L’hôtel est accueillant, bien situé et bien équipé. L’équipe est à notre service. Plusieurs services sont disponibles.
Nous avons aussi eu le droit à plusieurs animation qui sont vraiment un plus. Les chambres agencé comme des petit studio avec cuisines et balcon sont très appréciable
Le parking est vraiment petit et malgré réservation du parking des fois nous n’avons pas eu de place disponible. Le sauna et bain turc étaient hors services

Bardzo smaczne śniadania, spory wybór
Brak dobrej wentylacji w łazience i niezbyt przyjemny zapach… ale przy tym widoku na ocean nie miało to żadnego znaczenia 🙂
Positive aspects:
• Live music and dance performances held in the evenings at the hotel’s restaurant/terrace.
• Rooms on the upper floors offer stunning views over the city and the ocean, or towards the harbor with cruise ships. In particular, rooms on the east side provide the chance to admire the sunrise on every clear morning, with the sun’s rays reflected on the ocean.
• At least the room we stayed in (905) looked exactly like the photos posted on the hotel’s website.
• The studio room kitchenette was equipped with the minimum necessary tableware for two people.
• I would especially like to highlight the contribution of Marcio Santos, who helped allocate us a room on the 9th floor, on the east side. This room offered a wonderful, far-reaching view over the city and the ocean, allowing us to enjoy the sunrise every clear morning and the city lights in the evening. Thank you very much, Santos, and I wish you all the best in life!
Tip: I recommend rooms located on the upper floors, on the east side, with room numbers in the range x01–x06.
Negative aspects: Communication with the hotel via the messaging channel provided by Booking.com was not possible. Although I sent several inquiries, I received no response and was therefore forced to search for and use the contact details published on the Dorisol hotel group’s own website.
• Potential guests are misinformed through incorrect or incomplete presentation of the facilities. In reality, Dorisol complex of three hotels has only one outdoor pool and one indoor pool, the latter being located outside the three hotel buildings, and not a private indoor pool for each hotel, as implied on Booking.com and on the hotels’ own websites. At the time of our stay, access to the small indoor pool from all three hotels was possible only from outside, which caused real discomfort, especially during bad weather. Despite requesting clearer and more explicit explanations via Booking.com messages in order to prepare accordingly, I received no reply. A correct description should clearly state that guests of all three hotels share a single outdoor pool and a single indoor pool.
• At the indoor pool there was a complete lack of maintenance/cleaning staff and of supervision or assistance personnel in case of need. The indoor pool water was much colder than the temperatures displayed, and the jacuzzi was extremely small, barely accommodating four people without causing discomfort.
• I would have liked to take this opportunity to thank Sofia Mendez from the Reservations Department for the support she had promised in arranging a certain surprise during our stay. Unfortunately, this promise proved to be merely a marketing gesture: it was not fulfilled, nor was I informed that it would not be carried out, which would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements in due time. This was disappointing, as for Sofia and her colleagues the commitment would have required very little effort, while for me it would have meant a great deal.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra. Mając wynajęty samochód jest to bardzo dobry punkt startowy. Kontakt mailowy z hotelem był szybki, odpowiedzi klarowne. Śniadania, które mieliśmy w cenie bardzo standardowe, powtarzalne, ale na pewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
Ogólnie standard pokoju był adekwatny do ceny. Natomiast w pokoju było "czysto" tylko z pozoru i tylko w pierwszy dzień. W ciągu wyjazdu pokój był "ogarniany", nie był sprzątany, tzn., łóżka były pościelone, kosze na śmieci opróżnione, ręczniki wymienione. Natomiast podłoga była nie umyta w pokoju, pościel przez cały wyjazd nie była zmieniona nawet raz.
Jeżeli chodzi o basen kryty, strasznie śmierdziało stęchlizną i wilgocią. Ubrania po basenie i ręcznik, prane dwukrotnie już w domu, nadal mają ten brzydki zapach.

Amazing view, rooms were comfortable and good for a group of us, we booked 2 rooms beside each other.
Our bathroom smelled but the other room didn’t have that issue. Parking was hard since there are not many spots.
