Cons:

Die Fenster haben einen extrem schlechten Schallschutz. Man versteht jedes Wort von der Straße. In unmittelbarer Nähe wird nachts bis in die frühen Morgenstunden Party gemacht. Konkret ging es in zwei Nächten bis morgens um 6:30 Uhr. Man bekommt kein Auge zu!

La estancia fué estupenda, al estar tan centrico tienes todo muy cerca, fantástico.
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y servicial, la ubicación es excelente, tiene parking y te facilitan los permisos al ser zona de bajas emisiones, el buffet de desayuno es correcto y suficiente, tiene servicio de almohadas, te ponen un kit para dormir, antifaz y tapones.

Cons:

Creo que deberían cambiar el colchon porque es un poco pequeño y antiguo, y nos conincidió en fin de semana y había un poco de ruido provocado por el ambiente juvenil.

Harian falta ventanas de doble acristalamiento, porque aunque dan como cortesía anteojos y tapones para los oídos, parece un mal chiste dada la permisividad que tienen con los alborotadores durante toda la noche, no es que hagan nada malo, es que lo hacen despues de la 1 de la noche. Fantastic location. The staff at reception were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable. Nice firm bed and a spacious bathroom.

Cons:

I didn't realise it was a pet friendly hotel and didn't really appreciate the dog yapping in a nearby room first thing in the morning. But that was the fault of the dog's owners, who should have taken it out for a walk.

O hotel tem excelente localização, bem ao lado da Plaza Mayor e do centro histórico. A decoração do quarto é muito romântica, lembrando bem os antigos hotéis europeus. Banheiro com bom tamanho e excelente ducha. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos.

Cons:

O quarto é bem pequeno. Café da manhã com pouca diversidade. A cama era de casal, pequena e com colchão bem macio. No site mencionava que o hotel oferece estacionamento, o que influenciou a nossa escolha. Mas quando chegamos, estava lotado e nos foi indicado utilizar um estacionamento público ao custo de 18 euros por dia. Mas, conforme informado pela atendente, este seria quase o mesmo valor que deveríamos pagar para utilizar o estacionamento do hotel. A única questão é que esta informação não estava clara nas informações do hotel.
