Pésima limpieza, encontramos una cuchara sobre el closet sucia y que llevaba tiempo.
No habia fruta disponible en el desayuno, 30 min para reponerla.

Breakfast choices were limited if you didn't want the $16.50 buffet.

Price was high. Bathroom door made room tight. Toilet kept having issues.
Love the rooms, plenty of space and so clean! Feels like home! We love staying here every year for our anniversary… the best place to stay easily in Freeport!
One complaint: The breakfast has changed from prior years… previously, the waffles for example were large, homemade waffles (and delicious). This recent stay, it was a frozen waffle just heated up and a let down to be honest. Not sure if that was cost savings on the part of the hotel but the breakfast had been a high point for us… unfortunately, not this stay :/
Comfortable midlevel hotel with excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The showers are excellent. But most important is the quality of the staff. They are friendly and extremely helpful.
Had a major hassle with a booking through Expedia (who I will never use again!) where I ended up not only being billed twice but my reservation was never communicated to the hotel. However the front desk staff were both very patient and very competent in dealing with the situation. And the assistant manager was also very helpful in clearing things up with Expedia and the billing problems their incompetence created.
I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be staying there in the future.

This was the first time we'd stayed at the Hilton but we decided to try it when the Best Western was sold and went quickly - and badly - downhill. We have a dog so we needed a dog-friendly hotel, and we were surprised and delighted with how dog-friendly this hotel is.
Everywhere we went staff greeted us and our dog and there is a convenient area on the property to walk dogs, along with a can for dog waste disposal. The restaurant off the lobby serves an excellent breakfast and there is free coffee in the lobby. The hotel grounds and rooms are well maintained and clean.
The Hilton is centrally located just a couple of streets down from Freeport's main shopping area. The hotel has a small but well equipped fitness room and a pool. Our room was close to these amenities but we still found it to be quiet.
There is plenty of parking in the lot right across the street.
Hilton has not responded to Booking.com to confirm that one of the two rooms booked was canceled. The owed refund of nearly $1,000.00 has still not been credited.
