Okay stay but better places in area

Cons:

Wouldn’t let us check in until bang on 3pm even though rooms ready. Staff slightly rude about it
Rooms aren’t soundproof so can hear people in corridors

Decent for a quick stopover
Pros:

Location near station and was clean.

Cons:

The room was tiny. The shower was way too small, I am 6 ft and struggled to have a shower in it. It was also abit noisy at night.

Bar area was nice and food was not bad.

Cons:

Rooms dated, staff grumpy, and the fact there is a huge amount of building work going on outside the bedroom window at 7.30am was a shock the place shook.

The location isn't worth the issues and apathy.

That it was across from the train station.

Cons:

Was given a room with no thermostat, air flow, vent fan in bathroom with no windows that would open. We also had a broken dead bolt and phone. When reported to front desk, they said they they knew the thermostat and vent fan didn't work as it was an electrical issue. Said they would have someone stop in the next day to look at it. Didn't offer another room until we asked if it was legal to offer a room with health and safety violations. Gave us another room with a "king" bed as requested...it was a double bed. Then was charged extra fees upon check out. Nothing was comped or discounted. Absolutely flabbergasted.
