It was pretty by the water and quiet

View was great

Cons:

Cleanliness of the exterior - mostly the area along the water. It had a lot of debris that could have easily been monitored and removed. I picked up trash!
The breakfast area felt like an afterthought. Used for breakfast and storage. Multipurpose an area is good, but block off the storage.

Cons:

The office closes at 7pm so you can't talk to anyone if you needed to. The fire alarms kept going off randomly throughout our last night stay. That was very annoying.

Dove Creek stay
Pros:

Room clean and quiet. Snappers restaurant right next door.

Cons:

Continental breakfast not well monitored. Food and utensils ran out, so sometimes couldn't eat what was left. E.g= no bowls or milk for the cereal, Couldn't find anyone at the main desk to take care of it.
