Clean, friendly and helpful staff, extremely quiet.
A lot farther from terminal 2 than I had expected but that was entirely my fault.

It was conveniently close to the airport.
There are two Hiltons with exactly the same name next to the airport. I copy-pasted the booking.com property name directly and still Uber took me to the location. Uber trip around the airport set me back further £40. I was the 3rd (!!) person that particular driver shuttled between those hotels for the same reason. The guy checking in next to me just did the same trip.
Hilton should think about fixing that, it is actually quite an inconvenience

Waited 25mins in the bar for someone to take my food order, there weren't many customers but there weren't many staff either. Food did come quickly though when ordered and was excellent.
Great location for an overnight stay before our flight. Room was clean and comfortable.
Room only laid out tea tray for 2 people even though they knew we were a party of 3. So I had to go and request an extra cup, glass and tea coffee etc.
It was close to Terminal 5
1st we were put in a room smelling strong of tobacco smoke and then we were more to a different room , but bedding was dirty this was 12.20 am before it was sorted after a long 4hr journey..
Everything
Clean room, and quiet although next to the airport. Staff was professional, courteous, and was knowledgeable. Hotel overall looked busy, clean, well maintained, and great location - 10mins to LHR.
Clean, affordable, friendly
The names of these two Hilton garden Heathrow MUST BE FIXED. I thought this was connected to the airport and later realized that would have cost double per night. There is no easy shuttle, so an uber cost both ways needs to be factored in.
The room had a couch bed opened up instead of two beds, which was not expected and should have been evident in the twin bed reservation. Luckily my husband can sleep on anything.
The thermostat was set to 16C!!!!!! This is a total waste of energy and very uncomfortable. Please instruct staff to set this at 22C minimum but even better 24C. Unfortunately, the Daikin thermostat was set to Dutch interface and it was impossible to figure out how to raise the temperature or change the language (and i work with thermostats). Thermostats should always default to English or the staff should learn how to put them back to English. Luckily the duvets were for winter temperatures so we could sleep at 16C.
Very handy location for Heathrow Terminal 5, which we accessed from the nearby Underground Station at Hatton Cross.
Breakfast was excellent.
