Cons:

Didnt like the diasbled access room only because of the walk in shower..it flooded the rest of the bathroom,therefore using the rest of the towels to clean up.
Signed up to the reduce housekeeping program....but that was a waste as i had to keep getting towels..

The pool and facilities were clean and well looked after. Staff were all lovely.

Cons:

Property was dusty. Room didn’t feel like it was cleaned properly, beer left in fridge from last occupy. Food bits on carpet.

Likte hotellkomfort og delvis også beliggenhet ved Themsen selv om beliggenhet er litt usentalt. Hyggelig betjening. Vil spesielt fremheve Avadom som hjalp oss da vi hadde glemt noe på hotellrommet

Litt usentralt som turist i byen. Noe dårlig renhold. Lå plast under nattbord og i stolen pluss klissete flekker. Noe travel og dårlig utvalg frokost. Siste dag var eplejuice meget utvannet.
