Die Lage war sehr gut und empfehlenswert! Sehr nah am Big Ben, gleich am Flussufer. Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bedezimmer war nur Ordnung.

Pros:

A lovely stay. The staff were attentive and helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The resaurant was fabulous, and the spa and swimming pool were very well run. Room service was great, and provided a very tasty late night snack after a night at the theatre. Air conditioned rooms were a god send in the current heat wave. Taxis and a bus stop right outside the hotel making exploring easy. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Cons:

I couldn't fault this hotel for a weekend getaway.

Hotel fantástico. Confortable y bien situado
Pros:

Buena ubicación, a solo 5 minutos de la parada de metro y a pocos metros del Támesis, con lo que es fácil y rápido cruzar el puente hasta el Big Ben.
La habitación muy limpia y confortable, baño completo. Un detalle importante es que había un enchufe europeo, lo que nos facilitó cargar los dispositivos. Aún así es recomendable llevar al menos un adaptador. Otro detalle importante para mi: la habitación cuenta con una cafetera (con 4 cápsulas) y una tetera con tés/infusiones sin coste adicional. El hotel tiene en el hall un pequeño espacio con jarras de agua con hielo y agua con limón y un cesto de fruta para los clientes; algo que viene genial después de pasar el día entero por la ciudad.

Cons:

Lo único que es mejorable es el sistema de encendido y apagado de luces de la habitación (es algo secundario). Las luces se controlan des de un panel digital y regularlas por zonas era imposible.
