A bad experience turned into an excellent stay
Pros:

I ended up booking a last-minute room in this hotel due to an inconvenience with my original booking in a different venue;
I have to say I couldn't be much luckier: the hotel is well mantained and situated just in the perfect position to visit the historic center of the city on foot.
My room was spacious, very clean and had all the features necessary for a comfortable stay; moreover the staff of the hotel was amazingly thoughtful and competent.
I will definitely choose again this hotel on my next family trip to Florence.

Great location!
Pros:

My family and I recently stayed at your hotel, and I am writing to share how pleasant our experience was.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely warm and welcoming, making us feel valued immediately. Since our room was not quite ready when we checked in, we were invited to wait in the comfortable, air-conditioned sitting room and were promptly served cold water, which was very refreshing.

We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and our room was clean with very comfortable beds. The provided slippers were a thoughtful touch. Your hotel has wonderful character, and its central location made it incredibly convenient to walk to local restaurants, shops, and amenities.

Thank you for a marvelous stay.
