Das ganze Hotelteam war sehr freundlich und haben uns immer geholfen. Die Lage ist einfach super - sehr nah zu jedem Ort. Fühstück war auch gut

Cons:

Der Lärm aus den Nachbarzimmern und von draußen war sehr lästig. In der ersten Nacht konnten wir fast gar nicht schlafen.
Akustisch hört es sich gleich daneben, wenn die Leute im nächsten Zimmer reden oder etwas Lauteres unternehmen, genauso an, als ob sie das alles in unserem Zimmer machen.
Aber mit Ohrenstöpseln wäre alles definitiv besser.

Pros:

Personnel extrêmement dévoué et agréable, très bon petit déjeuner, emplacement idéal (en plein centre historique). Penser à réserver le garage par l'intermédiaire de l'hôtel (à 600 m - il est interdit de circuler dans le centre de Florence).

Pros:

立地は素晴らしかったです。市街観光の途中でも疲れたり雨が降ったりした際にはふらっと戻って休憩ができます。
スタッフも一流ホテルのような手厚さ・丁重さとはいきませんが、しかしフレンドリーでやさしく対応してくれたと思います。
なぜかタクシー配車アプリがサインアップできなかったのですが、レセプションの方に頼んだらすぐ手配してくれて１分後にはタクシーが到着していました。

Cons:

お風呂はいちおうバスタブ付きですが、かなり狭いです。
また廊下で話している他のお客さんの声がすごく響きました。なぜか他の客室の声は特に気になりませんでしたが。

Wheelchair accessible enough...Just

Cons:

Hotel is just about wheelchair accessible. A side door can be opened on request with a small lip. The lift is VERY small. Manual wheelchairs should be ok but, with a depth of probably 100cm my electric needed adjusting to fit every time. I didn't see the accessible rooms but my standard room's bathroom door was probably 45 cm wide.
Hotel needs an option to book an accessible room on Booking.com

Pros:

La gran carta d'aquest hotel es la ubicació. Estàs al centre teluric de Florència. No estas al centre, el centre ets tu. Hotel amb una certa antiguitat pero ben conservat. Excelent personal de recepció i menjador. Habitacions correctes i netes. Dos ascensors.

Cons:

Esmorzar correcte pero amb un cert marge de millora. Dutxa MOLT petita. Si ets una persona grassa amb una mica d'impetu podràs entrar pero no hi ha garanties de que puguis sortir sense ajuda externa.

Aamiainen hyvä, löytyi valintaa niin suolaisen kuin makeankin puolelta.
Hotellin sijainti oli keskeinen, lyhyt matka Duomolle ja Uffizille.

Cons:

Äänieristys huono, kannattaa ottaa korvatulppia mukaan. Ovien availu ja suljenta kuului samassa kerroksessa erittäin hyvin. Katumelu oli voimakasta eli suojaimet mukaan.

The location is great, literally just a few minutes' walk from everything. Duome is located above the corner. The location also allows you to take a short break during the day when you need some rest or simply want to drop off your shopping.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Nino.

There are many highly rated restaurants and tavernas nearby, so it's easy to find somewhere to go in the evening.

Cons:

The bathroom could benefit from some updates to make it more comfortable and in line with the overall experience.

Muito Bom. Voltaria e me hospedaria novamente no Albergo Firenze
Pros:

Localização e Antendimento. Funcionarios estremante gentis e uma localização no coração de Florença, onde para programação tanto nossa (eu e minha esposa) quanto da nossa filha estavamos muito bem localizados.

Cons:

Acho que o ar condicionado poderia ser melhor. A ausência de ducha higiênica me incomoda, mas parece ser algo cultural.
