A localização e o pequeno almoço era muito bom

Cons:

Limpeza dos corredores e janelas. Quarto sem tomadas, apenas com uma tomada que era da televisão, janelas sem trinco. Funcionária da receção pouco empática e irónica

- Gentileza da Sr Filipa Pestana que nos ajudou a mudar de quarto após a primeira noite quase sem dormir devido ao barulho das condutas que se ouvia como se as janelas estivessem abertas. Quarto nr 811, o pior quarto onde já estivemos..um barulho ensurdecedor e uma janela tipo porta de armazém que dava para uma zona de máquinas com vista para uma parede.

- SPA agradável, à exceção da piscina que tinha água fria

- Funcionários do pequeno almoço pouco empáticos. À exceção de uma menina novinha de óculos que foi sempre impecável quando lhe pedi para me aquecer uma chávena de leite sem lactose. Infelizmente não memorizei o nome

Le spa et la piscine et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

La chambre trop bruyante un seul prise pour charger les téléphones pas une bouilloire à l’arrivée une bouteille d’eau et c’est tout et la femme de ménage juste faire le lit et changer des linge et si les langes n’était pas dans la salle de bain elle changer pas et la porte pour fermer il fait un bruit on attend toute les portes dans la chambre et des personnes qui parlait dans les couloirs 😔 c’est pour sa j’ai donné cette note mais la vue depuis la chambre c’est magnifique je parle pour l’étage 8 je sais en bas c’est comment

Decepcionante
Cons:

Logo no início começou a decepção. Mal entrámos no quarto percebi que não tinha nada a ver com as fotografias do quarto que tinha alugado. A casa de banho era antiga, as janelas igualmente antigas e as cortinas eram curtas, pelo que a luz entrava mal nascia o sol. Fiz reclamação e, embora até tenham tentado resolver a situação já não tinham disponibilidade de quartos. A opção que me deram era de um quarto muito mais pequeno, embora tivesse a casa de banho renovada.
Alugámos com meia pensão. A primeira refeição foi l jantar e posso dizer que desde então nunca tinha vontade de ir lá comer. Tenho algumas restrições alimentares e as opções eram escassas. Do pequeno almoço posso dizer o mesmo. Quase que nem havia fruta (que penso ser um básico)!

Alugámos carro e por isso tínhamos interesse em tê-lo no parque do hotel. Completamente cheio, e supostamente era necessário fazer reserva. 7€/dia. Tivemos de deixar o carro numa zona mais distante e também a pagar.

Pros:

Хороший отель. Нам дали номер с видом на море. Мы остановились на одни сутки, знали бы что отель такой уютный остались бы еще. Вежливый персонал. Безумно вкусный завтрак. Номер небольшой, но уютный. На балконе можно посидеть и любоваться видом. Единственный минус, к отелю нужно высоко подниматься вверх.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Die Pool-Area war sehr schön und sauber.
Das Frühstück war lecker.
Als wir ein Anliegen hatten, wurde dem gleich nachgegangen.

Ons verblijf voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen die we op basis van de foto's hadden. De kamer was heel klein en niet proper bij aankomst. Ook het water uit de douche liep niet weg.
Daarnaast liet het ontbijtbuffet aan de wensen over, net als de faciliteiten (zwembad) die je op voorhand moet boeken om binnen te mogen. Onze eerste dag waren alle tijdsloten volgeboekt waardoor we hier zelfs geen gebruik van konden maken.

Good location, lots of facilities
Pros:

Not far from bus and Aerobus stops, so no problem to get to the airport or city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, had everything I needed. There was no A/C in my room, only a fan, so on hot days the temperature in there might be uncomfortably high. Very rich breakfast and they offer midday and evening meals as well (buffet). Sports facilities include both an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts ...... This was my second stay, will definitely come again.

Cons:

The only problem I had was the steep slope you have "climb" to get to the entrance.
