Je n'ai pas séjourné dans cette hotel car les dirigeants ont refusé de me prendre sous prétexte que j'étais victime d'un piratage et qu'ils n'avaient pas reçu la réservation par booking

Une chambre confortable dans un hotel bien situé dans le 9ème et du personnel à l'écoute
Pros:

Excellente situation dans un quartier vivant avec des chouettes commerces, bars, restos à proximité.Le calme : nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre dans une petite cour à l'arrière un peu séparée. Calme absolu ! Le personnel est disponible et à l'écoute des clients.

Cons:

On sent que les chambres ont besoin d'un peu d'entretien "technique" comme robinet qui coule,tête de douche bouchée partielement par calcaire,... Mais cela reste d'un bon niveau malgré ces aspects un peu vieilissant le ménage et la propreté étaient au rendez-vous !

Nous avons énormément apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, le sens du service. La chambre était spacieuse, le lit confortable et le buffet petit-déjeuner très correct.

Très bon séjour ..
Pros:

Très bon accueil nous avons pu déposer nos valises a la réception, petit hôtel très sympa , lieu propre … bonne literie .
L’hôtel est placé à deux minutes de la gare saint lazare et du métro .. vous êtes à 20 minutes à pieds de l’Olympia et des grands magasins .

Cons:

On entends un peu les douches des chambres voisines

La zona del hotel. Muy buena

Cons:

A la llegada el recepcionista nos comento que por un ciberataque estaban todas las reservas anuladas. Sin mas. No me pregunto previamente mi nombre antes del comentario. Muy fuerte. Ya en la habitacion no hubo agua caliente hasta las 22.00. Ademas por la noche hubo un incendio sin llamas con bomberos y alarmas incluidas. COMIEZO DESASTROZO. Luego fue todo correcto.

Pros:

Buena localización! Limpio y cómodo! Y nos encantó tener un baño grande.

Cons:

La ducha del baño no tenía cortina ni nada entonces al ducharse el agua salía por todas partes.
Nos tocó en el primer piso y se escuchaba todo. No sé si en los otros pisos esté mejor insonorizado
