Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war schön groß und hatte sogar eine Badewanne . Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keinen Wunsch offen.

I didn’t got a good sleep due to pillow & also in bathroom required amenities were not available .

Falta de personal en recepción solo había una persona en plena semana para hacer el cheking se hizo muy pesada la espera lo mismo en la cafetería solo una persona, para tomar un café hacía que armarse de paciencia

Loved and will definitely book this hotel again over any other hotel.
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast and helpful staff and the pool area was stunning. It was gorgeous with the lights in the evening. The room was spacious.

Cons:

Nothing - it was a little walk from the centre but I wanted to get my steps up.

Reservamos una junior suite… la habitación un poco dejada. El resto del hotel está muy cuidado . La ducha de hidromasaje con la puerta rota, los chorros centrales no funcionaban por exceso de cal. No merece la pena pagar por esa habitación.
Llegamos a la habitación y la temperatura era de 29 grados… en Murcia a las 5 de la tarde nos íbamos a deshidratar!!! Creo que el servicio de limpieza debe revisar la temperatura de la estancia. El año pasado nos alojamos en una normal y estaba en las mismas condiciones.

Reservamos además el desayuno y no sabían que lo habíamos pagado con anteiroridad

Pool area is lovely, staff friendly,double room comfortable.

Cons:

Location is a little outside tourist centre bout 20min walk but the area around didn't appear safe especially at night for walking. Also booked a 3 triple room but it was actually only a camp bed extra in a double room.

Pros:

La habitación era amplia, la cama de matrimonio era bastante amplia y cómoda. Hacía bastante calor en la habitación, pero poniendo el aire acondicionado enseguida se acondicionaba el ambiente.

El personal era muy educado y las instalaciones tanto la cafetería, como zona de piscina y restaurante tenían un ambiente acogedor.

El desayuno buffet una fantasía.

Cons:

La habitación era cómoda y estaba muy limpia, pero en el baño había ducha hidromasaje, que no iba el hidromasaje y además estaba sucia. La bañera si estaba limpia, pero el agua salía o quemando o fría, no sé podía regular.
