Guests must be over 20 years old to use the 33rd-floor lounge as well as the spa and fitness center which includes the swimming pool and hot-spring baths. Extra charges apply.
Breakfast is served at the Club Lounge located on the 32nd floor of the property for guests who book a rate plan with Club Lounge access during 7 AM-11 AM (last order at 10:30 AM).
Please note that only Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate an extra bed.
One child under 1 year old stays free of charge when using a child cot or crib.

The distance to Akabanebashi Station is a plus! The Stellar Garden bar on level 33 has amazing views!
The furniture looks a little dated.
EVERYTHING. I am extremely picky about my hotels and this might be my top 5 favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Aside from the views, spotless facilities and luxurious decor, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, helping with virtually everything we asked. The location was also convenient, a quick >5 min walk to the metro. There was also a spa and so many convenient shops on the basement floor. I enjoyed the onsen, Lawson’s and a reflexology massage I’m still dreaming about. This for sure will be our hotel anytime we come back to Tokyo!
Only thing would be a more convenient and direct airport shuttle, given the luxurious facilities. We had to take the metro with our luggage first and then a shuttle bus to the hotel

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in perfekter Lage mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Tokyo Tower. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, besonders die Mitarbeiter in der Lounge haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und das King-Size-Bett war absolut komfortabel. Der Lounge-Zugang hat sich definitiv gelohnt – rundum ein fantastischer Aufenthalt!
Das Hotel bietet irre viele Zimmerkategorien an, was schonmal schwierig ist, wenn man es nicht kennt. Wir hatten 2 Standardzimmer online gebucht, die sich vor Ort als völlig inakzeptabel für uns herausgestellt haben. Sehr alte, einfache Ausstattung, zerbeulter Kühlschrank, insgesamt sehr altbacken, miefig und ohne jeglichen Komfort. Wir haben dann upgegradet, die uns zugewiesenen Zimmer waren ausstattungstechnisch okay, lagen aber direkt am Highway - gefühlt so laut wie an einer Rennstrecke. Man hat uns dann ein weiteres Upgrade zur Buchung durch uns angeboten. Das kam für uns nicht in Frage, wir haben aufgrund unseres Protests dann Zimmer zum Tokio Tower ausgerichtet bekommen - diese waren wirklich schön und auch ruhig, man konnte sogar die Fenster öffnen und es gibt hier einen französischen Balkon und einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Tokio Tower und die schöne Umgebung.
Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht dem, was man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie zu den berechneten Preisen erwarten kann. Der Spabereich kostet rund 20 EUR pro Nutzung zusätzlich, dazu sind die Nutzungszeiten eher ungünstig. Personal eher unfreundlich/genervt im Vergleich zu allen anderen Hotels auf unserer Japanreise.

The hotel was great — we started in a standard room and then moved to a corner room with a view. The location was convenient, everything was close by, and the rooms were clean and spacious
The only downside was waiting for breakfast. Every morning we had to wait 15–30 minutes for a table, regardless of what time we came down
The view
Doesn't correspond to a 5 star hotel for the price:
- breakfast we always have to wait at least 15 min ( even at 7h 15!) While there were tables unattended. At the same time the japonese restaurant was almost empty or closed.
- amenities like onsen ,pull , lounge are not free but it is not mentionned upon réservation.
- other franchise like bowling are closed or not available with no advenced notice.
In Summary the price is definitively too high for the services offered in this hotel.
