I booked a room through Expedia had already paid for the room and when I got there they try charging me the entire stay again. Had to speak with a manager that said she couldn’t do anything so I had to cancel my reservation and get another reservation under another name. Customer service sucks!

Came to the hotel and checked in at 3pm the room wasn’t ready and stated I would receive a text once it was. Two hours later and it still wasn’t ready. Since it was a week day we only had till 7pm to use the indoor waterpark, the only reason we were there. And only when we complained then our room
Was ready after 20 mins manager didn’t care brushed it off like we can only get what we can done no customer service what so ever ruined our little getaway will probably never come back to this location and we came 3-4 times already

Good: Front desk, water park, restaurant, stores staff were all very friendly. The hotel was very clean and it was very convenient to have everything right there.

Bad: Had the do not disturb sign on the door during my stay. On Sunday housekeeping attempted to enter my room unannounced. Thankfully the latch was done but they still were attempting. They did not stop till I went to the door and asked if I could help them. All they said was sorry. We had to go to the front desk to report this as we had no clue who was trying to enter our room. For a while I was scared to even try and leave the room. This was very unpleasant

Up till 11pm the people above us and the room to the right had children that would constantly run back and forth and yell in the room.

There were children also constantly running back and forth in the hallways.We did not report this cuz it says the quiet time is not till 11, it really should be changed to 10 and there should at least be signs that say no running in the halls

The dining at alta vida was not very good at all. I ordered a pork chimichanga. The waitress came back and said they were out of pork so I got the chicken. It arrived and the chimichanga was in a pile of oil or grease. Turned out there was a ton of cheese inside, more cheese rhen chicken actually. The chicken itself somehow was pretty dry and was like they just took a bland chicken breast chopped it up and stuffed inside. It just wasn't very good at all.
