Hotel perfecto para unos dias de turismo por Madrid
Pros:

El hotel tenia todo lo que necesitabas, una habitación que ha sido reformada recientemente, al menos las de la planta 5 donde estábamos, con un par de camas comfortables, televisor, baño con todo lo imprescindible y con una excelente recepción de señal wifi. Nuestras habitaciones 507/509/511 estaban en el interior y eran muy tranquilas. La ubicación perfecta al lado de la Linea 3 de metro y diversas paradas de bus. Todo el personal muy amable y eficiente.

Cons:

La verdad es que no sabría indicar nada negativo ya que de buena mañana salíamos a dar vueltas por la ciudad y volvíamos a la noche, por lo que la utilización de los servicios del hotel por nuestra parte fue totalmente satisfactoria

gutes durchschnittliches Hotel in einem Volksviertel.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer U-Bahnstation. In der Umgebung gibt es auch viele Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants. Und außerdem liegt das Kulturzentrum Matadero gleich nebenan.

Cons:

Die Mauern im Hotel sind sehr hellhörig. Ich höre es wenn mein Nachbar fernsieht oder wenn er sich duscht. Ich weiß, daß das in Spanien normal ist aber immerhin stört es mich.

If you don't care using the metro you'll get good value and comfortable accommodation for less money
Pros:

The breakfast was really good. The lady who was serving it was so nice, smiley and hospitable. I enjoyed the way she communicated with guests. My regards!
I had been thinking that the location wouldn't be good. It seemed to me that the city centre is too far. I was aware of the fact that I shall be using metro but the use of it was so easy. The metro station is just behind the corner and it took five stations of the line 3 to get to SOL, which is the heart of the city. It was quiet at night so I got good value for the money I paid which is pretty less than in the city centre.

El desayuno, Marisa es muy simpática y siempre dispuesta, admiro su memoria, estuvimos en 2 ocasiones separadas por 15 días, se acordaba perfecto de todo. Nos dejaron los bolsos en el hotel luego del Check out

Buen hotel pero con detalles descuidados
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente y la habitación era bastante amplia, especialmente el baño. Todos los días nos cambiaron las toallas y nos hicieron la cama.

Cons:

La habitación estaba descuidada. Deberían cuidar ciertos detalles como la suciedad de las paredes que necesitan ser pintadas urgentemente, o algunos muebles que se ven viejos y deteriorados (el escritorio o las mesitas de noche). La habitación disponía de televisor pero era muy viejo y no era smartTV (por el precio de la habitación podrían al menos instalar un chromecast o similar). Además el mando del televisor se desmontaba y era casi imposible manipularlo.
