A comfortable room within a beautiful setting pampered by amazing staff.
Pros:

Pamela and I stayed four nights in their "garden suite" on the ground floor. Spacious room and facilities with a view of the Matterhorn through all windows and our walk out patio. After a well appointed breakfast we walked 100 metres up the road to the public elevator down to the ski resort tram. We then looked forward coming back to the hotel "wellness centre" to decompress and relax after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend!

Amazing, hospitable
Pros:

Amazing, hospitable hotel! Small hotel in a quiet area but still very walkable to the main streets and ski lifts. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond. There is an outdoor terrace with a clear view of the Matterhorn to relax on. The homemade breakfast buffet each morning was also amazing. There are so many thoughtful special touches here :)

Great experience 😍
Pros:

I enjoyed a lot my stay in this beautiful hotel. The view, hospitality of personnel and great breakfast in the morning, it was exactly what I need that weekend. The hotel is located just few steps from city center a bit on a hill, which guarantees best view on Matterhorn. I highly recommend this place and want to be back again soon!

Fantastic Bella Vista
Pros:

We were seeking a family run hotel in a great location and the Bella Vista ticked all the boxes. From the very first contact, the staff were warm, attentive and helpful. This really was some of the finest service we have received anywhere; from the heart. At times the staff multitask between front desk and terrace duties and they do it with grace. The view from our room and the main terrace was like a postcard with the Matterhorn dominating the skyline. Our room was very clean, roomy and well serviced. The breakfast was fantastic with a fine selection of home made pastries. The wellness centre is excellent. We went to ski and it is a short uphill 5 minute walk to the Sunnega lift. Some care required if it is snowy on the short walk home but it was easily manageable. Can't recommend this hotel enough and we will stay there again.

Pretty good. But price is not cheap.
Pros:

Hotel confortable pero no esta preparado para ofrecer servicio de restaurante en absoluto.

Desafortunadamente no estan preparados para ofrecer servicio de restaurante, solicitamos un Fondue plato tipico suizo, no tenian el material suficiente para proveer fuego, su cocion se apago en la mitad de la cena y no tenian otro material nuevo para encenderlo, repitieron el proceso varias veces y no funciono, el pan no era el apropiado, inclusive la senora nos dijo que era el pan para el desayuno, un desastre total.
Preferimos no arriesgarnos con los desayunos ni cenas posteriores.
