flat and fitted sheet. There were also stains on the pillows. We slept in top the bed covering. The toilet ran all night and the room never cooled down.

The expressway was blocked I wasn’t even able to get back there once I left to get my things!

I give them a pass on the bad entrance because of the road work. No local channels could only find pluto and other apps and nothing worked. The usb connections didnt work, and the plug in fried a new nintendo switch. The room was okay but not the best and could hear people up and down the hall all hours of the night talking and screaming sat morning. Beware

What a mistake. This place doesn’t look like the pictures. I arrived to barricaded and locked doors and a thick glass window to talk to the clerk through. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke or pot. Thank God I got a room with two beds because one of them had a hole in the mattress. The bathroom had a tub with a shower head, but there was no way to turn on said showerhead so I was forced to take a bath. However there is no drain plug and there is a fold out metal seat for handicap people in the way which made it impossible. At least the air conditioner worked well.
After checking out, I realized I had an additional $90 fee from the hotel, I had to call them and have them remove it. It was not a service charge, either the Night Shift clerk did not know what he was doing or he was trying to get extra money out of me.
I will never stop here again.

TXDOT was going service on the access road and taking down the bridge right next to us. We had no access to the property for a bit and they worked, loudly, until 6am.

Television didn't work

Booked a room and when we got there it stunk and the floors had a bunch of sticky spots and I were dirty. asked for a different room and it was unfortunately even worse with peoples hair on the floor and literal toe nail clippings on the floor in the bathroom. Very obvious that they do nothing to clean their floors after guests. It wasn’t busy at all and I see why there was only a few people staying there.

I've rented rooms at this location numerous times. It has become run down. The televisions doesn't work. They want you to use your prime or netflix to watch tv. The phones in the rooms are trash. The young girl knew nothing about doing her job. She acted as if i was bothering her. I will not stay at this place again. They charge $100 per night it feels like by the hour.

The second floor badly smelle of cigarette smoke. On a non smoking floor through out our stay.

No working television. Moved to a different room television didn't work in both

The room was dirty, not vacuumed probably for weeks, brought up the issue with the desk clerk with no avail.
No room service, we came late on the second night, the room was not attended, no shampoo, no soap, no towels, no toilet paper etc.

First the room was outdated and the room was so musty smelling it was weird because no one was in the other rooms but all doors was slamming all night also the shower leaked and room had no extra towels or room service never came around the water was so hard on my skin .. this is a horrible hotel

The television was a nightmare. The lady couldn't get it to work properly. This has been a repeated problem

There was an awful smell in the lobby . No smoking signs on the doors, however you could smell marijuana in the halls. Room was not cleaned, bed made , trash or fresh towels after the first night. Glad we were only staying the night.
