A unintended stay that occurred due to travel snarls and delays, but became manageable and enjoyable

A haven before heading off

The welcome which was late at night. The information about getting to the airport. The lovely little bowl.of fresh fruit. The kind staff. The smartness of the hotel. The cleanliness and the hot shower. The lovely toiletries. This hotel is a real find

Cons:

Just a few more tea bags, more milk and a hair-dryer would have been super.

Great overnight stay at a much better price than the main Hilton Garden inn, that I stayed in before
Pros:

Nice to have both a bar and a restaurant. Although I opted to take a cab, there is free tube connection back to Heathrow. Buffet breakfast was nice. I paid separately as not included in my booking

Pros:

Convenient as we were flying out early the nwxt day. We only stayed a night on route from Singapore to Split, Croatia.
Great breakfast.

Cons:

Room was a little tight for 3 people. Bathroom very small and cramped

Beware which Hilton you are booking
Pros:

The staff were very friendly

Cons:

The Hilton group should make it clear that there is more than one hotel with the same name ‘Hilton garden hotel Heathrow’, we thought we’d booked the hotel right by terminal 2, but to our astonishment it was near terminal 4. Sadly we were not the only ones..! The fault lies with the Hilton group they should name their hotels differently. The staff however at the hotel were lovely.
