Pros:

My son and stayed in the twin deluxe room. Plenty of room and really practical for 20sqm
The bakery downstairs is elite. The staff are wonderful, also speaking English. Great location near a beautiful park and about a 20 minute (easy walk) to downtown Shinjuku. Train stations and buses very close- just check the lines you want

Cons:

We were on the top floor, we started our mornings early but the cleaner would come around 2:30 when we would come back to hotel. We ate at the restaurant on the last night. My main came out 15 minutes after my son had finished eating. It’s overpriced for what you get.

I recommend you book a room a larger room then your no of people sleeping. !!

The room constantly smelt of cigarette, which we found it very difficult to sleep all nights.
When it was a nonsmoking room
Room was very small, couldn’t move!

Rundum zufrieden
Pros:

Die Lage, die Bäckerei im Hotel, die Hotel Bar, die Sauberkeit, die ruhigen Zimmer und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Cons:

Es ist weniger ein "nicht gefallen" und vielmehr etwas was man beachten sollte. Bei den normalen Räumen hat man, Tokyo-typisch, sehr kleine Zimmer. Mit grossen Koffern kann es da schnell eng werden. Wenn man froh wäre die Koffer immer offen zu haben oder mit mehr als zwei Koffern verreist empfiehlt es sich allenfalls ein grösseres Zimmer zu buchen.

L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé près d'un parc et à quelques minutes de la station de métro de shinjuku

Cons:

La chambre était petite et sans rangement possible (ni armoire ni tiroir ) ce qui est contraignant pour un séjour de 5 nuits

Das Frühstück war super, sowohl im Hotel selbst, als auch in der hoteleigenen Bakery. Personal immer freundlich, alles sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Man hat kaum Platz für seinen Backpack. Mit Koffer wäre es wirklich schwierig.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and tge beds were comfortable.
The location was also great for either walking or taking the metro.
The onsite bakery was lovely

Cons:

We were in a superior double and it felt quite cramped. The bathroom was also small, with nowhere to layout your toiletries.

Great hotel with an excellent paid breakfast .

値段を考えるととても良かった。また泊まりたい。

Great quieter location just outside of the Shinjuku
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic, made with high quality and fresh ingredients. The onsite bakery was also bonus. Loved that there was a gym, although small it served its purpose. The park in the day is great little walking route to a nearby train station to take you into Tokyo. Also there’s a bus stop steps away from the entrance also takes you into Shibuya. The reception area was very helpful
In transporting our luggage.

Cons:

Only cons - not bad though, just our preference - everything closes early nearby and wish there was an onsen.
