Super Lage, Zimmer müsste für vier Personen grösser sein.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Themse mit guter Busanbindung war für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir konnten die Stadt so gut erkunden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für vier Personen inkl. Gepäck deutlich zu klein. Zudem war das eine Bett bei Check-in um 18 Uhr nicht bezugsbereit und die Frotteewäsche für die Kinder fehlte ganz.

Fint men inte toppenservice. Tog dock våra klagomål på allvar och gjorde oss ändå nöjda.
Pros:

Rummet vi fick efter uppgraderingen hade en jättefin utsikt och var bekvämt och lagom rymligt. Frukosten var bra och personalen i frukostmatsalen var jättetrevliga. Rohan i receptionen var väldigt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående när vi hade problem. Poolen var fin med lagom många besökare.

Cons:

Vårt första rum hade utsikt mot 30 andra hotellrumsfönster kanske 10 meter bort. Trots att det var på 8 våningen såg man inte himlen. Avråder för att gå med på "erbjudandet" om att avstå från att få rummet städat. Toapapper etc tar slut på nolltid och de pyttesmå papperskorgarna blir fulla. Kommunikationen mellan receptionen och housekeeping var inte bra.

Pros:

Hotel is amazing! Location is amazing, 15 min walking to Big Ban. Great swimming pool.
Good breakfast!

Cons:

Rooms are outdated, not very clean.
The cleaning was also mediocre, though that didn’t ruin our trip overall.

Best hotel experience ever
Pros:

We messaged ahead of time to let the team know it was our first ever night away from the kids and that we were hoping for a quiet, high-floor room. To our surprise, we were told at reception that we had been upgraded to a suite.

The room was incredible, with amazing views and a beautiful bathroom, living room, and bedroom. It made the whole experience feel extra special. Without a doubt, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

A really great location and excellent staff interaction
Pros:

Tea and coffee and toast all good

Cons:

It was very disappointing the breakfast (the cooked one) the rest looked lovely
Poor quality sausages and especially the hash brown
I feel that's the bit we all get excited about and it was not good
