Falta mantenimiento.
Las instalaciones exteriores son preciosas, muy bien cuidadas y con mucho encanto. La cama de la habitación era muy cómoda y espaciosa, lo que hizo la estancia más agradable.
El baño necesita urgentemente una reforma, ya que se ve muy anticuado y poco cuidado. En general, la habitación transmite falta de mantenimiento. El grifo de la bañera funcionaba mal, saliendo agua tanto por el grifo como por el maneral al mismo tiempo. El flexo de la ducha estaba deteriorado y resultaba incómodo. Además, había bastante moho en la bañera y la mampara. Para rematar, la televisión no funcionaba. Se percibe que en su momento fue un hotel de gran nivel, con buenas instalaciones y materiales de calidad, pero actualmente da la sensación de vivir más de su pasado que de un mantenimiento acorde a su categoría.
