Atención del personal, ubicación cerca del centro.
Habitación muy pequeña. Baño muy grande. Poco renovado. Mal insonorizado. Al estar cerca de la zona de bares, hubo mucho ruido por la noche y la habitación no estaba bien insonorizada
The location is just great, Spot on in the middle of the action for restaurants and bars. Big bathroom, as big as the bedroom.
The bedroom was tiny, almost no cupppord space and no heating despite the fact that is was really cold outside and inside.

A localização e ponto algo de fato desse hotel.
O quarto cheirava a cigarro. Precisa ser renovado, pois tudo bastante antigo e com aparência de encardido.
Quando chegamos os recepcionistas estavam passando o turno, não não atenderam bem.
Não nos deram atenção, foi realmente confuso, falavam o tempo todo entre si, mas não prestavam atenção no que tinham que fazer por nós.
Tbm, não ofereceram uma jora de late check out sem custo, mesmo, depois dos pontos levantados sobre pnpdpf fofefe de cigarro no apto.

Que no hubiera calefacción el primer día era a finales de octubre y hacía mucho frío
La situación del hotel.
Se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle, y al ser fin de semana, era insoportable. Deberían inspeccionar las ventanas, porq al ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, debería tener ventanas insonorizadas.
Es war geräumig. Das Bad war groß. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Private Tiefgarage (aber abenteuerlich durch den Aufzug). Nettes Personal.
Die Dusche war zu klein.
Appartement spacieux, très propre et bien aménagé. Literie très confortable.
Emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville.
L'appartement est calme, on peut entendre les voisins le soir mais ils étaient discrets et il n'y a pas eu de bruit du tout pendant la nuit.
Parking couvert à 3 minutes à pied (il existe aussi des parkings gratuits en dehors de la ville mais nous n'avons pas essayé). Super communication avec le propriétaire.
Les fenêtres sont aveugles, elles donnent sur des canalisations ou des cours sales, donc nous les avons laissé fermées. Mais cela ne nous a absolument pas gêné pour un court séjour.

To noise . People in streets noise until 4:00 am . If you want to sleep tis is not the place .

Excellent location. Gentlemen who checked us in was very professional.
We have a cava poo dog which does not lose hair as it’s a hypoallergenic breed. Therefor to pay an extra 25€ we felt was extortionate and totally wrong!!
