Encantados y con ganas de volver muchas más veces al hotel!

¡Nos ha encantado todo! El personal súper atento y amable, la comida riquísima y la música en vivo de diez.

Cons:

El único “susto” fue al final, cuando apareció en la cuenta un masaje fantasma que nunca tuvimos… pero nada grave, se solucionó rápido y con una sonrisa.

Tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos en la puerta de acceso al hotel cuando llegamos después de cenar alrededor de la 1 de la madrugada, no atendían ni al teléfono ni al timbre.

Sitio espectacular para desconectar
Pros:

El sitio es espectacular, las instalaciones muy bonitas, el recibimiento impecable, la habitación donde nos alojamos grande, una cama comodisima y unas vistas increíbles al mar. El buffet de la noche muy bien, igual que el desayuno. El spa bastante bien

Cons:

No me gustó el servicio de camareros en la comida, mucha espera, poco organizados. No pudimos hacernos masaje porque estaban todas las horas ocupadas

Not quite the five star experience
Pros:

This hotel is superbly manicured in terms of its appearance and appeal and you cannot fail to be impressed when you arrive.
The rooms are nice , but some features are not great. The curtains are very heavy and have to be moved manually.
The food is very good, but they could be more variety.
Off-season the breakfast buffet is disappointing the hot food is actually not hot. In fact, its barely lukewarm.
They have a super spa, but strangely not very much publicity in English.
Some people might find the Hotel a bit pretentious, but it’s unlikely that you would be disappointed overall with your experience

Nice beach hotel
Pros:

We stayed at this property for a few days in November. The hotel has a old and a modern area, but I think the old building has more charm. Our suite was spacious and modern and also had a nice terrace with sea view.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Food at the restaurant and for room service was really good, just the breakfast could be a little bit more diverse.

Spa at the rooftop is also very nice

We had a good time there

Cons:

Our room smelled like sewage - we asked the cleaning staff about it and what could be done. But our room continued to smell like sewage for the duration of our stay. Additionally, our room was WARM. If you are going in the summer, be ware that the AC is weak and temperate at best.
