Pros:

Les activités proposées (piscine, billard, spa, salle de sport)

Cons:

L'hôtel est très mal isolé et donc bruyant de l'intérieur et le quartier est bruyant le soir
Le parking très étroit, difficile à manœuvrer
Les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement

In general old hotel with few touch ups done but it would need more effort to keep it good condition.
Pros:

It was in the Funchal and everything was around 30 walk radius. Everything was clean and staff was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast selection was poor and not consistent. 2 mornings out of 3 were missing bacon (essential part of standard English breakfast). Furthermore a parking next to the hotel was always full and overbooked. Closest parking was 300m away and still the same price from the hotel. It wouldn't be a problem if the entrance to the hotel wasn't 20-30m uphill climbing from the main road and there would be other alternatives. In addition to that the fridge had broken freezer section door so that regilar fridge section was too cold and freezer was not cold enough and there was no way to adjust it.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel! Very organised! Loved the room and balcony! Swimming pool was lovely and entertainment was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. Buffet was great too!.
Good location wise. Maderia is so amazing

Die Poolbar hat ein gutes Preis-Qualität-Leistungs Verhältnis

Die Nähe zum Lido und zu diversen Bussen

Die Zimmer im 1. Stock sind unter jeder Kritik (wir hatten 2 Zimmer dort). Hellhörig, alt, schimmelig im Bad, nichts war gut im Zimmer.
Ab 06:00 hört man den ersten Lärm von allen Seiten und um Mitternacht werden noch Türen zugeschmissen.
Worst Rooms Ever!!! Muss in einem 3Sterne Hotel auch nicht sein.

Pros:

Posizione comoda (anche se la salita per rientrare è notevole) a piedi a numerosi ristoranti. Vista oceano da tutte le camere. Spa gratuita su prenotazione alla reception.

L'hôtel est bien placé, le personnel est sympathique, le buffet est varié.

Cons:

Il y a beaucoup de travaux dans l'environnement direct, grue, marteau piqueur... Le réveil n'est donc pas agréable

Hôtel confortable bien situé proche de la promenade du Lido en bord de mer et de plusieurs restaurants. Petit déjeuner varié. Jolie vue sur la mer

Gostei da piscina e da área envolvente. O pequeno almoço surpreendeu-me pela positiva, bem como a limpeza diária, o quarto estava impecavelmente limpo.

Cons:

O quarto em si era pequeno, sem varanda e sem ar condicionado. O hotel é antigo e precisa de manutenção, principalmente as caixilharias das janelas, que estão estragadas. A localização é boa mas o caminho é demasiado íngreme. Apesar de termos pago parqueamento, quase nunca havia lugar de estacionamento, tendo ido estacionar num parque que fica mais abaixo, na fundação Zino.
