Pros:

Excelente servicio, habitaciones muy cómodas y un desayuno delicioso. Todo estaba limpio y bien organizado. El hotel también tiene una ubicación estupenda. Muy recomendable.

A refaire pas déçus de l'hôtel et de sa situation géographique.
Pros:

L'emplacement vraiment top, à 10 petites minutes à pied d'une station de métro et à 20 minutes de BigBen en passant par un joli parc :)
Le petit déjeuner avec vue sur la tamise était royal <3
La chambre au calme, bien aménagée, pas de vue sur la tamise dommage, uniquement les suites.
L'espace piscine/sauna/hammam était super agréable même avec enfants.

Cons:

Qu'aucune personne parle français, nous sommes quand même très proche de ce pays nous les Français. Le personnel prenait leur téléphone pour avoir le traducteur mais pour le standing de l'hôtel c'est étonnant. Quant au room service même si ils ont leur demandé de parler moins vite, pas vraiment d'efforts.

Pros:

Every time I stay at park plaza riverbank it’s nothing short of magical!! The rooms are stunning and clean as always, the location is the best and the staff are simply amazing, always going above and beyond! Thank you to Alper and Christabelle, you truly are a credit to the hotel!!
