Los colchones cómodos , la TV grande, silencioso , el trato del personal que nos dió la habitación 2 horas antes de la hora del check in ...eso gana a las clientes.

Cons:

Clean and tidy, breakfast good.

Cons:

WiFi was appalling, don’t rely on it if you really need WiFi I ended up linking my laptop to my mobile phone. Information that you would normally get from reception had to be asked for, it wasn’t given as part of the check in procedure, like WiFi, where the bar was, dinner available if wanted, check out time ( all of this had to be asked for it wasn’t given. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room that i could find and not even a bottle of water(unless you paid for it from the mini bar at an extortionate price). No iron or ironing board . This would not be a 4 star hotel in most other countries.
