No staff to check in after dark. I was giving a $9 partial refund and still waiting on the full amount.
I chose this hotel bc of the hot tub in room- however I never actually saw the room so I am not sure of rather or not it would have been liked
When I walked into the hotel- it took over 7 minutes before someone came out of the back area to speak to me and then he told me that they cancelled my reservation and I would see a refund in 2 hrs. The reason for the cancellation was due to not actually having the room available or any room available. I am still waiting on my my refund. I went back to speak to him 2 days later about yhr refund to be told it would be 3-5 business days but he assured me that I would get a refund due to it not being my fault we didn't get to stay.

There was cockroaches flys stunk door would not lock I was told I would have my money back and still have not received it
Yes I didn't get the room I booked. I was in town for medical treatment cuz I have cancer. I couldn't leave so I needed to be able to cook food and wasn't able to. Place was disgusting and infested with roaches couldn't get my money back cuz I paid on the site with no refunds. I can't believe booking would host such a nasty motel

Random gun shots, stray animals NO wifi my door would open w a strong round of air people peeing I the stairwel, l the staff, the missing TV in my room. Had to chase down staff to open the laundromat RATS living the the walls roaches..I had to buy my own pillows blankets and sheets the maid NEVER came to the room . The office staff is awful. One of the guys who work in office WILL CANCLE YOUR ROOM IF YOU PAY ONLINE THEN WILL.TELL YOU TO PAY IN OFFICE OR LEAVE . So you end up paying twice for the same day.
