Very good but nothing was told to us about anything or a complimentary room or stay or nothing
Pros:

I like the spacious room I had and the a/c worked well

Cons:

Didn’t like the fire Alarm after midnight and no one could tell us nothing , frightened everyone there and were all up and standing around wondering what’s going on. I was half naked and he to put clothes on to sit in the car cause the alarm was so loud.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing! So polite and kind to us and my children. Gave them coloring pages and even held onto a toy my son left at breakfast for us. They let us know when it was storming as we were headed to the pool so we could wait, helped us with the breakfast food and even made my kids feel so welcome.

Cons:

Mattresses were sort of hard.

Fairly comfortable, but the property has seen its better days.
Pros:

I didn’t eat the breakfast except for fruit. There were only 2 pieces of fruit when I was looking,

Cons:

There was a musty/moldy smell right out of the elevator on the second floor. It wasn’t bad in our room, thank goodness. Unfortunately, the fire alarm was pulled the second night of our stay at midnight and took awhile to get it turned off. I hope it wasn’t that disgruntled employee who quite that night that pulled the alarm.

Nasty Beds and sorry room service.
Pros:

Price.

Cons:

Dirty beds - looked well made but I pulled back the sheets they were unchanged, had to sleep on top of bed covers. Next day in the morning asked for clean linen and didn't get any till 8pm , what sorry service, never again for sure.
