Desayuno muy bueno. La cena que teníamos incluida en el restaurante El Raconet fue excelente. El ambiente muy tranquilo, la habitación espaciosa y el personal muy amable, sobre todo en la zona del SPA. El masaje de Irene fue espectacular. Era un regalo de cumpleaños para mí madre y quedó encantada.
El hotel necesita reformas, se nota el paso del tiempo, y hay zonas un poco abandonadas

Ya somos clientes habituales, siempre es maravilloso contar con un lugar donde sientes que realmente te resetean la vida. Excelente atención, comida, instalaciones y los masajes son fabulosos.
Solo una sugerencia, pero en el área de la piscina de arriba al aire libre sería muy agradable para mejorar aún más la experiencia contar con bebidas refrescantes , porqué si estás tomando el sol es necesario.
The room and the breakfast were excellent. The spa had improved since my last visit in April when many of the jets etc weren't working properly.
Having to pay 20 euros a night to park. The car park is empty it is not at a premium.
The sauna and hammam were not available.

Estaba ubicada en el primer piso ,y las ventanas no se podían abrir ,ya que los exteriores de las ventanas no estaban en condiciones de salubridad.(sucios llenos de excrementos de paloma ...)
ХУДШИЙ ОТЕЛЬ ЗА ПОСЛЕДНЕЕ ВРЕМЯ. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ.
Мы приехали в Blancafort Spa Termal специально отметить годовщину свадьбы и рассчитывали на приятный отдых в 4-звёздочном спа-отеле. В итоге выбор отеля просто испортил нам праздник.
Состояние номера и самого отеля ужасное. Облупившаяся краска, сырость и плесень, потёки на стенах, повреждённая отделка. Всё старое, обшарпанное и давно требует серьёзного ремонта.
При бронировании я отдельно просила номер с одной цельной двуспальной кроватью. В итоге нам дали две отдельные кровати, просто сдвинутые вместе. Для поездки на годовщину свадьбы это особенно неприятно. При этом отель выглядел полупустым, поэтому совершенно непонятно, почему нельзя было учесть такую простую просьбу гостя.
В номере была всего ОДНА нормальная розетка. Пульт от кондиционера не работал, в номере было холодно. После спа элементарно негде высушить мокрые купальники.
Отдельная история — с розеткой. Когда я подключила свой Dyson, он моментально отключился, сработала защита устройства. Я действительно подумала, что мой Dyson сгорел. В итоге в день годовщины я осталась без укладки, без локонов и с окончательно испорченным настроением. К счастью, уже дома я подключила его к нормальной розетке, и он снова заработал. То есть проблема была именно с электропитанием в номере. Для 4-звёздочного отеля это, мягко говоря, ненормально.
После уборки нам не оставили халаты, а полотенце оставили одно на двоих. Раковина забита. Ящики в тумбах нормально не закрываются. Это уже не вопрос устаревшего интерьера — это отсутствие элементарного обслуживания и нормального содержания номера.
Отдельный вопрос — парковка за 20 € в сутки. При таком состоянии отеля могли бы хотя бы не брать дополнительные деньги за парковку.
Из плюсов могу отметить только спа — оно более-менее приличное — и неплохие завтраки. На этом всё.
При стоимости около 200 € в сутки есть огромное количество гораздо более достойных вариантов. Мы выбрали этот отель в первую очередь из-за термальных вод и
La Habitación preciosa, spa y piscina de lujo y el personal todos muy bien, atentos.... sobre todo los camareros y el metre. El buffet del desayuno estupendo, aunque falta atención en dietas especiales.
El restaurante, sí me gustó pero tenían platos que no eran acorde con un 4 estrellas, por ejemplo, salmón con crema de apio-rábano y espinacas a la catalana, pues la espinacas a la catalana eran cuatro hojas de espinacas sin cocinar y cuatro pasas, y otro plato como ejemplo es bacalao con crema de pimientos, pues el bacalao estaba crudo y el plato no tenia ninguna calidad.
El lugar, las instalaciones, la decoración y que está céntrico si quieres ver el resto de ciudad
La atención de recepción no fue muy buena. Cuando hicimos el check out dejamos las pulseras y la tarjeta y horas después me escribieron para saber por qué no las habíamos devuelto, dando ya por supuesto que no las habíamos devuelto. Un mensaje muy poco amable la verdad.
Los jardines
El acceso en coche algo complicado, y el cumplimiento estricto del horario de check in (no pudimos acceder a la habitación ni cinco minutos antes de las 15:00)
Mucho, muy recomendable.
Que un daikiry en el restaurante del jardín valiese 14€, y a parte estaba malísimo.
