THE EVENING MEAL

Unfortunately, the upgraded room was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, did not represent the standard we would expect for the price we paid.

The room was very basic, with pull-out beds that were uncomfortable and not of a good standard. There was also mould around the coffee machine, while the towels and dressing gowns were grey, hard and had visible stains on them.

There was no Wi-Fi available, and the mini fridge was completely empty. There were also no coffee or tea supplies available in the room, which was disappointing, particularly given that we had paid for an upgraded room.

We also experienced problems with the room service. The member of staff did not return with the correct change, and we were subsequently overcharged.

The swimming pool was also dirty and not to an acceptable standard.

Considering the amount we paid for the upgraded room, we feel that it was significantly overpriced and did not provide the level of accommodation or service we were led to expect.

We raised these issues at the time and specifically requested a refund, but unfortunately our concerns have been ignored.

We are therefore asking that this complaint is properly investigated and that you reconsider our request for a refund or appropriate compensation, given the number and seriousness of the issues we experienced.

We look forward to receiving a proper response rather than having our concerns ignored again.

Great stay busy hotel very clean. Pool was small but excellent. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Fab location friendly helpful staff. Room was spacious room service great and good food.

Cons:

Information on the tv about the hotel was limited part of the guest services wouldn’t load. Booking the pool time took a while to find and not on the tv information.

Cons:

A sharp metal object was left in our room during our stay and pierced my wife’s foot when she stepped on it. We reported the incident immediately, supplied photographs and handed the object to reception. The hotel has confirmed that it retained the object and recorded the incident, but both security and hotel management have refused to accept responsibility or offer any remedy because they say their normal cleaning procedures were followed. We were particularly disappointed by the dismissive handling of a genuine guest-safety incident.

Will not stay that property when return to London

My room faced an inner courtyard of other rooms you could look in there room no view not even see the sky HORRIBLE!
The eco program no towels room service for 3 days. Has to place trash bin in hallway. Also, had to ask for toilet tissue and for a change of coffee mug/glasses since there was no housekeeping. They did offer wine for the eco deal but not a wine drinker.
