The owners are lovely. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are very clean.
Convenient location. Enthusiastic owner. Trolley stop right outside our door. Plenty of parking and transport information. Grab and go breakfast available. Clean, and good for price.
We found the staff to be a little overbearing, we worried about asking for things and getting caught up in a long conversation. A couple ceiling tiles in our room were in poor repair but that wasn’t a big issue.
The location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying there and can’t wait to go back
The pool was awesome, secluded, deep enough and big enough to actually swim around.
The room was a little bit hot all night even with the AC going. Maybe next time I stay I'll ask for the air to be turned on before arriving and bring a fan as well. Other than that everything was great and the room did cool down on one side anyways just took time.
Everything and the people were really nice!!
It was great!!
Location was nice, rooms were spotless, the amenities are great, everything was easily accessible from the property. There’s a liquor store a few buildings down, a gas station right across the street and downtown eureka is less than a mile down the road!
the patio decks could have used a scrub brush around the stair area just due to some spills & staining but it didn’t bother me any!
The Heritage was in a great location, and you can tell the new owners have put in effort to make it nicer than it was. My bed was very comfy, but you could tell the room had been smoked in. Thankfully, I brought my essential oil diffuser, which had the room smelling wonderful in minutes. My refrigerator was nice and big with an ice section at the top. The Motel provided plenty of towels and washcloths as needed. Owners were friendly and spoke to me each time they saw me, always remembering why I was there, taking time to ask me about my conference. It was a very nice, restful stay.
As with many older places Inn Eureka, it has very thin walls, and my last evening was interrupted multiple times by noises from the adjoining room. Of course the smell of the room was annoying as well, but I came prepared.
The host was very helpful and congenial.
The hot tub was exactly what we needed!
Great bed! The king size bed was actually MUCH more comfortable than the Holiday Inn Express/Suites that my boyfriend and I usually choose to stay, in other destinations.
The heating/air system was efficient and not loud or problematic.
The bedding was soft and supportive, as we both have different chronic pain and back issues which makes getting comfortable difficult.
The hair dryer was fabulous, and when I needed something I just drove up the street to a grocery store and dollar general. But the water from the shower/sink was not overly hardened, so my skin was not nearly as dried/reddened/itchy as when we stay at other brands of hotels.
The Wi-Fi did NOT work, and when we addressed that issue to the Management, he did not rectify the situation.
We ended up having to use steaming services using both our laptops, both our smart phones, both of our Personal Hotspots and it was not easy to enjoy screen mirroring our movie onto the room's TV from our devices.
The password never worked. And we never had internet connection.
I used my entire monthly Hotspot balance for the month in 16 hours.
Clean rooms and courteous staff !
The front desk lady- Lou was helpful and kind .
Guided me for all the nearby attractions..
Some upgrades to the room and lighting can level this property up ..
