The hotel is very nice, a little worn but you can tell they are working on modernising and updating things. The spa is very nice, especially the Roman part, some things need fixing but again you can see improvements being made.
We had a minor issue with losing electricity in the room but we were moved quickly and then the guest experience team helped compensate.

La estancia fue genial, el hotel cumple con las estrellas que tiene. Desayuno muy completo, con variedad. Hicimos cena en el hotel, con menú degustación y la verdad que calidad-precio excelente. ¡Repetiremos!
El desayuno y la cama doble es lo mejor. Las camas individuales de la Suite familiar tienen los somieres a renovar.
Falta mantenimiento. Es una pena con lo bonito que era. Da lástima ver un espacio supuestamente de lujo con deterioro.
En el spa lo mismo.
El sistema de cierre de taquillas no funciona y es una imcomodidad. Deberian cambiar el sistema.
La habitación era muy grande, muy silenciosa y la cama era muy cómoda.
El foro en el balneario creo q era muy elevado.
