It met all our needs for an over night stay prior to flying.
Pros:

It was a great location for terminal 3. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and met our needs for an over night stay before flying. The recto was good and the meal was very nice and good value for money would definitely use again. We used the hopper bus to get to the terminal which was very handy.

房間滿大的，兩個28吋行李箱都可以攤平，空間綽綽有餘。
吹風機是好用的，風量也夠

Cons:

浴缸的排水不太好，在很冷的情況下不能一直沖熱水要等水先排乾有點可惜，而且很容易噴水出去

Great location for easy access to Heathrow.
Pros:

Great location for easy access to Hatton Cross station as we were flying from Terminal 3 and had an early start.
Comfortable rooms for a decent night sleep.

Cons:

We had a meal in the bar which was ok, tasted fine just a bit lukewarm. You pay a fortune in these Hotels so expect a bit better.
Take your own snacks/ water etc. no bottles of water provided in the room and the cost to buy anything in the Hotel is extortionate!

Very convenient for an early Heathrow flight!
Pros:

We had a comfortable yet short stay here before an early flight from Heathrow. The hotel had everything we needed for a short stopover. Very convenient access to the airport as the hotel is just a short walk from Hatton Cross tube station.

Pros:

A very nice hotel suited for travellers to Heathrow. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean.

I did not like the fact that there are 2 Hilton Garden Inns at Heathrow. One is directly connected to the airport which is what I thought I booked. I only discovered I was at the wrong hotel at check in. Then had to pay a taxi to take me to and from this Hilton Garden Inn. CHANGE THE NAME OF ONE OF THE HILTON GARDEN INNS AT HEATHROW SO TOURISTS ARENT CONFUSED AND ANNOYED AND MADE TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY.

Fast, comfortable, nourishing! All that and a shuttle!
Pros:

The location was fantastic for our needs. We were able to use the luggageStasher for a few days while we did some more traveling. The bar/ restaurant was perfect and really hit the spot
