Excellent stay in the heart of Charlottetown
Pros:

A great location close to everything. Parking was easy and included. Clean room with everything you could need including umbrellas. Complimentary tea and coffee all day and delicious cookies on offer in the afternoon. Great breakfast options and they were able to accommodate gluten free. Comfortable beds and a deep bath tub made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful.
Pros:

The building was beautiful, breakfast was awesome and staff were all very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The pillows were too high for us, we used towels to sleep on instead. Next time we will bring our won.

Decent hotel with the best location!
Pros:

Best location and decent breakfast!

Cons:

Reception staff could've been nicer. Rooms were pretty hot at night - we couldn't figure out the AC. It would turn on every 30 mins or so and it was extremely loud.

Pros:

Super friendly staff !
The entire hotel has so much character!!
Heated floor in bathroom

No small detail is left out, even complimentary umbrella

Relaxing and just what we needed
Pros:

Loved the privacy and atmosphere. The pillows were so good we went home and ordered our own!

Cons:

Cleaning could’ve been better. The lamps were dusty, the tub was grimy, and the tv constantly flicked on/off while watching

Unique Experience
Pros:

Very Cute and Quaint
Pros:

We stayed in one of the hide-away King rooms with the spa tub. The room was so cute and cozy, & the bed was so comfortable. The room was decorated beautifully.

Cons:

I didn't like that I couldn't find a place to sit in the lobby for breakfast but that can't be helped if there are a lot of guests so it wasn't an issue.
