The rooms are very nice. The cleaning staff are very friendly. I was excited to have an adjoining room. The breakfast is a good selection of quality foods.

Cons:

The POOL. The pool was cloudy and had a weird film over the top of the water. When I asked the front desk when and if they are going to clean the pool I was told there was nothing wrong with the water. DISGUSTING!

Some front desk staff were very attentive housekeeping needs A LOT of training.

The lack of housekeeping. I asked for 4 days for a vacuum and towels. One time I had to get towels from the front desk the guy gave me 2 hand towels and 2 bath mats not even washcloths and regular towels

Pros:

Enjoyed the comfort of our rooms next to each other.
We really enjoyed having the use of the pool . The kids really enjoyed that. The flexible staff was nice when it came to a late check in.

Cons:

Was hoping for a suite, but we got rooms side by side which is just as important.

Not bad, not great
Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Free coffee all day long in the lobby.
Facility was clean. The room was adequate.
The pool area is a little worn down and the towels they provide are pretty skimpy. They don't allow you to take towels up to the room so your are walking around soaking wet and dripping everywhere.
Breakfast was typical fare but I didn't care for the powdered egg discs as they were grainy.
I like to have something sweet with my coffee but the offerings were akin to what you might see in a vending machine. They were awful.
The trip wasn't planned so I had a hard time finding a hotel at the last minute that could accommodate our needs and this was the only property that had a room for us.
Surrounding area was convenient to the highway, had some restaurants nearby and about 5 minutes from downtown.
I wouldn't avoid this property but if I had another choice, I would have taken it.

Pros:

Light flickered, reported it was told by the front desk they'll give me a light bulb and if that didn't work then a new light, all of which I had to do the leg work, I told them when I troubled shooted the light I found ketchup packet and under the TV stand was rose petals. Not to mention the snooze button on the clock was broken off, that dhe ignored. The other cheeks were apologetic after the fact.

Cons:

That the clerk wanted me to do everything.
