Very clean staff was friendly
Nothing
I liked that the pool and hot tub were usable this stay. I liked that they came in and took trash and refreshed the towels
I don't like that they took waffle iron away and gave pancake machine. My family looks forward to staying in hotels with waffle iron 😀
Building was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive.
nothing
The rooms are very clean and the pool was fun. However, the jacuzzis jets were broke. The staff at check in made me feel a little uncomfortable by questioning me. Then, he proceeded to put me in a room directly located by the elevator and ice machine. The hotel wasn’t booked up or anything. Once I got to my room I realized I had to go down and request another room. I honestly wasn’t as pleased with my last stay.
Above
Easy check-in and clean facility.
Trying to check out we had to wait for awhile due to staff not being available.
The hotel was very nice and clean. The pool was awesome.
Breakfast was great location was great . A little hard to get to but that could be google just taking us to a dead end street the
The guy that checked us in was excellent. Very nice and helpful with every question we asked him. Breakfast was great. Everything was great.
Absolutely nothing I didn’t like.
Breakfast was great, something for anyone, the staff was wonderful, and the guests were as well. I greatly enjoyed being there. It didn't feel like being stuck in a hotel, the staff were very helpful with anything, such as directions somewhere to recommendations. The beds were also so comfortable, which means the world to those with back problems! Choices of pillows for side or back sleepers was a bonus.
On Saturday April 4, 2026 we came back to our hotel room (room 101) around 8:00 pm. My husband deadbolt the door and opened the doorstop because we were in for the night. At about 8:45-9:00 pm, without knocking or any prior notice, a front desk employee opens the door to our room. He had a step in the doorway with his shoulders and head into the room before he noticed us. He said a quick “sorry” then shut the door again. My husband went into the hallway to investigate. The employee stated that “usually there are not guests in that room” and that he was looking for a hair dryer.
When my husband went to speak with the general manager about the incident, we were blamed for not securing the room properly. We examined the door more closely and came to discover two things. First, the deadbolt was not aligned with the door frame and although we thought we heard it click to lock, we were actually hearing the deadbolt being pushed into the side of the door frame. Secondly, the door stop hinge was so loose that the door could still slide through, despite us opening the clip. I took videos to show both of these issues with the door. My husband attempted to explain both door flaws to the general manager but he refused to view the door while we were there.
After ongoing discussions with the general manager, eventually he said he could provide a $20 discount from our total bill, but that we had to request the reimbursement through the third party booking company ourselves and he would approve the release of funds. We will not be returning to this hotel. We felt violated then were gaslit by management for their own system and structural failures. We were continually dismissed for raising our safety concerns.
