We welcome well-mannered dogs in our resort with a maximum weight of 11 kg / 25 lbs. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. No more than two (2) dogs may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her dog, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.
*Any dogs considered as aggressive breeds will be required to wear a mussel in public areas and during any staff interactions.

Maravillosa
Pros:

Las instalaciones son magníficas pero el personal (todos, spa, restaurante , bar..) es insuperable

Cons:

La iluminación de la habitación
No había mesillas pero tampoco una luz en el cabecero de la cama
Supongo que la gente ha dejado de leer, pero si en lugar de una pantalla quieres leer un libro es casi imposible con la luz del techo

Beautiful stay in such impressive facilities
Pros:

The Le Méridien Ra is a remarkable building with a sense of space and history that immediately stands out. We were particularly impressed by the wellness area and the gym, which are extensive and provide a great environment for anyone looking to stay active or relax during their stay. The climatized swimming pools were also a highlight, maintained at a comfortable temperature that made them very enjoyable for the family.

Breakfast deserves a special mention as it was truly amazing. The selection of products is high-quality and very well cared for, reflecting a standard that matches the hotel's category.

The dinner at La Terraza del Mar was a highlight! Great atmosphere and fresh variety.

While the property is vast, the atmosphere remains calm and professional, defined by the incredible attention to detail from the management team. While every trip can have its minor hiccups, it is how a hotel responds that defines its true category. Mr. Martin Van Halteren, the Front House Manager, is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel valued and cared for. He handled our stay with personal attention and ensured that any observations were addressed with genuine care. It is a beautiful place for a family break, and we appreciated the hospitality shown by the entire team.

A beautiful property with a team that truly understands the meaning of hospitality. We look forward to returning.

Super séjour dans un établissement de standing élevé et kids friendly
Pros:

Personnel attentionné, chambres spacieuses et confortables, hôtel kids-friendly +++, localisation idéale pour les enfants avec la plage devant l'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner délicieux. Spa incroyable et piscine accessible pour les enfants le matin ce qui est fortement apprécié au printemps.

Cons:

Quelques jeux de plage pour les enfants à disposition seraient les bienvenus :)

Amazing !
Pros:

We are still here until tomorrow and already can’t wait to come back — this hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The views over the sea are stunning, and the beach is beautiful and very clean. It’s such a lovely part of the Spanish coast.

The rooms are perfect and the service has been incredible. We’ve received the best possible treatment from everyone here.

A very special thank you to Sol for helping us prepare our wedding package — we truly appreciate it.

Cons:

Buscábamos un alojamiento donde se admiten perros y ponía en la página bajo petición. Resulta que los perros solo se admiten hasta 11 kilos. Hay que poner esta información en la página porque tuvimos que alojar el nuestro en otro sitio. Verdaderamente mal en este aspecto.

Underwhelming service and hotel, but a nice spa
Pros:

The hotel has the bones of a good offering. An old hospital that has been restored, a room with a big terrace looking out to see and a great new spa - the massage thought was expensive for what I had. The bad news is the room felt corporate and lacked personality. There were no bedside tables or lights. The bathroom was dated with a dirty bath and it needed replacing. The terrace was not swept once during our stay by the cleaners. But it was the air conditioning noise that would come and go that was most annoying. The staff could be described as functional at best with one or two exceptions. When we complained we were offered a room without a terrace, but 'of the same class' it did not feel the same in any way. Persistent complaining by us and a lack of urgency or response form the staff marred the stay. The breakfast food offering was pedestrian for the price point and had no freshly cooked items available. The lunch was better. The dinner buffet was again pedestrian - a wide selection, but no fresh offerings would have helped.
The pool offering felt like empty without planting to soften the concrete of the roof. It felt bleak.

Paradise
Pros:

Beautiful room, very quiet. Huge bed and bathroom. The spa is amazing and also the breakfast buffet. I think this place is a paradise. Great cocktails at night.

Cons:

Everything was good. If I had to say one thing that it was the only weak point, was the lunch menu, it was good but not as amazing as the rest of the details.
