Pros:

Séjour sympa mais pas dans cet hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner, la beauté de l’hôtel, les équipement, la piscine etc

Cons:

Nous avons dû réclamer des essuis propres tous les jours. Pareil pour le ménage de la chambre. Et même lorsque nous demandions, cela n’était pas fait. De même pour le remplissage des gels douches etc, même après réclamation, cela n’a jamais été fait. Nous n’avons eu qu’un seul ménage de la chambre en 5 jours. Et avant de partir, ils nous ont dit que nous étions en « eco-programme », chose que nous ne savions pas et n’avons pas demandé. Et évidemment, nous n’avons pas payé pour un eco programme, nous avons payé le prix plein comme n’importe qui.

Make sure they give you a room away from the facikities
Pros:

Decent hotel right on the river

Cons:

Noisy room. I think I was just unlucky with getting a room right next to the gym but they was banging going on well into the night and before 6am.

The response from the hotel was disappointing when I complained. Rather than discussing the issue with me I was fobbed off onto customer services who sent a bland email the next day offering me a room upgrade next time I stayed.

So I think this amounts to"if you finger again we will make sure we put you in a room where you can get some sleep". I'd eclectic more from a 5* hotel going for over £200 a night

Great location, loved the views across the river.
Staff were helpful and friendly. We didn’t eat but had a drink in the bar and the staff were great. I loved the fragrance circulated around reception!

Location was amzing and hotel and staff very welcoming. Breakfast was good and had a selection of things to eat. Rooms was clean and tidy and housekeeping did amzing job services my room at my stay. Swimming pool was amzing and staff at the facilities was so friendly. Really enjoy my stay there.
