The location is absolutely superb,less than 3 minutes from the amazing cathedral and main tourist area.the staff are so welcoming and friendly,and very helpful ,and the super king bed..really comfortable

I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
Pros:

The staff was lovely and the location was amazing. It was right in the middle of the old town, on a cobblestone street. You could walk everywhere from the hotel. There was a laundromat around the corner and everything was right out the front door!

Cons:

I had no complaints.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica. Tutte le principali attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La struttura è pulita ed il personale molto gentile in particolare Chieri ed Elena. La colazione superlativa dolce e salata. Molto apprezzata la presenza di frutta secca e semi vari. Garantita gratuitamente la possibilità di prendere caffè, the ed altro durante tutta la giornata. Giudizio più che positivo!

Enjoyable stay in great hotel in wonderful city.I shall return!
Pros:

I had previously stayed at sister hotel in Malaga which influenced my choice. Full of character well located in walking distance to bars and restaurant.Very clean friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Security box on floor so to many including myself in accessible!
Also clothes hangers too high difficult to reach.
Storage area generally difficult to move needs repairing

L'unica pecca e' che una mattina dovevamo andare innMarocco e partire alle 6.30
Ho chiesto di preparare i cestini picnic e il ragazzo che si occupava della colazione l'ha preparato in 5 min
E' stato cortese,ma avendo pagato la colazione mi aspettavo qyalcosa in piu'..c'era un sandwich con cotto e formaggio,1 acqua,muffin e 1succo e 1 mela di nuero..mi aspettavo almeno 2 sandwick (gli ho dovuto chiedere 1 panino e mi ha dato un paninetto piccolo)
La posizione e' ottima vicino la Cattedrale,Alcazar in centro a tutto..noi siamo andati ovunque a piedi

Tranne l'episodio del cestino del picnic consiglierei di sistemare il terrazzo
E consiglio di mettere uno scopettone in bagno

Dommage que les dosettes de café dans la chambre ne soient pas renouvelées chaque jour, un seul cafe pour 3 nuits! Nous avions une superbe terrasse avec transats. Mais pas de parasol, donc inutilisable, dommage
