We were informed on arrival the gym would not be open for 1 day this then turned into the whole stay and staff were somewhat impersonal compared to many other hotels in India.

Pros:

Extremely noisy hotel
Cons:

Extremely noisy did not get a wink of sleep. Tried to change dates as my flight was cancelled. Was told since I had used Booking.com this was not possible. I would also say the restaurant is grossly over priced and they add additional taxes etc so the price is not reflected on the menu. I would not stay here again.

Excellent stay, amazing service! Will be returning for sure.
Pros:

The staff were extremely welcoming and very polite. It was my parents 30th anniversary and they did the best they could at short notice to make this stay a wonderful experience for them. Huge shout out and special mention to Priyanka at the front office desk and Kiran the guest relation manager - she is very experienced and probably the best I have experienced. And lastly a special mention to Jitendra - who was fantastic at organising the car and tours for us.
Will definitely recommend

Cons:

Nothing, just that they don’t have decaf coffee. The food at the restaurant - the great kebab factory - it was average not amazing food
