Madeira ist eine Reise wert, aber nicht in diesem Hotel.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Schritten ist man am Wasser und viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung.
Unsere Servicekraft die morgends beim Frühstück anwesend war, war sehr freundlich & zuvorkommen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Studio mit Meerblick gebucht, die Beschreibung auf Ihrer Internetseite für diese Zimmer-Kategorie hat uns dazu inspiriert. Wir bekamen im 7. Stock ein Zimmer, leider war von Meerblick nicht viel zu sehen. Die davor stehenden Bäume haben die Sicht versperrt. Wir haben uns dann an der Rezeption gemeldet und 30 Min. später ein anderes Zimmer im 7. Stock bekommen. Die Sicht auf das Meer war etwas besser, war aber mit der Hotelbeschreibung nicht identisch. Der Balkonboden war nicht sehr sauber, Tauben waren täglich unsere Gäste. Die Frühstücksräume sind sehr voll und laut, das Angebot war ausreichen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr bescheiden. Das Hotel liegt als 3. Hotel der Hotelkette ganz oben am Berg, die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ( nur zum aus-, und einladen ) liegt steil am Berg und der Platz ist sehr beengt. Unser Fazit: einmal und nie wieder. Keine Hotelbuchungen mehr wenn das Hotel nur 3 Sterne hat, auch wenn die Beschreibung & Bilder noch so schön sind. Aus Fehlern lernt man

Cons:

Temperatura do spa, a água da piscina estava um pouco fria e os jatos não estavam a funcionar. A sauna não estava quente, o jacuzi não estava quente, o banho turco apesar de quente não tinha aroma a eucalipto como esperado. De resto tudo bem.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid, de indoorpool was fijn al moest je wel een tijd reserveren om erin te kunnen. Elke avond hebben ze wel een show bij het restaurant. De bedden waren ruim en lagen fijn. Ook fijn dat je een klein keukentje had.

Cons:

Als je niet op tijd reserveert dan moet je je auto een stuk verderop neerzetten en elke keer een heuvel omhoog klimmen. De locatie is best ver weg van het centrum, je moet dan of de bus of je eigen auto pakken om er te komen.

Un bon emplacement, personnel très sympathique. Mais pas pour le repos, trop bruyant

Cons:

L'absence d'isolation sonore, entre les chambres comme pour les fenêtres par rapport aux bruits extérieurs
Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, très chaud avec le soleil sur les vitres
Une seule salle de repas / petit déjeuner pour plusieurs hôtels, et donc énormément de foule et de bruit
