Guests must be over 20 years old to use the 33rd-floor lounge as well as the spa and fitness center which includes the swimming pool and hot-spring baths. Extra charges apply.
Breakfast is served at the Club Lounge located on the 32nd floor of the property for guests who book a rate plan with Club Lounge access during 7 AM-11 AM (last order at 10:30 AM).
Please note that only Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate an extra bed.
One child under 1 year old stays free of charge when using a child cot or crib.

Great location perfect to visit around
Too noisy with the cars in the street even though we were on the 10th floor
Programme busines avec grande chambre au 31eme et lounge speciale du petit dej au diner au 32eme...avec en cas toute la journee, jus, vin, biere et champagne...peu de monde et vue directe sur tokyo tower. Dans ces conditions ces hotels sont tres tres agreables sinon ce dont d enormes lieux impersonnels.
Attention certaines chambres sont proches des routes et la nuit les grosses cylindrees jouent a fast and furious entre 23h0o et 4h00 du mat...et lele au 31eme c est insupirtable ! nous avons demandé un changement de coté et la c etait bien. Les chambres ayant un petit balcon les fenetres ne sont pas etanches.
The view is simply unbeatable — waking up to the stunning Tokyo skyline and Tokyo Tower right outside the window felt magical both day and night. The location is also fantastic: peaceful, elegant, and relaxing, yet incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo. It was easy to access trains, restaurants, shopping areas, and major attractions while still feeling away from the chaos of the city.
The facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, which made traveling with children much easier. Both adults and kids in our family loved the hotel equally. The atmosphere feels luxurious but warm and welcoming at the same time.
What truly made the experience special was the staff. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay.
The breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of delicious food, high quality ingredients, and a beautiful dining environment. It was the perfect way to start each day in Tokyo.
Overall, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Japan. We would absolutely love to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo, whether traveling as a couple, family, or with children.

The garden suite was amazing! It was so spacious for our family of 6. The room is very clean and the amentities provided were the best I had by far. There is also a convenience store located in the hotel which makes buying snacks very accessible.
It's hard to find something i didn't like about this property.
