Für eine Nacht vielleicht ok.
Pros:

Lage 10/10 - Mitten im Stadtzentrum, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen

Personal 10/10 - alle super freundlich und zuvorkommend

Betten waren (für unseren Geschmack) super bequem und die Zimmer ließen sich komplett abdunkeln.

Cons:

Die Zimmer hätten deutlich sauberer sein können (gerade die Dusche).

Es wurde ein stark riechendes Reinigungsmittel (Chlor) verwendet, lüften konnte man aber nicht, weil es draußen sehr stark roch (Abfall).

Es war wahnsinnig hellhörig, wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. OG und haben selbst die Rezeption gehört. Dazu lagen wir direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, was es auch nicht leiser gemacht hat.

Frühstück war ok, aber eher unterdurchschnittlich.

Posizione ottima, esci dall'albergo e sei a pochi passi da tutto, non male la colazione con una buona varietà di cibo, il personale molto cordiale

Cons:

Albergo un pò datato, la mia camera (matrimoniale) era un pò piccola, il letto abbastanza comodo, ero al quinto piano con vista sul retro per cui silenziosa, le mie figlie avevano una tripla al primo piano affacciata sulla via e non sono riuscite a dormire dal rumore e schiamazzi per tutta la notte, il giorno dopo se la sono fatta cambiare con un'altra al secondo piano leggermente più interna, ed è andato un pò meglio anche se gli schiamazzi si sentivano comunque.

The location was completely unbeatable. Right in the middle of everything. The staff were so welcoming and happy. I was disappointed to leave.

Weekend a Firenze
Pros:

Tutto, la posizione, la gentilezza, la stanza, la colazione a buffet dove potevi prendere ciò che volevi, le cameriere gentilissime.

Cons:

2 note negative. La prima che non è assolutamente colpa della struttura, è vicina al centro e purtroppo la sera dalle 23 alle 2/3 di notte c'è un via vai di giovani che urlano e fanno casino. La seconda nella stanza abbiamo trovarto 2 scarafaggi 1 vivo e uno sotto il letto morto. Però al di là di questo se dovessimo tornare a Firenze ci tornerei volentieri.

Une belle expérience dans cet hôtel au centre de Florence
Pros:

La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel de l'hôtel. Ils ont tous fait des efforts pour nous parler en français et nous ont donné de bons conseils. Accueil chaleureux.
Hôtel super bien situé dans le centre historique.

Cons:

Le bruit dans la rue durant la nuit, même avec la fenêtre fermée.
Le bruit dans l'hôtel, surtout dans les chambres voisines. Les portes des chambres ne permettent pas une insonorisation suffisante.
