Underbar!
Pros:

Underbar personal! Jag skadade en tand och behövde akut tandvård när vi checkade in sent på en lördag eftermiddag. En fantastisk kvinna i receptionen bokade in mig direkt hos en tandläkare i närheten.
Fantastiskt god frukost (omelett, frukt, ok kaffe ( även om jag helst vill ha starkare), fina grönsaker mm), även där var det mycket trevlig personal. Sköna sängar och lugnt trevligt område intill en fin park.

Cons:

Allt var mycket bra, men värt att lyfta är att många hotellrum i Japan är små. :)

Cool hotel, good location, bit pokey.
Pros:

Great location. Not too close to the madness of Shinjuku but not too far away. Helpful staff and good breakfast in the restaurant. Dinner was a bit mid.

Cons:

I get it’s Tokyo so I expect a small room but there was no wardrobe. We lived out if a suitcase for a week. Not the best.

A wonderful experience which was very comfortable and made my holiday even better.
Pros:

I really liked the bakery on the ground floor by reception. I enjoyed the gym facilities as well and the location was great. Just a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station.

We stayed twice during our Japan trip. Great location. Mostly loved it because of the restaurant & bakery.
Pros:

Great hotel overall. Restaurant & bakery are a real bonus. Staff were all very nice too.

Cons:

The bathrooms are very small & student accommodation style pod like. But very clean and did the job.

Spacious room, good facilities. Great staff and awesome ambience
Pros:

It was awesome - great restaurant x 2 and 2 bars and a bakery which was super convenient for a quick breakky.

Cons:

Location wasn't very close to any resturaunts or shops. A family mart about 150-200 metres down the road. Shinjuku station is about a 30 minute walk away

Estadia agradável e confortável.
Pros:

O café da manhã era muito bom, só senti falta de variedade de frutas. O fato de prepararem os ovos na hora é um diferencial A padaria no térreo é MARAVILHOSA!. Atendentes muito solícitos e o hotel se dispôs a guardar nossa bagagem durante vários dias, pois voltaríamos a nos hospedar no hotel e passar 9 dias.

Cons:

O hotel não dispõe de serviço de despacho de bagagem (Yamato Kuro Neko). Você é responsável por fazer o agendamento junto à empresa de transporte via internet. Isso dificultou um pouco o despacho de nossa bagagem ao aeroporto. A solução foi levar à loja de conveniência próxima ao hotel, Family Mart. Mas para quem tem muito volume (como foi o meu caso) foi um inconveniente.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely, with a great location overlooking the park. There is a convenience store nearby, as well as many places to eat. Inside the hotel, there is also a good bakery where you can buy something extra.

Breakfast had a great selection, although the rooms looked smaller in person than they did in the pictures. However, we enjoyed our stay, and the staff were polite and responsive.

The ambiance at the lobby..so cool ..there is the best bakery in the hotel..should be a 5 s
The metro is close.and there is a wonderfull park afront to relax from the city.
I come back again in July.

Pros:

Das Hotel war einfach perfekt. Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar das Shinjuku Viertel mit den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B die 3D Katze oder auch die ganzen Geschäfte sowie das Nachtleben. Ebenfalls ganz nah befinden sich Ubahn Linien oder Busse mit denen man schnell zum gewünschten Ort kommt. Auch neben dem Hotel findet man einen Lawson Supermarkt. Im Hotel selbst befindet sich eine Bäckerei die richtiges leckeres Gebäck anbietet und ebenfalls ist ein Restaurant/ eine Bar in Hotel zu finden. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gepäck in eine andere Unterkunft wie z.B nach Kyoto wird vom Hotel abgeklärt und ist kein Problem. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich empfehlen.
