Excellent hotel where we look forward to returning when in Madrid.
Pros:

Excellent hotel with nice breakfast available located within walking distance to major sites, restaurants/tabernas, shops plus a small, well stocked Dia market across street. The hotel itself is operated efficiently and professionally by its friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. Carolina was exceptional in arranging our early check in after a long overnight flight and taxi pickup on departure. We truly appreciated her kind assistance checking in and out.

Cons:

Nothing!
