The staff were very friendly and wonderful. I had a very comfortable stay.
One thing I would like to mention is that I received two phone calls in my room. I felt these calls were unnecessary.
The breakfast buffet price is similar to other 5 stars but the options were not 5star and the same menu everyday.
Restaurant staff was more inclined if there is any elite person present or else no responsibility or transfer of duties were there..

It was clean, food was nice.
My room was facing towards the main road. Even though it is at the 7th floor, it was extremely noisy. I was not able to sleep at all. The next day when I told the receptionist that it was noisy and was not able to sleep, then he said’oh yea the other-side was better, this side facing towards the road is like that’. They know the rooms are noisy, but they don’t mind until someone complains. This is unacceptable.
