Loved this hotel for our first few nights in Tokyo. Great vibe, loved the bakery - worth the lineup! Enjoyed the buffet breakfast for our first morning, but a bit pricey to do each morning. Excellent location, very pleased with the access to transportation. Clean rooms, Comfortable beds. Nice park across the street, very close to a Family Mart. Overall, excellent introduction to Tokyo by staying here.
Wish that the coffee station was open a bit earlier for those of us that wanted to get an early start to our sightseeing day. Coffee could have been a little bit better value, but that is just me getting used to a different culture not walking around the streets eating and drinking on the go.
Loved looking out onto the park and being close to a subway station and the buses. Very quiet even though it’s a busy hotel. Great food options with on site bakery and restaurants.
Needed towel hooks in the bathroom, bathroom set up weird, small sink in the toilet/ shower area and another sink on its own outside of the bathroom. No power plugs available in the outside larger sink or proper lighting.
Clean rooms and amenities
Staff were wonderful, especially with luggage forwarding
Close to train station
Room overlooked pipes and tops of dirty buildings
Plenty of hanging space and staff were very accommodating freely available and always smiling.
Restaurant service excellent as was the food.
Cramped rooms with little place for suitcases in room.
Breakfast was not available at 6:30 and didn't start until after 7:30 which is late for children and tours.
Shower over bath with step up bathroom and toilet.
Loved the ambiance of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean. Staff made the check-in process easy, laundry was easy to navigate as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The rooms were quite small. It was a twin for two people but with two large luggage cases, it was a bit tight. The location isn’t super close to stations. You could walk or take a bus.
Central location easy to get to the bakery in the hotel was a very big hit with tons of vegan options
modern hotel. Great bakery downstairs we loved! our room had a nice view over the skyline
room was quite cramped but we had a 3 bed room so that is understandable
Solid clean room.
Location can be bit challenging for someone. Overall attitude in front desk international worker was not pleasing.
It’s the second time we stayed here so we obviously like it, however we have a feeling that we stayed in a much smaller room this time. We love the vibe downstairs with the bakery and cafe/bar.
Room was too small as Tokyo rooms. It was very busy also at the reception but overall good place to stay. The walks are long to get to main station or to actually Shinjuku.
No limpiaron la habitación ningún día. Política eco, pero no limpiaron
I had a great stay here. The hotel feels stylish and boutique, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was very good and worth getting. It is located in a quieter part of Shinjuku, which I loved after spending time in the more crowded areas. I also enjoyed being across from a park. Having a washer in the hotel was very convenient, and the room size worked well for me.
