Pros:

La posizione è buona. In 15 minuti si è nei posti principali. Colazione presso il bar convenzionato piu che soddisfacente e forse l'unica vera nota positiva.

Cons:

Staff non all'altezza. Poca chiarezza nelle spiegazioni . Mi è stato detto che il lettino dell'appartamento nella zona soggiorno non era previsto che fosse preparato dalla struttura. Ho dovuto farlo in autonomia.
Appartamento era freddo con un sistema di riscaldamento mal funzionante . L'acqua calda del rubinetto del bagno non funzionante. Nell'insieme esperienza negativa .

Convenient location, clean rooms and great staff!
Pros:

It was in a great location and not very far from the centre of Florence. A nice easy walk to get to and from. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a laundry for free use which was great to have fresh clean clothes. The lady on reception was wonderful. There is a supermarket very close by which was very handy. Great value for money! We had a beautiful view from the room and other great views from the top level that we were on. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent emplacement mais froid et bruyant
Pros:

L’emplacement dans Florence, très proche du centre mais suffisamment loin de la cohue.

Cons:

Très bruyant car porte du studio donnant directement sur la route et les passants ,très froid (le radiateur supplémentaire est tombé en panne mais impossible de le remplacer selon la personne à l’accueil), pas possible non plus de régler l’air conditionné pour la température.
Il fallait attendre très très longtemps pour avoir de l’eau chaude dans la douche
Petite Télévision accrochée au mur de travers avec très mauvaise réception de signal.

Posizione centrale ... A cinque minuti dal centro ! Dopo qualche difficoltà iniziale (non trovavamo nessuno alla reception) tutto è stato splendido ! Appartamento su due piani fantastico e spazioso. Colazione da fare al bistrò proprio sotto l'hotel eccezionale ! Sicuramente ci torneremo

Pros:

Nos tocó el departamento Academia, un departamento muy amplio. Tenía lavavajillas en la cocina y calefacción central. Éramos 7, tiene una cama matrimonial, dos sillón cama, para dos personas cada uno y dos camas más en una habitación por escalera.

Cons:

El lavarropas y secarropas no está en el departamento.

La posizione è ottima, centrale e comoda per raggiungere negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni.

Cons:

La tassa di soggiorno non era inclusa nella tariffa indicata e questo non era chiaramente specificato nella prenotazione.
Nella mia esperienza, molte altre strutture includono già questa tassa nel prezzo totale mostrato su Booking, oppure lo indicano in modo molto esplicito.

Non è tanto la cifra in sé il problema, quanto la mancanza di trasparenza sul prezzo finale, che può creare disagio agli ospiti. Sarebbe utile che la struttura specificasse meglio questo aspetto nella pagina di prenotazione, così da evitare fraintendimenti con i clienti.

Inoltre, la pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare.
