Un bon hôtel Occidental pour découvrir Shinjuku et Tokyo
Pros:

Ayant déjà séjourné à l'hôtel "The Knot", mon avis changera peu au final (si j'y suis revenu c'est tout de même que l'hôtel est un bon hôtel !). J'y suis revenu pour :
- L'emplacement avec vue sur le parc et la mairie
- Le calme
- Le petit déjeuner très complet
- Le Check-in et le Check-out simple et très rapide
- Le Family Mart tout proche
- La "relative" proximité de la Gare de Shinjuku qui dessert tout Tokyo

Cons:

Connaissant déjà la laverie de l'hôtel, je savais à quoi m'attendre, et je réitère donc mon précédent commentaire, sur cet unique point noir, à savoir :
- La laverie (le sèche linge fonctionne très mal et oblige les clients à prendre 2h00 pour sécher leur linge ce qui entraîne des attentes interminables pour les autres…) Mon conseil sera de ne laver que des sous-vêtements (légers) car les jeans, pulls… prendront beaucoup trop de temps à sécher. J'ajouterais que pour être certain d'avoir de la place, privilégiez les horaires creuses (revenir en fin d'après midi (16h30-17h00) pour ne pas subir l'afflux de touristes à partir de 18h00

Good value for money, highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel is near the park and walking distance from bus stops and metro lines. The staff was super helpful and nice, helped us with arranging luggage forwarding to the next location and ordering a taxi to the station. Bakery next door is really nice.

Cons:

The room is rather small but includes all of the necessary amenities.

Pros:

Excellent hotel on good peaceful location, near the park, but still very close to Shinjuku statiton. Staff is very professional, they provided us all the support and info that we asked. Hotel has very good bakery and restaurant. You can also exchange your money to japenese yen. Good value for you money and you will not regret for choosing this hotel.
