We did not stay and asked for our money back and still fighting to get it back. They have ignored us

Nothing clean. Property was not well maintained. Things broke down. Trash like old furniture and pool chairs thrown and stacked up as trash on property. Air conditioning did not work properly in room. The pool only had 2 lounge chairs. Kayaks were dirty and thrown under a tree. Sargassum was horrible and the smell around the property was horrible. They can’t control that? To use kayaks you would have to walk through it in the water to get in, disgusting. Pictures online looked so much different than the actual property. Misleading. This is not a resort and I don’t know how it can advertise it that way and charge 40 dollars a day.

Nice room in a beautiful setting. The staff were great: I booked the wrong nights, and the staff were able to find us a room and correct my mistake. I am very grateful.

Cons:

La pieza tenia un calzón sensual ENORME debajo de la cama, parece q no es tan bueno el aseo, el lugar esta lejos de comercios y hubo in cobro extra de spa por 30 usd. Comer en el restauran de al lado salió 200 usd por una comida normal, no volveria. La puerta no cerraba bien y el baño se mojaba todo al bañarse. Daba la impresion de ser un lugar para ancianos

Nice and clean resort worth every penny
Pros:

It’s such a nice and cozy resort, very Keys vibe. The room was clean and it smelled nice.

Cons:

The parking lot does need some more spots since at a certain time there’s not parking but it still is a nice resort with great amenities.

It was an overnight stay which was made pleasant by the customer service driven staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The shower was clean. Staff were so nice! Very polite and helpful. The pool area was nice.

Cons:

Parking was inadequate. There were several sets of sheets on the bed, which may save time to clean the room, but it is unsanitary.

Det var en OK morgenmad, der var, hvad der skulle være.
Flot rengøring.
Bil kunne parkeres i skygge.
Flot udsigt over vandet og Snappers.OK

Dejlige mennesker der var i receptionen da vi kom.😀

Cons:

Solsenge trænger i den grad til udskiftning, man ligger på jern😒Og måske lidt flere af dem😀
De skal være bedre til, at supplere til morgenmaden og tage positivt imod når man påpeger, der er mangler😀
