Would visit again
Pros:

Overall, a good stay. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was one of the highlights for me. Staff were pleasant and the hotel was comfortable. I also appreciated the convenient connectivity to the airport terminal via the reasonably priced Hoppa bus service, which made travel much easier.

Cons:

The main issues were some green discoloration/possible mold in the bathroom and the queen room being smaller than expected. Otherwise, a decent experience.

Pros:

Staff very helpful particularly the maintenance guy.Very clean & modern.

Cons:

£143 + £18 parking ridiculous for a solo traveler, well overpriced! Gym far too small & basic for such a large hotel.Restaurant far to overcrowded at breakfast, not a nice atmosphere at all!

Perfect spot to stay if you’re needing to be close to LHR.
Pros:

Lovely staff and a nice room! Despite being so close to the airport, it was very quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast was very average but not terrible.

A very enjoyable stay since we were able to easily access the center of London by underground.
Pros:

Close to the airport, paíd airport shuttle available , large rooms, nice breakfast, close to the tube station

Cons:

There is nothing walkable nearby except the tube station.

Nice clean hotel close to the airport
Cons:

No where nearby within walking distance to buy milk for tea and coffee. There wasn’t any milk to buy in the hotel shop. The shop was ridiculously expensive. £6 for a small packet of biscuits.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Need to better differentiate themselves from the Hilton at terminal 2 and 3. Stressful time with parking due to the fact that the names were close and I ended up at the wrong Hilton.
This made the trip highly stressful.

This is a very comfortable hotel and convenient for terminal 5. I like the vibe here.
Pros:

Great room. Very comfortable. Unfortunately I had to leave so early I couldn’t enjoy breakfast.
Always sleep very well here.
