Easy and convenient to reach the airport via tube.
Great aircon in 37 deg heat. Great breakfast.
We arrived in the afternoon and had a early flight. This was the perfect place to stay. Super easy.
Nothing
This hotel is a good transition point if you need to stay overnight in Heathrow airport. Those options inside the airport would be far too expensive for us to spend just a quick night while some had terrible comments and reviews. This hotel is just one tube stop away from the centre of Heathrow and the CP value is good. The room is spacious for 3 of us. The staff is extremely helpful, my flight was delayed and they helped me to adjust my booking so that my son can check in to rest on time, very nice gesture!
The room was a bit old and there is no options of breakfast nearby, so book breakfast options if you need it. Expensive if you pay on the spot.
Cleanliness
To fair from terminal 2
Room size, main bar/restaurant
Elevators very slow, long waiting time. Distance from any bus station , breakfast too expensive
Quiet and cozy
Nothing . All was good
Was facilitated an earlier check in subject to availability (12 pm), that was really helpful. Restaurant menu had multiple options although wasn't able to avail it due to a short stay.
Room size could be better, Shower area too tight and water dripped when using the shower. Shuttle should be more reliable and competitively priced.
Close to the airport
Food was okayish, really just to stay until you flight
Breakfast buffet was excellent-- good mix of hot proteins, fresh waffles, fresh fruit, and plenty of coffee to go around.
Also there is coffee in the waiting area if you want it.
Room was all right.
Compared to Terminal 2 location, price is good. Location is convenient if you use public transit and have little luggage. (I took the Piccadilly from Terminal 5 to Hatton Cross.)
Good temperature control.
I had to wash the spoon and teakettle to a cleaner state than I found them before I could use them.
My foot also had a disagreement with the handle on the bathtub when I was getting out after using the shower. (Ouch.)
I am not a fan of the half-wall shower because water splashes out of bounds onto the floor. Also I wish the water pressure from the shower were higher, but the lower pressure drip design was probably to reduce splashing on the floor.
I think I'll ask for synthetic bedding next time because I found out the hard way I was allergic to black down.
shuttle good, restaurant ok and rooms very small but its London.
Staff were great
Thanks Raisa and Satish especially. 👍
