Sehr schön alles sehr zentral. Personal nett und immer hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Zimmer sehr sauber und gründlich gereinigt, wir hatten ständig neue Handtücher und frische Bademäntel obwohl von unserer Seite kein Nutzungsberdarf bestand. Lage sehr gut, alles gut zu erreichen, etwa 1000 Meter zur großen U-Bahn Station

Cons:

Beim Frühstück waren die Eier und einiges immer Kalt, ansonsten alles in perfekter Ordnung.
Englisch Kenntnisse waren bei einige nicht so gut.

Loved it will definitely consider when I return.
Pros:

This place was amazing like best in Tokyo I would say. I stayed with my sister the room was very spacious and the layout with the bathroom/shower room made it feel like we weren’t imposing on each others privacy. And if you get one of the rooms facing Shinjuku Central Park you will enjoy it as the government building lights up.

Cons:

It is a bit of a straight walk from shinjuku station. The west side shinjuku very different in the sense that most places you can smoke while eating and the government build is a bit boring unlike staying in kabukicho and not too many places to eat if your a night owl but aside from that nothing bad to say about the actual property.

Really Nice Accommodation
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Staff were polite and helpful.
Rooms were clean with all ammenities supplied.
Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

If your not willing to walk 15min to accomodation it is a bit far but was good for us.
