INCREDIBLE. I went to a few W before but this one is the best by far!!! From the service to the beauty of the place, everything was beyond perfect and better than my expectations. 100% recommend

The staff is incredible they made our stay memorable. If we go back it is because of staff, especially Nicola.
Hotel sensacional
A full 5 star review from me. While the hotel itself was new, clean, beautiful and well designed, the staff her make the real difference.
Every single member of staff was polite, cheerful, and went over and above to ensure their guests were happy.
I’d read some reviews that said otherwise or that the hotel still had teething problems as they’re so new, but I couldn’t disagree more.
Congrats on a successful opening first few months!
Beyond perfection
The hotel is a perfect 10 staff is incredible
The view is outstanding. I can't wait to return
This is 2 star hotel!
Curtains and sofas has stains on them, furniture is really outdated and old, bathroom doesn’t work well, hot water lasts for few minutes only (we took the 2 bedroom villa and we cannot shower at same time because hot water is limited!!)
wifi is really slow and rarely works, staff do not know anything around, they always need to ask and double check and get back to you.
Everything is chargeable it is ridiculous, they are waiting for any request to say “extra charge”. Even kids club is chargeable!
Staff not very friendly except a few.
I would never return to this hotel again.
The hidden jewel 💎 in Costa Smeralda
But please keep it 🤫🤩
It would be a pity if becomes overflowing.
It would lose the beautiful appearance. Very nice place for all like families, couples and friends.
The hotel staff, especially all of them, deserve a very big praise since it is rare to find this kind of costumer centricity
what is very much appreciated. 👏👏👏
First the good news.
* Stunning location on a unique rocky inlet with dozens of super yachts.
* Fabulous gardens surrounding the hotel and complex
* Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Particularly Vito who runs the food and restaurants side and Andrea who is in charge of the concierge. Both speak impeccable English.
* The most amazing breakfast you could imagine…outside overlooking the inlet and the marina. Every imaginable selection of food, both hot cold, sweet and savoury. You name it they have got it…even Prosecco! Have as much as you want.
Next the bad news.
* Hotel complex over 20 years old and some of the rooms look tired and dated. Our room had a poor shower, leaky lavatory and two wash basins that could not hold water. The plugs didn’t work. Definitely NOT 5 Star.
* if you have difficulty walking or don’t like stairs avoid this location and hotel. The place is riddled with stairs both in and outside the hotel. Very few handrails so there is a genuine safety issue in my view.
* Expect very high prices. One small beer 9€. One small glass of wine 15€. Bottle of wine with your meal 40€. Overall everything over priced, but it is the most expensive part of Sardinia.
* Most of the restaurants within the complex average with some downright poor. But that’s another 6 reviews! Most reviews are very old and date back to the COVID era.
* Getting out of the hotel complex to visit nearby places involves ordering a taxi and that could cost you 50€ or more. As a result you can feel trapped.
* No beach here so you need to book a shuttle to two beaches nearby. 10 to 20 minutes away…but it works well And is free.
This is a beautiful hotel . The staff are helpful and friendly. The pool large ,but not heated (colder than the med ! ) . However, it is very remote. It is also very expensive. All restaurants and supermarkets close on a Monday. The only restaurant on site is probably really nice ,if you want to pay for lobster! A club sandwich, via room service, the only way to get food on a Monday, is €35 . A pina colada is about €20 at the bar. For a week the tourist tax was €30 . It also takes about 5/5half hrs to get to the south of the island . You will need a car ! Cheapest was over £250 for 3 days . That's without sa5 nav and petrol . So ,lovely place to visit ,but won5 be going back !
