Beautiful resort right on the water. The room was very nice and very clean. The pool and spa were very nice as well. The pool was heated and had swimming floats & noodles available to use. The staff was courteous and friendly. The restaurant and bar was awesome with great food & entertainment. Overall we had a great time it was a great location.
Location good. Room clean and bed comfy.
Too close to drinking restaurant. Grounds and building could have had better upkeep.
The location is very good. Nice view of the water. Front desk staff very nice.
We have wanted to stay here for some time, as we frequent the adjacent restaurant. However, the description of the king, water view, balcony room says it is 501 sq. ft. Not even close. It was maybe the 300 s.f room. The photos are very deceiving. The balcony is so narrow that two people have to sit facing each other. There is no one on duty after 7:00 pm, and the first night an alarm of some sort was beeping. With no staff available we called the emergency number. Someone came out and couldn’t stop it, although the desk person the next morning did so easily. (They did offer to move us to another room for the night, but at 11:00 we declined.) There is no air conditioning in the breakfast room, so very uncomfortable. Renovations going on, but that didn’t bother us.
todo perfecto, llegamos tarde y la verdad nos ayudaron para poder ingresar, la habitación muy amplia, cama cómoda, todo fue genial
todo perfecto
Nothing
A.C. did not work in breakfast room.
One elevator did not work.
Ice machine did not work.
Could barely open the sliding door to balcony.
etc….
Oceanfront view was awesome
Piss stains on the underbedding
Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was musty. The grounds were completely unappealing (dumpsters, dirt). It was difficult to access one part of the building to another. The room was full of locked doors. No view. No balcony. It was ugly. The outside was not appealing. The pool was way too hot. Not what we expected of a Wyndham property.
All
Parking lot sucks
Nothing
Nothing clean. Property was not well maintained. Things broke down. Trash like old furniture and pool chairs thrown and stacked up as trash on property. Air conditioning did not work properly in room. The pool only had 2 lounge chairs. Kayaks were dirty and thrown under a tree. Sargassum was horrible and the smell around the property was horrible. They can’t control that? To use kayaks you would have to walk through it in the water to get in, disgusting. Pictures online looked so much different than the actual property. Misleading. This is not a resort and I don’t know how it can advertise it that way and charge 40 dollars a day.
Nice room in a beautiful setting. The staff were great: I booked the wrong nights, and the staff were able to find us a room and correct my mistake. I am very grateful.
The property will be much improved when the renovation is complete.
The location and view were great.
It’s outdated and needs more chairs around the pool and sand area
The staff here is great. The are friendly and helpful and they take pride in keeping the place as nice as possible. Breakfast was everything you need. The bikes and kayaks all seem to be in good shape. Our room was spacious with a living room and screened in porch. The pool is well maintained. The place is a little run down but has so much potential. There is a popular restaurant right next door. They struggle with a sea weed issue and it smells pretty bad at times. That just is what it is these days.
All the staff was very friendly. I felt safe sitting on the balcony and letting my kids play cornhole. They had bikes , kayaks, ping pong and paddle boards. It was close to everything . We would definitely stay here again.
I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had on the water at Jackson Creek Marina.
I brought my boat in and briefly dropped my wife off at the fuel pier so she could walk over to Deltaville Tap & Raw Bar. I was not moored, tied up, or leaving the boat unattended. Despite that, the marina owner became extremely aggressive and told me that no one was allowed to use the pier to access the restaurant.
What should have been a simple conversation quickly escalated. I was yelled at, threatened, and told that he would "kick my ass" if I got on the pier. He even stepped into my wife's path as she was trying to walk through. I've been boating in the Chesapeake Bay for years and have never been treated with such hostility by a marina owner.
The signs say "No Mooring," which I fully understand and respect. But according to the owner, you're apparently not allowed to step onto the pier at all, even briefly. If that's the policy, it should be clearly stated and communicated professionally—not through threats and intimidation.
My advice: avoid Jackson Creek Marina. There are plenty of businesses in Deltaville that appreciate boaters and treat people with respect. Deltaville Tap & Raw Bar was welcoming, friendly, and worth the visit. I'll gladly spend my money there in the future.
It’s such a nice and cozy resort, very Keys vibe. The room was clean and it smelled nice.
The parking lot does need some more spots since at a certain time there’s not parking but it still is a nice resort with great amenities.
