We welcome well-mannered dogs in our resort with a maximum weight of 11 kg / 25 lbs. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. No more than two (2) dogs may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her dog, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.
*Any dogs considered as aggressive breeds will be required to wear a mussel in public areas and during any staff interactions.

Great hotel, great for meetings and leisure.
Pros:

A really good hotel. The location is good, the hotel is great to look at and well laid out. The breakfast buffet and terrace is a great experience every day. Dinner was great. The staff were helpful. The gym is very good. The beach bar service could be quicker and a bit more shaded loungers in the pool area and beach would be the only things I would change.

Not a 5 Star Resort
Pros:

Let me be clear: this is NOT a 5 star resort. There is no 5 star service and the rooms are no where near 5 star. We are here now. Out toilet is cracked and toilet paper holder is broken and hanging off sideways. They knew we were a family of 4. My kids were supposed to sleep on a pull out bed that was not prepared for them. When we opened the pull out, there were no bed linens. I had to call the front desk to request bedding. Someone brings them up and hands them to me and walks away. No one prepared the bed. We then go in the bathroom and there are 2 towels for 4 people. We again call down and have to ask for more towels. The AC is minimal and can not be adjusted. The service at all restaurants and bars is quite slow and the servers are aloof and in no rush to assist.
