Flying visit for an overnight concert but always meets our expectations

Pros:

Bekvämt hotell, trevlig personal, bra restaurant, bra rum.

Cons:

Jag trodde att det låg lite närmare terminalerna. Första shuttlebussen på morgonen gick lite för sent så det blev en dyr taxi till flygplatsen.

Overall, this place is not worth the money. Find a different hotel in the area.
Pros:

It is conveniently located next to the airport and the dinner food options were delicious.

Cons:

The room was too small for the price, it took 24 hours for the maintenance man to show up to clear the clogged tub drain, we were not directly offered another room after the air conditioning alarm went off three times in the same day, and the food in the breakfast buffet was lousy.

Cons:

Note: there are TWO HG Inns “at Heathrow Airport,” one is connected to Terminals 2&3, but it’s not this one. We arrived late at night with a small child and needed a place we could walk to from the terminal. When I called for directions, I learned this was not the one walkable from the airport, despite the misleading name. I immediately requested to cancel so I could rebook the correct location. I was denied despite being unable to access this hotel with a small child.
