Cons:

There was no water in washroom basin when we checked in . Even after 6 hours it was not solved. After repeat complain it was attempted to solve the issue and later room was changed.

Pleasant hotel
Pros:

I liked the room furniture and style. I really liked the breakfast but I had to pay extra and it was expensive for Indian standards. Plus I'm vegan so I felt it was way too much money to eat just veggies.

Cons:

I didn't like the noise from the room above.

Pros:

Very nice property. Good value for money. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet spread and the staff service was excellent. Great job guys.

Need options for restaurant and Night Club
Pros:

The property location was excellent and centrally located. The reception staff all , Lalit staff looking after concierge services, and the gym facilities were all very good. Special thanks to the gym trainer as well, although I don’t remember his name may be Ansh if iam not wrong

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working on the first night of check-in. As we were tired, we managed and slept, but once we complained, they got it repaired promptly. Overall, it was a good experience and a good property, especially because of its central location.
