Fantastic experience, will definitely return, everything was great, did the dim sum experience and will definitely be making at home
We did the dimsum masterclass. Eighteen students!... Amazing skilled chef, made our own dimsum, with breaks in between, for clean up, given plenty of time to relax after, enjoyed the experience. Will definitely try at home.
Great stay at this hotel Jadelle was very helpful and efficient on reception duties. We got a lovely upgrade for our wedding anniversary. Great location, facilities were excellent and great for getting around the sights
We had a fantastic experience, the service was impeccable. Biggest shout out to Jadelle and Roham I think his name was. We had a couple of hiccups which they were both so quick to sort. Would 100% return and recommend to family and friends to stay here on a next visit to London
Irene was really helpful at breakfast. Rearranged a couple of tables so my child could sit at the window.
Selina helped us check in. Selina was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location right on the river within 15 mins walk of the London Eye and bus service right outside. Warm pool and sauna/steam room was great fun for the family. The gym was quiet and well equipped but didn't seem to have AC so was a bit too warm. Food at breakfast was good quality with a large selection. Would definitely stay again with family.
The hotel is well placed and the rooms comfortable. The check in process is hugely inefficient and created very long queues. When we were finally seen only one of our three rooms was ready and communication was poor. We needed to complain an hour later to get the other two rooms.
This is one of my favourite hotels in London, with beautiful views and great service. I have to call out Firat who has been brilliant and always goes above and beyond to ensure I have a great stay, he is a role model for customer service!
Location was great! It was off the Thames by Big Ben (20 min walk) and close to the underground. Staff and service were informative and kind. Atmosphere was romantic and calming. Room was clean, quiet, and excellent with a wonderful view of the river and sites across the water. Value was fair. As far as amenities, I needed more coffee but it was quickly delivered. It was a little steep, but for the safety, privacy, and access to transit, it was great. Montsef ( restaurant /lounge) and Musab ( front desk) were excellent sources of information, conversation, and smiles.
We had an absolutely brilliant stay. The hotel itself is stunning and our room was amazing: spacious, comfortable, and very clean.
What really made our trip unforgettable were the staff. Stefan was incredible—he went out of his way to help us get a last-minute restaurant reservation and was just such a friendly, welcoming guy throughout our stay. Arsenal was brilliant too—he escorted us wherever we needed to go within the hotel, had some good chats with us, and helped us find exactly what we needed to make the most of our time in London. The women at reception also helped organised our room for valentine’s day which was another very last minute request done very quickly!
Thanks to them, our experience was so special. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Our stay was very delightful. There were a lot of people during check-in but still was very smooth and not chaotic at all. They gave a nice touch with free chocolates while waiting. It was highlighted even more as Khaldoon was there very professional and friendly. The facilities was modern and very nice as well. Can't complain and would highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this hotel, and the reasons are as follows. Undoubtedly, one of its greatest strengths is its strategic location, as it is situated close to several of London’s principal tourist attractions, making them easy to visit. In this respect, the hotel also offers guests the convenience of purchasing the appropriate tickets to explore the city’s various sights via a tourist bus.
In addition, I would like to commend the attention, kindness, and respectful manner of Mr Bashar, who made our stay at the hotel more pleasant and welcoming. Likewise, I would also like to acknowledge the housekeeping staff, who carry out an excellent job in maintaining the different rooms.
Finally, I would like to emphasise that the hotel rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, offering pleasant views of the outside.

We got checked in by jadelle and she was so helpful explained everything so well she was amazing. Had no problem at all all weekend. Very attentive staff.
We travelled as a family with a baby and toddler, staff were great and we're very helpful at every opportunity. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of options and good value for money. Spa also great, a little small if you catch it at busy times.
we didn’t know you had too pre book your pool session so when we went to go to book the pool there was no availability and this was the reason we stayed there and we went to check in at 3 the time that you can and we got told to wait and come back we kept going to check and finally got into our room at 4:30 and then to get to the room and it’s not what we paid for and got 2 singles and not a double to me it all seemed so rushed no organisation or nothing
From the moment we stepped inside the hotel the staff were polite and friendly. Door staff greeted us and wished us goodbye every time we entered and left.
Our arrival check in was fantastic due to Anusha being very efficient and even upgraded our stay to a suite. Location was perfect being close to a tube station or just a 20 min walk to Westminster. Couldn't have asked for anything more out of our stay. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be coming back again.

A very positive experience all round. First visit and pleasantly surprised with the high standard of hotel, including the rooms and communal areas. Fabulous views from the executive lounge. Front of house staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again.
