Staffs are friendly. The bed is comfortable.
The rooms looked as though they could benefit from a little repainting or refurbishment. We also noticed some moss or mould in the gaps between the bathroom tiles. Additionally, the shower head was fixed in place and could not be moved, which made it a little difficult to shower young children, especially those who may be afraid of water coming directly from above.
The support and friendliness of the staffs.
Driving there was some how confusing.
The staff went above and beyond my expectations, from front of desk, to bar staff, to cleaning crew.

Great location, staff friendly - I was kindly given a drinks voucher at check in - and very helpful - I had an issue with my tv which was sorted very efficiently. I also noted that I would like a room with a runway view which was adhered to. Room service is reasonably priced too and food is good.
Location to Heathrow is very good, underground is only a 10 min walk away. Restaurant was good for breakfast and the bar area had plenty of variety. Staff were very helpful when needed.
Gets very busy at check in time, so be prepared.
Overlooking Heathrow and close to underground station
I like that it was a few minutes to the tube/bus station and the airport. the breakfast and room was great.
Being in the 70's and carrying my luggage up the steps in the tube station was not fun.
