When we arrived the phone in our room didn't work and they told us that we just wouldn't have a phone. Then our shower wouldn't work. When the gentleman at the front desk and the maintenance worker (who was in shorts, a tank and flip flops) worked on it for over an hour and just left. I then went down to the front desk and they gave us an additional room to use the shower in, but the bathroom sink was leaking so we could use the shower and not the sink. The next day when we went to use the shower our key card didn't work so I had to go back to the front desk where there was a person on a screen virtually, no one in person. The did check it out to us for another night, but the whole thing was a hassle and they did not refund us anything for our trouble when I asked about it. The pool was also gross, not filled all the way up, the hot tub water didn't even cover the jets. It looked very dirty as well. This hotel used to be a nice place, but I will never stay there again.

Old Not maintained outside

The room felt damp. The clean towels in the bathroom felt damp. The hotel is relatively clean but very dark and dated. This was our second time staying there but we will try for a different hotel next time. It felt expensive for what we got.

No issues

Upon arriving to the hotel, we Waited for sometime to finally be checked in, once we got to the room the toilet wouldn’t work. Tried to call front desk, phone wouldn’t work. Went back down two minutes after and told the front desk person. He said oh ya our water is shut off, they are repairing something with the water. You think that would be something they could have told us TWO Minutes ago!!The pictures of the rooms online did NOT match the actual rooms once we got there. The room was old, smelled very musty and our bedding was damp. Nothing looked wiped. 😖

Room was very dated. Sink had 2 cracks in it. Shower had large cracks in it. An empty coke bottle was found by the bed. The lounger chair was broken. The phone did not work at all. So I always had to walk to front desk when I needed something. When I filled out form at desk for towels to be replaced. It was not done. So had to go to front desk and get them myself when I came back to hotel at 11:00pm. One afternoon the water was shut off and no water was in the taps. This affected the whole hotel. Had to wait til maintenance fixed it later in the afternoon.

The handicap accessible option was not very handicap accessible- toilet was low to ground - hard to get around

The air conditioner in my room while it worked was leaking to the inside theroom, soeverythingwasdamp?And the floor was wet all around the it.I used the ice bucket to collect the water.

Checking in was a nightmare. The kiosk thing caused major delays. The rooms smelled musty and in one of the rooms the carpet was damp and if we turned the heater on it smelled like rotting wood. The signs for the pool were confusing and I thought the whole pool was closed which was the main reason for our decision to stay even though the rooms were smelly and damp.

Pool area seemed run down, jacuzzi wasn’t working, room tub was not clean…mold, stains and active reddish bacteria growth in grout. When checking out there was not a person physically at the front desk…only a video monitor with someone assisting. That was so odd, impersonal and seemed as an obvious attempt to save money somehow.
