Bathtub/shower raised to high off floor, difficult and dangerous getting in and out . Shower door difficult to close results in flooded floor, slippery. Rom AC did not cool below 26c.okay

Hotel con ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità in posizione eccellente per visitare il centro storicio
Pros:

La posizione è eccezionale, ottima per visitare la città di Firenze. L'hotel presenta un ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità, si trova in posizione eccezionale e tutto sommato ha servizi all'altezza delle apettative, personale gentile e disponibile, tranne piccole cose che potevano essere evitate l'hotel è da consigliare e ne terrò conto per soggiorni brevi nella citta di Firenze

Cons:

Potevano essere migliorati alcuni piccoli particolari. La doccia era scomodissima e presentava la chiusura rotta. Il frigobar era spento e senza nulla dentro. Pubblicizzavano le pantofole gratuite come regalo dell'hotel e nella nostra stanza non c'erano. Pensavamo che fossere finite e una vecchia pubblicità, poi la mattina abbiamo visto che le mettevano ad ogni stanza. Io non le ho portate leggendolo. La colazione sufficiente, ma potrebbe con poco essere migliorata.
