Pros:

Ottima la posizione dell' hotel, pulizia della camera eccellente, cordialità dello staff superlativa.

Cons:

Colazione a buffet migliorabile. Tv LCD datato si consiglia la sostituzione in quanto i colori sono molto sbiaditi. Porta ingresso da oliare, scorrimento porte ascensore da verificare.

Staff were excellent, especially the main male receptionist who was very helpful and spoke very good English; the male breakfast waiter was very friendly and efficient; looks like he enjoyed doing a good job

Fabulous hotel in a superb location with wonderful staff!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with lovely service. Breakfast was fabulous, with a lovely range of continental breakfast items plus a really nice range of items which could be made to order. Bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom ideal with lovely toiletries, especially a hand wash which smelled wonderful! The location couldn’t be bettered.

Cons:

Lift could be slow to come but a minor issue which doesn’t detract from a fabulous hotel.

Lovely ! Would absolutely come again
Pros:

The breakfast staff was incredible and so attentive to desires. Making the morning incredibly pleasant.
Our room was spacious and had great balconies, the noise isolation left something to be desired but luckily the outdoor noise quieted down at a reasonable time.

Cons:

The only bothersome thing was that there was a very high-pitched ringing in the lobby and breakfast area, I assume due to the connectivity of the speakers -- my elderly mother couldn't hear it / was not as bothered as me but for me it was almost headache inducing.

Frühstuck sehr vielfältig, von Buffet und A la Carte mit leckere Omeletts und Toast. Frisch gepressten Saft und alles was das Herz begehrt.

Das Zimmer in den wir untergebracht waren war für die 8 Tage, 7 Nächte, etwas kleiner als wir uns gewünscht hatten. Zu wenig Schrankraum
