Nice spot, especially if you want to shop!
Pros:

The staff were excellent and the rooms were updated and immaculate. It’s located in the midst of an enormous shopping area with high end chain stores and eateries.

The front door and loading area were minimalistic

No sabría decir: me pareció un hotel muy bonito y acogedor, la ubicación tranquila y a la vez bien comunicada, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y amplias, la habitación bonita y cómoda, la cama también cómoda, incluso el sofá- cama que usó mi hijo porque éramos tres, la cocina con todo lo necesario, el desayuno del hotel completo y muy bueno, el personal muy amable y resolutivo. Muy buena relación calidad- precio

Cons:

Sólo una cosa, cuando entraba en funcionamiento el fan- coil del sistema de calefacción era muy ruidoso, así que por la noche desconectamos la calefacción y pudimos dormir de maravilla, y eso que afuera estaba por debajo de cero, sobre -10°C incluso menos, y no fue necesario comunicar el problema

PERFECTION
Pros:

AMAZING home away from home stay with our family. The rooms were so clean, the attention to detail from the staff was perfection and our kids loved the pool/ hot tub. Breakfast was so delicious as well. The stay was perfect and special shoutout to Andres and John who made our stay extra special with their lovely caring personalities and genuine happiness to host us. Thank you and we will be back!

Relax and get some sleep!
Pros:

My experience at this Residence Inn was exceptional. Great customer service, very clean room, and it was quiet throughout the day and night. The breakfast that was included with the stay was probably the best hotel breakfast I had during my trip in Wisconsin.
