Pros:

Le charme de l’hôtel, l’emplacement central et un bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

De centrale ligging en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De douchecabine is niet echt praktisch en in de badkamer is er geen plaats om je gerief te leggen.

Perfect stay in a great location
Pros:

A perfect stay. The location is close to Opera and Sol but is down a quiet side street. Rooms are soundproofed so no noise at night. Good sized room and excellent buffet breakfast. The best feature are the staff who are helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent historical hotel in the centre
Pros:

Our room was a little gem, the bed was super comfortable and cozy! Everything was really clean and well maintained, the bathroom was perfect for two people and with fantastic products for the daily care.
All the staff was incredibly nice and friendly; available any time 24/7! And the location was perfect to move around and explore the city.

j'étais déjà venue dans l'hôtel, j'ai été un peu déçue du vieillissement des locaux

I would certainly recommend and return.
Pros:

Beautiful setting and building. Room was small but perfectly put together and decorated. Perfect for a one-night stay. The location was wonderful too, a short walk from the main shops and the Royal Palace.

Cons:

There wasn't enough milk for tea/coffee for my liking.

Enjoyable weekend in authentic Spanish location close to all amenities

Excellent location minutes away from retail and restaurant.Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

As with most hotels the bathroom dispensers of soap and shampoo useless.Advise visitors to bring their own.
Room comfortable although narrow gap between walls and bed
