PERFECTION
Pros:

AMAZING home away from home stay with our family. The rooms were so clean, the attention to detail from the staff was perfection and our kids loved the pool/ hot tub. Breakfast was so delicious as well. The stay was perfect and special shoutout to Andres and John who made our stay extra special with their lovely caring personalities and genuine happiness to host us. Thank you and we will be back!

Relax and get some sleep!
Pros:

My experience at this Residence Inn was exceptional. Great customer service, very clean room, and it was quiet throughout the day and night. The breakfast that was included with the stay was probably the best hotel breakfast I had during my trip in Wisconsin.

Service is Marriott level,,,,but the property needs help.
Pros:

We haved stayed on various Marriott properties, and all were great.
This property appears to be a previous hotel chain, with a new name. The owners have made attempts to upgrade the property, but it just doesn’t get there. Lobby, halls, elevator, rooms are all dated.

Service-wise…. Katy checked us in…she was awesome, and made sure we had all the info. Returning to the hotel around 11pm,,,Katy was still at the desk making things happen. At 8am the next morning we came down for breakfast,,,to be greeted by “Katy”. When does this woman get to sleep? Breakfast was a good selection, and the cooks kept warming dishes full.
Nice Folks work here. It would be nicer if they had a more updated facility.
