Great location with nice view of the ocean. Having restaurant next door a plus. Free bicycles and kayak was a plus.
Continental breakfast was good. Waffle maker a plus. Coffee was hot and good. Parking was adequate.
One night the fire alarm was pulled by some idiot not the hotel’s fault, but no onsite hotel person. It took over 30 minutes to get this excessively loud alarm shut down. They couldn’t find keys to unlock the bicycles. After more than an hour they finally decided to cut the lock off. They danish and muffins they put out for breakfast were stale. Not willing to let us check in before 3:00.
The view was nice.
The rooms were not updated. Our room had an awful smell.

The view was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable. Usually plenty of parking. The music from the dining/bar facility could be heard while enjoying the pool. Checking out equipment (fishing poles, pool towels) was easy.
The staff would bump the walls with the food carts while getting it into and out of the elevator-which was right outside the room, the grounds were not kept clean. The pool deck had bird poop and lizard poop all around. The hot tub jets were not working properly. Our room appeared to be the ONLY one with a regular key instead of a key card.

I did not like booking hotel app I was in marathon and did not realize it was further north and I was screwed so I had to drive 60 miles north and when I spent night at hotel I had to drive 60 miles south I gotta say I will never use booking with your form again and I will let my peers know what an inconvenience this was it ruin my trip
