Hallways into the rooms felt a little creepy. Shower situation was awkward, the shower head was on the side, and didn’t seem as new

Feel right at home in the center of it all!
Pros:

The location could not be better. We were right near the Duomo and had many restaurants and shops nearby. We never even used the tram because everything was so close. The staff were friendly and helped me improve my Italian when they heard I was trying to learn! Breakfast was also wonderful.

Pros:

It was nice to come back after 10 years and see that the place still there. They did a lot of renovations. It was clean, breakfast was good and plenty food. Location is awesome, just 2 blocks from the Duomo
