Comfort Suites

We arrived at the hotel about 8 PM after driving 12 hours, and hoped to use the pool and Jacuzzi; however, there was a sign saying hotel pool was under construction.

The room was comfortable, especially the bed. Air conditioner, and other amenities worked fine. The sofa in the room had rips on the corners. And, the shower head only had one setting which worked, the three prong, pulsating setting. Again, not what we had hoped.

Didn’t stay for breakfast, except to catch a chocolate milk on the way out the door.

Great staff and likely small fixes to have an improved stay.

Inconvenience of being in a building currently undergoing construction. Other than that, it was just fine. The young lady who checked us in and out was most pleasant.

No signage on hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub closed for renovation. We were not notified of that in advance. Mercantile area closed with no ice in machine. Bed was "squishy". AC unit in room froze up during the night making room smell of electrical fire.

Such great people work here. They were under a remodel and they still made our stay so much fun! Will definitely be back!

Clean room. Breakfast was great! Didn’t check out the gym. The halls could use some cleaning and vacuuming.

They are in the middle of a remodel and name change. It did not interfere with my stay but it should be noted. It was quiet and clean. Very close to the interstate. Easy to get to. Breakfast starts at 7. Friendly staff.

Overall good experience

Condition of hotel was terrible. Several areas of hotel were not available and there was no indication of that on their website. Guests should be told if the pool is closed for repair. We were on a family vacation and a sign at check-in (after we had booked a room online) stated pool was not available… Poor customer service.

They are in between companies or something right now. Getting new things like ice machines and such which means none worked while we were there 🙃

The property was being redone

Need to advertise they are under renovation. The rooms they had available were not very clean. Felt very misleading.

Rooms were dirty, water didnt work in sink. Stains on carpet. Room had an odor. Hair laying in bathrooms. No vending machines even though there were signs saying there were.

We have multiple charges on the card they can't explain. Other than wsit a couple days and call back. I also wish these properties would say when they won't have working hot tubs and pools. This is why Air BnBs get so much business.

I checked in online prior. When I got there they wanted a $100 cash deposit before they would even talk to me. I had to go find an atm and then check in. My room didn’t have a thermostat and the dial on the floor unit was set to high heat, in early september

Under on-going renovations. Limited services. Excellent location looping around downtown area. Love gas station nearby.

Property was being remodeled. You wouldn't have known it was very clean and staff were nice and helpful!

Only negative was hot tub and pool were closed for repair.
