היה נחמד בעיקר כי הצוות נחמד אבל חוץ מזה לא משהו..

הצוות היה אדיב .

Cons:

מיקום ממש רחוק מהתחנת הרכבת כ 20 דקות , הנקיון לא משהו.. לא נקי ולא מנקים כל יום רק מחליפים מגבות . יש תורים ענקיים לקפה בבוקר וגם לארוחת בוקר ולמאפים שזה מבאס בתור אורחי המלון אין שום פריווילגיה.

Top Hotel mit herausragendem Service und einem außergewöhnlich gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr stylisches und cooles Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind etwas zu klein, aber es ist machbar. Das Frühstück ist herausragend gut. Ein Mix aus japanisch und europäisch. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Expressbus zu den beiden Flughäfen fährt in 10Min Fußweg entfernt vom Hotel. Das ist äußerst praktisch.

Pros:

The room was nice and spacious, the bathroom is clean, good buffet breakfast, good staff attitude.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in our room. For the first night we did not sleep well due to this, we already set to 20C but only hot air is coming out. We asked staff the second day and were told to open the window because there is only heater in the room. For the second night we opened window but there are many sounds that can be heard below so not the most comfortable sleep. Not worth the money at all because of this

Hotel is 10-15 min away from the nearest metro but the bus stop nearby is very helpful.

Pros:

Well situated

Cons:

Difficult to find someone who could tell us how to forward luggage - 3 differs staff gave us 3 differs ways and then our luggage was delayed. Also there was a fire in the vicinity and the information relayed in English was not clear
