I got rested up for the last day of travel.
Pros:

I was impressed by the staff's compassion. I arrived at 1PM and check-in is at 3PM. But the kind lady at the desk didn't say a word. She just checked me in.

Cons:

If at all possible install an elevator. It was difficult to get up and down the stairs. I made my reservation months ago and they claimed that there were no rooms available on the first floor. I have mobility issues so it wasn't easy for me to navigate the steep stairs.

Best rate in Jamestown but on the pricy side, breakfast made up for it.
Pros:

Best breakfast I’ve had at many hotels to date. Sausage gravy and biscuits and sausage links. Not just a few muffins and cereal, an actual breakfast

Cons:

More affordable options but a decent value for the cost

Ridiculous
Pros:

The restaurant.

Cons:

I reserved the jacuzzi suite room. When I arrived I was told I couldn't have it because the gave it to someone else and that basically it was my fault because I used Booking.com. So they put us (just 2 of us) in a huge suite with a tiny crappy bathroom. And to top it off the pool was closed for "chemical treatment" so we couldn't even use that hot tub. Honestly I probably will never use this hotel again!!

This hotel is easy to get to and we will stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing that was a bit of a problem was hearing people talking and hearing TV noises. That continued past 3:00 a.m.

Pros:

The staff is absolutely amazing the room is amazing my grandkids had so much fun in the pool it was a great stay. It was a little bit more than Super 8 but it was worth it. And when I need to stay in Jamestown again I will come to this same place. High five on everything

Pros:

Price was good. In theory the amenities seemed like they had potential.

Cons:

Breakfast was a mess, Pool was grey. Parking lot is a disaster. No front desk staff. Waited forever for.someonw to check us in and then it was the executive chef from the onsite restaurant. Check out was virtual and no bill. Unless the hotel is way cheaper next time I will try one of the other options in town. Bathroom sink and tub didnt drain properly.

Accommodations are great. Staff is not good.
Cons:

I couldn’t talk in person to the desk staff. Couldn’t get a receipt. Still don’t have one. Just a run around not talking to a person.
