Pros:

Hôtel haut de gamme avec matériaux de qualité, emplacement un peu à l'écart des sites touristiques à proximité de très bons restaurants. Personnel attentionné.

Cons:

Insonorisation imparfaite, un peu de bruit provenant de l'étage supérieur, mais rien de trop gênant

The cleanest hotel I ever stayed with so far in Europe. Very nice parking service though the parking lot is with some distance, the staff are very warm and helpful.

An Elegant Boutique Hotel with Outstanding Service in the Heart of Turin
Pros:

A truly beautiful hotel with classy architecture and a sophisticated, elegant design. The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish—the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and highly efficient. The hotel is ideally situated on the beautiful Via della Rocca, close to Piazza Maria Teresa, with plenty of excellent restaurants and charming cafés just a short walk away, making it a perfect base for exploring Turin. My room was spacious and very comfortable, with extremely effective air conditioning, which was much appreciated. The bathroom was modern, comfortable, and well designed. Everything throughout the hotel was impeccably clean, and I especially appreciated the absence of carpets. The lobby is stunning, and the inner courtyard is even more beautiful, creating a peaceful and refined atmosphere.

Cons:

The hotel parking was fully occupied during my stay, so I wasn't able to use it. However, this wasn't a major inconvenience, as there are several public parking facilities within a short walking distance of the hotel.

Μαγευτικό το τοπίο, υπέροχος εσωτερικός κήπος με θαυμάσιο πρωινό, μας κέρασαν και τους καφέδες και το πρωινό, απίστευτη φιλοξενία κι ευγένεια.
