Short Stay longer next time
Pros:

It is a fabulous hotel stayed in a double room with a balcony. The staff on reception were fast friendly & very efficient thank you . The room was extremely nice & clean , all of the hotel was beautiful inside & outside one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in . We had a meal in the early evening it was excellent & a great choice , as was the breakfast next morning. The servings staff & bar staff were excellent as well thank you . I would highly recommend Hotel Nelva it's a fabulous hotel & the sound proofing in the room is great 👍. We will definitely be back thank you all for everything.

Cons:

This is not a complaint but it a bit away from the city but you can get a bus or taxi right outside the hotel. As we on this occasion were only staying for one night we wanted to enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

La socorrista del último día q nos llamó la atención por meternos en la piscina sin estar ella...se supone q a las 9.30 abrían la piscina y a esa hora debía estar .. nosotros nos metimos en la piscina a las 10 menos veinticinco y nos llamó la atención... cuando a esa hora debía estar en su puesto..

La tranquilidad, falta de ruidos y la piscina lo mejor, por poner una pega, el servicio de chiringuito de la piscina bastante mejorable.

En cuanto a relacion calidad precio, nos ha parecido muy caro. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, el personal no ha sido muy amable, no habia respeto en cuanto a la gente que habia en la piscina y el personal no hacia nada al respecto...
