Fantastic central location with very informative & friendly staff. Kettle and fridge in room. Maid service each day.

Cons:

Room small and very basic. Very noisy location with no sound proofing from windows or walls to external and internal noise, resorted to buying ear plugs! Both husband and I bitten in room during stay ?? by what.
Shower grubby and needed shower head replaced as broken.

Estadia muito boa, pretendo voltar.
Pros:

Todo os funcionários foram excelentes, prestativos e educados, principalmente a Natalie que fica no café da manhã. E o café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Nenhuma reclamação, foi tudo ótimo. Somente a porta do nosso box do banheiro que era um pouco difícil de manusear.

Hermoso hotel, muy buena atención del mostrador de parte de todo el personal. En especial Dino que fue super atento en todo. Si vuelvo a florencia sin duda elijo este hotel
