Personalet var veldig blide, imøtekommende og oppmerksomme. Rask og tilgjengelig service både i resepsjon og i bar/restaurant.

Cons:

Det er veldig tynne vegger mellom rommene. Jeg ble plaget av høy lyd fra tv i naborommet, men sa fra i resepsjonen som løste dette med en gang.
Rommet var litt slitt og trenger oppussing snart.

ヒースロー空港から近いとはいえ遠くて結局タクシーで27ポンドかかった。ヒースロー空港に直結している別のヒルトンのすればよかった。

On aime l'accessibilité du métro pour visiter Londres et pour l'aéroport.
Pros:

Très bien situé, on a pris le métro pour se rendre à l'hôtel . 1er arrêt du métro en partance de l'aéroport pour Hatton Cross 10-12 minutes à pied, se fait très bien. Pour le retour à l'aéroport, on a pris le shuttle, pas gratuit, il était à l'heure. Facile aussi pour se rendre au centre de Londres à Westminster environ 30-40 minutes en métro. Beaucoup de rangement dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner avec un choix gargantuesque, très bon. Personnel très souriant et avenant autant à la réception que dans le restaurant. Lit confortable.

Cons:

Chambre pas très spacieuse, dans la salle de bain pas beaucoup de rangement, pas pratique. Décoration un peu vieillotte

Cons:

bathtub too narrow (and I'm not big). No washcloth. No soap - just liquid soap attached to upper wall, good for a shower but not for someone lying in a tub.

Conveninet location re airport and tube station. Clean and quiet and reasonable price
Pros:

Good sized room. Close to airport but not noisy. Ate in Jacks restaraunt and was steak was nice.
