Muy buena ubicación para ir al centro de Sorrento en coche o caminando. Desayuno muy bueno, la piscina y el jardín muy agradable sobre todo de noche. Muy buen y atento servicio.
Todo perfecto.
Excellent service and location to get to sorrento
Staff helped us with trip planning and everything we needed
Quadruple room is a bit small would recommend 2 rooms

Clean. Restaurant was very good at night. Food was fresh and delicious. Breakfast was not great
Too far from town. Busses didn’t run on schedule and train was hot no AC.
AC was not every working in our second room
The staff were great, so helpful and friendly, we had a lovely modern room. Pool area lovely also.
DO book this hotel if you expect excellent service, great food and really convenient transport links. The hotel Alpha is a lovely relaxed hotel in Sant Agnello. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The pool is large enough for the size of the hotel. I’d recommend staying half board as the menu choices have always been good and change daily. Lots of choice for breakfast and for dinner. Very good fish choices too. Good wine list. Lovely garden to relax in at any time of day. 5 mins from the station and then a 3 min €1.5 train ride into Sorrento. Trains are roughly every 30 mins in either direction. Pompeii is about 40 mins towards Naples. The supermarket by the station is excellent. The walk into Sorrento takes about 45 mins, more if you actually bother to take time to view churches and the coast and to watch the world. 10 mins to the beach.
Lovely hotel, close to train station in Sant'Agnello. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Room was comfortable, and clean. Only comment is that the bathroom decor was needing refreshed, but everything worked and the water pressure in the shower was good.
The hotel location was good 35 min walk into sorrento. There's also a bus and train stop within 5 mins walk. The food was waiter service from 7.30pm if half board. I would advise this option we were pleased with room cleaning (daily) and service in the restaurant excellent Mauro. Pool bar man not the best im used to them being friendly. Pool towels issued every 7 days. The hotel location is a 15min walk to a beach. Sorrento and the area near the hotel has nice restaurants and plush hotels which we used for drinks. Beer cost for peroni .4 ltr. average was 6 euro. You could pay less English inn in sorrento was 5 euro but there's plenty over 7 euro elsewhere.
Loved our stay at the Alpha, warm and friendly staff. Food was very good on the whole it was well presented and if you didn't like your choice an alternative would be offered on request. There was occasional evening entertainment which was great. Yes the room decor could be described as a little tired and in hindsight we would have booked the superior rooms after seeing them but it was too late to book. Our room was functional, cleaned every day, any request was accommodated by the staff. We would return again as the location is great for local transport as the train station is just 10 minutes up the road, similar time gets you down to the coast. Drinks were a little pricey but they tended to be all over the place. We had an early departure home and couldn't attend the last breakfast but the excellent staff laid on breakfast to go for the return trip, excellent. There could be negatives but you'd have to really look hard in our opinion to find them. Had a happy and relaxed stay, throughly recommended.
Had a fantastic 2 weeks at the Alpha Hotel the staff were beyond brilliant and simply couldn’t do enough for you, we were half board and found the food very good loads of choice and excellent quality. The evening meals were varied and always offered several options, so much better than a buffet. Our room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The hotel was spotless and the pool area well staffed and always a sun bed available… I would highly recommend
The staff were lovely, rooms spacious and clean, pool and surrounding area fabulous
Excellent hotel in a great location, very close to the train station and the center of Sorrento. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The staff took care of our request for adjacent rooms, and when there was an issue with the air conditioning, they promptly moved us to different rooms. We really appreciated their excellent service.
Everything was very good
Wonderful stay at the hotel Alpha.
Great staff and delicious food from à la carte menu, seating in outside garden area.
Special mention to Erika, who is so professional, friendly and warmly greeted us every evening, explaining the menu to help us choose. She is exceptional at her job.
Also great reception staff, nothing is too much trouble.
Our room was in the old original building of the hotel and we were very comfortable, layout a bit quirky, but great for us with a very quiet and private terrace. Efficient and very welcome air conditioning.
The lounge and bar areas are beautifully decorated and furnished and so cool and inviting.
We found the drinks a bit pricey, although the food was reasonably priced.
Swimming pool is great and the warmest outdoor pool we have used for many years.
Plenty of loungers.
We would recommend having repellent to hand and lotions for bites, we were heavily bitten by ants/mosquitos, not sure which.
A short walk takes you to the waterfront which is rustic but charming. Lovely little bars for much needed refreshment.
We travelled from the airport by train, taxi to Garibaldi Station in Naples and train taking approximately 1hr 10 minutes to the local Sant Agnello station, a 5-10 minute walk to the hotel.
On our return we took the ferry from Sorrento to Naples, really comfortable and just a 45 minute journey, for us a preferable way to travel.
Just to mention Mario in the restaurant was also kind, together with another young waiter who we called the motorbike boy, always helpful and friendly.
We liked the position of the hotel being just on the outskirts of Sorrento and would recommend.
