Cons:

The lady at front desk was not friendly at all ! I believe her name was Joy ( she didn’t have much Joy at all !

Great Location in The Villages
Pros:

We stayed here about a year ago and the hotel is starting to look a little tired since the last time we stayed there. Great location with a easy walk to Spanish Springs Town Center. The room was very comfortable with lots of seating but some of the furnishings were showing it's age. The breakfast was good with a friendly staff. The front desk staff was very friendly. Still a nice hotel and we would stay again.

Never Again
Pros:

My car was broken into while staying here. My car was parked in their parking lot. There was no camera surveillance.
When I asked the front desk attendant if could park my car under their covered parking until Safelite could fix my car because my window was completely missing
I was denied
When I questioned their policy for security in their parking lot
The manager said it was a public parking lot (which it’s not , it’s the hotel parking lot ) and it wasn’t their responsibility
I asked the manager how I can feel secure about my car on their property she told me to put plastic on my window
This is a company that generates millions of dollars and there are no plans in place for their patrons or their vehicles to be secure . The majority of these patrons are seniors. What a horrible experience, I’m on a work trip and was forced to stay here for a week because all the other hotels were booked I would have been better off staying in a motel or my car for that matter
DO NOT GIVE THESE POEOPLE YOUR MONEY
THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SAFETY
THEY DIDNT MIND CHARGING ME OVER $1500 for 5 days though plus what I have to pay for uber and car repair
