Pros:

Very nice and service-minded staff. After corresponding with the hotel through email, they were able to provide a fantastic breakfast for the two vegans in our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel's location was very convenient and it was overall a great stay.

Cons:

The beds could have been a little softer and the bathrooms a tad bit cooler, but there really isn't anything of importance to complain about.
