Very friendly and responsive staff, close to good eatery (both local and China town) and jetty where we need to board for redang. Staff also allow us to park our luggages and rest on the way back from redang which was super helpful to recharge for a couple of hours.
The room hasn’t been cleaned properly. There are urine smells in the bathroom, ants, the wooden floor is sticky, the fridge hasn’t been maintained hence accumulated water.
It’s also not sound proof so we can hear a lot of foot steps outside the room (from other guests on the same floor) and from the street.
Considering the price they charge, it’s very expensive for the 1 night stay.
The reserved parking near to the hotel really helped us to park our car, thank youuu for that!

Camera non pulita. Asciugamani, lenzuola sporche al nostro arrivo e abbiamo chiesto subito di poterle cambiare.. in bagno mancava anche la carta igienica. Essendo al primo piano ci risaliva dal water lo scarico delle altre stanze. Dovevamo andare via il 24/08 ma abbiamo preferito andare via due giorni prima.
Easy to find the hotel and good space for the toilet. Its located at the middle of the town. Good in term of have air cond and fan in one room.
There is stain at the bed. And the most thing I dont like is the lift that had an issue during checkout day. My room at level 4 and need to bring all my luggage plus I have a baby together to go down to ground floor. When asked the receptionist, there dont have an answer why the lift under maintenance. What if there is OKU that using wheelchair, how he/she to came down? This is the main reason why I give lowest rate.
La posizione è comoda per gli spostamenti e la struttura è circondata da servizi. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile verso le nostre richieste.
Pulizia assolutamente da rivedere. La stanza sembrava non essere stata neanche pulita prima del nostro arrivo: polvere ovunque, bagno non pulito, moscerini nella doccia e lenzuola macchiate. La camera con affaccio sulla strada era particolarmente rumorosa.
Très mauvaise expérience. La chambre était sans fenêtre, avec une odeur d’humidité absolument horrible et insoutenable. Il y avait des taches d’humidité sur les murs, le linge de lit était humide, et sous le lit se trouvait une épaisse couche de poussière. Même la devanture de l’hôtel était pleine de traces de doigts.
J’ai séjourné dans 9 hôtels depuis mon arrivée en Malaisie, et c’est de loin le pire établissement que j’ai eu. L’accueil était également froid et peu chaleureux.
Vraiment déçue, je ne recommande pas du tout.
