One child under 1 year old stays free of charge when using a child cot or crib.

Didn’t really like anything about this property, everything was very old, and the staff were generally unhelpful..

Cons:

Check in took 1 hour, the rooms are very old and there was mould by the shower head of our first room.

Fabulous experience in a superb hotel where comfort and convenience match perfectly
Pros:

Amazing spacious room and bathroom with Jacuzzi. Great comfort, unlimited access to the executive lounge. Great breakfast and food in general. Super qualified staff who gave us GR eat recommendations. Quite a number of perks included in the room rate. Unique experience !

Cons:

The spa, wellness which include the gym is not that close and mostly not accessible to teenagers.

Pros:

The hotel has a nice view, but paying extra for a room with a view isn’t worth it. Just book a normal room and go to the top floor to enjoy the view.

Great hotel and great location
Pros:

Every single staff member was genuinely so welcoming and helpful. The amazing crew that cleaned our room and those working on reception to those outside the hotel greeting everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. Located near train stations and many convenience stores, restaurants etc it was a great stay for us.
