Guests must be over 20 years old to use the 33rd-floor lounge as well as the spa and fitness center which includes the swimming pool and hot-spring baths. Extra charges apply.
Breakfast is served at the Club Lounge located on the 32nd floor of the property for guests who book a rate plan with Club Lounge access during 7 AM-11 AM (last order at 10:30 AM).
Please note that only Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate an extra bed.
One child under 1 year old stays free of charge when using a child cot or crib.

청소가 미비했는지.. 2층 다다미방 램프안에..전에 체크인한 사람이 두고간손수건이 있어서..불날뻔함.. 탄내가 진동을해서 찾아보니 타고있었음.. 방을 옮겨줬지만...별로였다.

The room was stunning. The views were amazing. We had a Tokyo Tower view room on the 30th floor and could not have had a better view of the Tokyo Tower. High value splurge! We enjoyed the club level stay and all the wonderful benefits. The breakfast and happy hours were wonderful. The onsen and the pool access was fantastic, a great club benefit. The pool was exceptional- they provided swimsuit, goggles and swimming caps. A nice touch to the spa services. The onsen was also super nice. And the concierge staff went above and beyond arranging massage services. Staff were excellent across the board.
It is pretty large!
Close to multiple subway stations and well located overall. Spacious and comfortable room with a HUGE bed. Lots of amenities, great storage space for clothes and a nice and practical bathroom. It was nice to have a balcony.
Great views of the Tokyo Tower and the city lights.
The AC did not cool the room down sufficiently. I set it at 18C but it never went below 22C.
The check-in felt rushed and we never got an overview, let alone a tour, of what the hotel has to offer. We had to discover it on our own.
Housecleaning was a bit inconsistent, e.g., sometimes we got replacement coffee pods and sometimes we didn't.
There was a bit of nickel and diming. For example, they charged us a fee to get a table with a view at the upper floor cocktail bar even though we were guests at the hotel.
Lovely view from the executive lounge. Excellent variety for breakfast.
Evening food in the lounge could have varied a little - the buffet changed a little, but the main course was the same for all 5 nights of our stay (John Dory & Beef)
The club lounge offered very good drinks and food
The room couldn’t cool down properly. We are now in a different room, not a club room and the A/C works much better
The rooms are spacious (which is not that common in Japan) and clean. 5* for sure. The breakfast buffet was amazing - a lot of choice and the food was delicious. Both Western and Japanese food options. They have a lot of facilities too - even a supermarket.
The restaurants in the hotel are unreasonably expensive in my opinion. The food was good but not exceptional, however the prices are super high (EUR150-200 per person). So I'd advice to eat elsewhere.
