Pros:

Habitación, desayuno, instalaciones, atención perfecto.

Cons:

Solo añadiría que un hotel de esta categoría te recibiera con botellas de agua en la habitación y dispusiera de cafetera o hervidor con té y café (es lo habitual siendo hotel 4*).
Está algo apartado del centro pero se llega andando en 20min.

Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, close to the centre. Excellent food, very large bedroom

Cons:

I would have preferred to have been told at booking that the lifts were glass elevators on the outside of the building - had I known I would not have booked given my fear of heights etc. Please make sure that this information is there where hotel have this external lifts.
