Others may love it but it’s just not our preferred style of hotel.

There was a very nearby bus stop.
Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Location - not convenient to sites I wanted to be able to walk to (maps led me to think it was closer to sites along the river); few restaurants in the neighborhood. Though clean and “slick,” it is the kind of hotel that could be in any city in the world. No London touches. We got sick and had to resort to room service twice, which was very mediocre and expensive; we got the wrong soup order one night and breakfast was meh. Staff were fine but in general the place felt impersonal.

Undeniably the best of the Park Plazas chain of hotels
Pros:

Staff was helpful. We were upgrade for free with a full kitchen as my partner is a diabetic so we needed to store medication in the fridge.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. We have stayed there before and we had a penthouse suite which was just incredible.

Wonderful staffs.
Just that they messed up the birthday surprise I planned even though I specifically told them at the reception about the birthday and everything, only for them to disappoint. Very bad experience to be honest.

Minden tökéletes volt. Lélegzetelállító panoráma a szobából a Temzére, a lenyűgöző éjszakai panorámát is láttuk. Tiszta, igényes szálloda, nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Bőséges, finom reggeli és a szálloda éttermét este egy bacsorára is nagyon javaslom. Rendkívül kedves kiszolgálás, maximális odafigyelés a vendégekre. Mi denkonek csak ajánla o tudom. Biztosan visszatérünk még! :)
