Pequeno-almoço, pisicina interior excelente

Cons:

Estacionamento, Quarto era espaçoso com 2 divisões contudo no site dizia que tinha varanda e não tinha. Check-out mais cedo do que o normal, em todos os que já estive sempre foi ás 12:00 este hotel era mais cedo ás 11:00

Pros:

Everything was great! The room was clean, with amazing ocean view through the window. The breakfast was 1000/10, so many options of everything and all delicious. The staff as well was super nice and friendly.

Funcionarios muito dedicados ao Hospede. Bolo de aniversario disponibilizado, bem como troca de quarto.

Cons:

Instalaçoes, principalmete os quartos e corredores, necessitam modernização, os quartos com varanda precisam de proteções, visto ser um hotel familiar e com bastantes crianças, em que as varandas representam um perigo para os mais pequenos.

No regime meia-pensão, algumas bebidas deviam estar incluidas.

A szobák nagyon tiszták voltak, illetve az ételek között is találtunk finom dolgokat, illetve minden reggel volt kis palacsinta az isteni volt.

Cons:

A péksüteményeknek furcsa íze volt, illetve rengeteg volt a hangya a reggelizőben.
Illetve sajnos az ablakok ott nem zárhatóak kilincsre, emiatt és a rengeteg szél/szélvihar miatt nagyon huzatos és hideg volt a szoba

O pequeno-almoço podia ser muito melhor. Pouca variedade de fruta, ananás em lata não acho que faça qualquer sentido num hotel, ainda para mais na Madeira. Ovos estrelados a nadar em óleo..
As caixilharias das janelas estão muito velhas.
Toalhas estavam lavadas mas apresentavam nódoas de utilizações anteriores.
