Relajante y con muy buen personal
Pros:

El spa, había una camarera/ recepcionista, creo que se llamaba Laura, con el pelo rojo, que fue super simpática y atenta con nosotros.

Cons:

Por la noche el aire acondicionado estaba un poco fuerte y no lo supimos bajar, pero bueno eso ya creo que es cosa nuestra

Una estancia casi idílica

Me encantó la atención al cliente de Joel el recepcionista, fue muy atento, carismático y sobre todo su amabilidad al recibirnos y en cualquier consulta hasta el fin de la estancia fue inmejorable, la habitación era preciosa, el spa increíble y grandioso, valí la pena pagar el spa, los alrededores tanto la piscina como la zona del restaurante y todo estaba impecable y idílico

Las únicas pegas que tuve fueron que considero que el precio es muy elevado para ser tan solo una sola noche, aun que lo que menos me gustó y me pareció un poco indignante fue pagar la bienvenida romántica que incluía pétalos, decoración con cisnes, una botella de cava 🍾 y supuestos bombones y que fuera como lo encontramos( los bombones eran como caramelos de chocolate pequeños, NO ERAN BOMBONES JAJAJ), los pétalos los pusieron solo en la cama y eran muy pocos y de plástico, los cisnes si fueron bonitos pero esperaba algo más trabajado para ser 45€ la (BIENVENIDA ROMÁNTICA) ya que esperaba mucho más, lo pagué para pedirle compromiso a mi pareja, tras entrar a la habitación finalmente se lo pedí de todas formas pero quedó muy simple ya que yo imaginé una decoración más trabajada y no algo que podría haber hecho yo por menos dinero y de mejor forma, les dejo una foto de la decoración que hicieron por 45€ aún que yo diría que por ese precio que tienen para ello solo vale la botella que dan jajajaj.

El restaurante, una atención pésima, 25 minutos esperando para que traigan la carta, esto al medio día, y para cenar nos sirvieron los platos sin traer agua pan, etc.. lo tuvimos que reclamar (ya nos traían los segundos)
