One child under 1 year old stays free of charge when using a child cot or crib.

Gutes Hotel in schöner Lage, aber Zimmer sind hellhörig und Frühstücksbuffet war früher(2023) besser

Toplage wenn es um den Tokyo Tower geht

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ist teilweise sehr hellhörig. Auf den höheren Etagen mit Tower Blick, konnte man immer höheren wenn die Aufzüge unterwegs waren. Die Ausstattung ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen und mit heutigen modernen Hotels nicht mehr vergleichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte früher eine größere Auswahl und der Raum wurde im Vergleich zu 2023 verkleinert

One night stay was absolutely perfect for the first night of our honeymoon.
Pros:

Great location next to the Tokyo Tower. Very very clean the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room size was amazing! Staff even proceed us with a bottle of champagne for the first night of our honeymoon.

Nothing it was amazing.

Cons:

Access to all facilities without extra charge as a guest would be great. Any other top rated hotel I stay in allows you to access the pool as part of the package so not sure why not?

Разочарование! Отвратительное отношение к гостям!

Такого "сервиса" не ждешь в самом сердце Японии! Впечатление, что персоналу совсем не до гостей.
На моем этаже было крайне шумно вечерами, но персонал не смог решить эту проблему. Я понимаю, что гости бывают разные, но наверняка можно было предложить мне другой номер...
А когда дети прислали мне цветы на мой день рождения, я получила их только через день вечером! И только после того, как я сама спросила, нет ли для меня посылки! Мне никто не принес их в номер! Конечно, лучше поздно, чем никогда. Но если бы я не пришла с вопросом, никто бы не подумал доставить мне мой букет! Когда я спросила менеджера, почему я наслаждаюсь своими цветами на два дня меньше, извинений не последовало. Мне только рассказали о том, что меня не хотели беспокоить... Очень печально.
