Very very disappointed.

WORST HOTEL/MOTEL EVER!!!! NEVER AGAIN!
Pros:

Nothing likeable on this property! We stayed there because of typhoon, may power interruption sa area namin. Pero sa hotel din pala nag bobrown out. And ang dumi dumi ng room! 2 rooms binook namin, pero same na unsanitized. May dala kaming baby pero ni hndi namin malapag sa beddings na provided! Buti nadalhan namin extra si baby.

Cons:

We booked even if the ratings are disappointing. Only to find out na tama nga, superb disappointing!! The beddings.... mas malinis pa ata basahan namin! Yung puting kumot kulay gray na and may butas butas pa. Parang binabad lang sa downy pero hindi sinabon! YUNG BODY TOWEL OMG! DARK BROWN NA.

Poor manangement! 1st The comfort room is unclean from the previous guest leave unflushed urine in the toilet bowl it has a strong bad odor. I don't know How they allow us occupied the room without sanitizing the place. 2nd the room rate changed upon actual check in, its offered higher than the price i booked online . Too bad experienced.

Not a pleasant stay
Pros:

We were originally booked at this hotel OYO 473 as advertised with amenities & parking, but upon arrival we were told that the room they're giving us don't have t.v. or wifi access! This was unacceptable as we already paid & they can't give refunds. I mentioned that this was false advertising. They suggested we move next door to their sister hotel OYO 195 Ranchhotel. I said if we can check first the room & upon seeing it we accepted.
However, although OYO 195 had wifi, we had to keep logging/connecting every hour as it only provides free access for 1 hour.
The signal was weak, hence the t.v. didn't work too!
But worse was the toilet didn't flush! We were so tired to complain that we just made the most of it by sleeping. The bed was semi ok & pillows were too. Air conditioning was bearable.
Next day as we were going out for the day, we reported that the flush wasn't working. We came back in the evening & no one even looked at it as the room was not cleaned.
We endured this situation for 3 nights!
Note that this is a casino hotel so you hear people walking up & down the corridor late at night & early morning. There was a swimming pool but is only accessible through a different entrance to the hotel in another building. We didn't use it as the weather was not good.
Not booking either hotels 473 & 195 ever again.

It’s an old dilapidated hotel with a good location.
Pros:

The property has a good location. Other than that nothing was good. It is obviously a very old and dilapidated hotel. It needs renovation.

Cons:

Location and you have your pwn parking downstairs.
