The lady in the swimming pool area was really nice and friendly likewise that in the children’s play area… the location was great.
So we given a hamper a reception in exchange for them not coming and cleaning our room but was assured that the towels would be replaced if need be, no body replaced anything, or took out or bins or replaced our sugar /milk. The room was dark and had a funny smell in it. (Unless I misunderstood the deal)

Good location and the room was nice. Great shower.
Was enticed to pay for room upgrade which I did, expecting better view but was disappointed to find we were facing other room windows. Waste of money. Only other uprgrades were for suites which was very pricey. Friends came to see us and booked at same venue for 1 night and received a free suite upgrade! Go figure.
Our phone room phonw didn't work and I wanted more coffee and water as not enough provided for our 2-night stay. Tried to report this but queues were very long downstairs and no concierge available. Later found someone who helped.

Výhľad na koľajnice 9 párov koľajníc. Pre milovníka vlakov je to extra výhľad. Vlaky nerušili hlukom. Je to len o výhľade
The service is really slow. Had to ask front desk numerous times for things. Had to move rooms for bad smell and no one came to help us move, or
The room we moved into was very nice with balcony and a lot of amenities like full fridge, washing machine, living room, dining area, separate bedroom and two large televisions.
Disgusting behaviour from restaurant manager Valentino’s - made complaint to front desk manager but didn’t hear anything in regards to it.
Broken shower and hand wash pumps - had to purchase amenities from local supermarket.
Stained bedsheets on children beds - disgusting for any hotel - hygiene poor.
Was told we could only attend swimming with our two very small children (toddler and baby) with a time slot but when we arrived they allowed everyone else in the queue to enter without booking.
Wouldn’t stay again!
it was very clean, the atmosphere was great and everyone who worked there was so welcoming.
