Review Highlights

Pros:
Good location near airport and restaurants
Helpful and friendly staff (held lost items, honored requests)
Spacious, modern rooms and some with separate living areas
Pool, jacuzzi and gym available
Generally good breakfast and overall value for money
Cons:
Issues with breakfast variety and vegetarian options
Reports of ants/bug in a room and an isolated 'not clean' report
Uncomfortable sofa bed in some rooms
Plumbing/maintenance issues (slow/clogged sink, slow response)
Noise potential from nearby bars/events (fireworks at night)

Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Generally reported as clean in many reviews, but some guests reported problems (ants in a room, one review saying ’not clean’ and a clogged sink), so cleanliness is slightly below average.
Service
9.1
Multiple mentions of friendly, helpful staff (held lost jewelry, honored room requests, polite employees), indicating strong service overall despite a few maintenance response delays.
Location
9
Frequently praised for proximity to the airport, restaurants and easy to find; one note about noise from nearby bars/event venue but location is consistently a positive.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as spacious and modern with separate living areas, but some negatives (uncomfortable sofa bed, occasional plumbing issues, and an isolated report of bugs) make this a solid but not excellent score.
Amenities
8.8
Pool, jacuzzi, gym and on-site restaurant/sports bar are highlighted positively; waffle stations and cookie availability/weekday limits caused minor complaints but amenities are a clear strength.
Value for Money
8.6
Multiple guests explicitly called it good value or worth the money; one negative 'budget' comment exists but overall perceived as good value.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast is often described as good/fresh, but repeated complaints about limited variety, lack of clear vegetarian options, odd item placement, and inconsistent cookie/weekday offerings lower this score.
Overall Experience
7.5
Most guests report a positive stay (quiet, comfortable, helpful staff), but there are several notable negative experiences (cleanliness and comfort issues for some), producing a mixed but generally positive overall impression.

Great location, large room and good breakfast. Also was quiet!
Pros:

Large room with separate living area with sofa bed. Gym and pool was nice and great location in proximity to airport and with good local restaurants just steps away.

Cons:

Sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable - but the rest was excellent.

My room had aunts and ruined our food and got in our luggage. I reported and they sprayed I had to report again and it was only noted . But nothing was done about the 200 worth of food wasted
