Comfortable hotel in a great location
Pros:

The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the great things to see in Florence. The hotel was really nice, rooms were comfortable and the staff were all extremely friendly. Overall, it’s a very good hotel for a good price. Would definitely recommend.

La struttura è in pieno centro, lo staff all’arrivo super accogliente, disponibile ed educato.
Letto molto comodo.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza era non al massimo, non credo venga passata l’aspirapolvere e quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato il pavimento macchiato, in generale molti capelli in stanza che non potevano appartenere a noi.
L’ultima notte, trovandosi la nostra stanza su via del corso, abbiamo sentito diversi schiamazzi provenire dalla strada.
I muri della stanza molto sporchi e la polvere sui mobili

Centrale ma vecchio e poco pulito

Il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile, affabile ed ha cercato sempre di soddisfare i nostri bisogni. La posizione dell'hotel è ottimale, proprio nel cuore della città. Stanza spaziosa (per fortuna ce l'hanno cambiata in tempo) dotata di letto matrimoniale, letto singolo, scrivania molto comoda con minifrigo (vuoto), appendiabiti comodo.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto lo stato di decadimento generale della struttura. Tutto molto vecchio ed obsoleto. Si percepisce il vecchio da ogni cosa anche dagli odori. Ma la cosa più spiacevole è stata la mancanza di pulizia; per esempio il bagno, oltre ad essere vecchio di almeno 30 anni, era tutto pieno di calcare ovunque, residui di dentifricio e sapone nella parte sottostante del lavabo, wc tutto nero all'interno, etc.
Prese della corrente presenti ma non shuko o usb.
