Tutto molto buono ...Il personale — dal team della reception a quello del ristorante — è stato molto attento e gentile; i camerieri, in particolare Giovani, sono stati eccezionali.
Il servizio di pulizia è stato pessimo: non mi è piaciuto affatto. Abbiamo soggiornato lì per quattro notti e la biancheria da letto non è stata cambiata nemmeno una volta. Hanno reintegrato solo i prodotti del minibar che avevamo consumato; per il resto, non hanno rifornito nulla. Un giorno siamo rimasti senza carta igienica, un altro senza shampoo e un altro ancora senza asciugamani puliti. Inoltre, dormire in un letto in cui le lenzuola non venivano cambiate da quattro notti mi ha messo molto a disagio.Ho chiamato la reception e mi sono lamentato del cambio della biancheria da letto, ma non è stato preso alcun provvedimento...
Hotel byl velmi čistý, hezky zařízený a lokalita tichá. Pokoj byl prostorný i pro 4 člennou rodinu, pokaždé doplněna kosmetika v koupelně a minibar. Bazén byl čistý, spousta lehátek a bar. Personál byl velmi příjemný a velké plus mají všichni na recepci! Velice ochotní, usměvaví a vždy dokázali poradit nebo vyřešit jakýkoliv požadavek. Hotel by si zasloužil 5 *
A co je opravdu super je jejich restaurace, to byla úplná bomba. Milí číšníci a skvělé jídlo.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted by the very friendly reception team who checked us in quickly and walked us round to our room located in the villa at the rear of the property. The outside of this building is full of character - it's been refurbished so that the interiors are modern and comfortable. The room itself was light, the bed comfortable, air con in full working order (thankfully!) and the bathroom of a decent size with a good shower. Our balcony was small but got the sun in the morning and it was nice to sit on at any time of day as it was away from the main road so pretty quiet. The restaurant was very well staffed and as previous reviewers have mentioned, the staff in this hotel really set it apart: friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service. The food was good and we were always full after partaking in all four courses (chosen from a menu). The Grand Buffet on Thursdays had excellent food. Both of us are gluten free and there GF bread and cakes were available at breakfast and dinner which was much appreciated. Mauro and Salvatore deserve particular praise for their organisation and constant monitoring of guests to ensure they were happy. Joseph was really personable too. The pool was a really good size for the hotel and we never struggled to get a sunbed in the morning or the afternoon. That said, there are plenty of bed in the gardens that receive nice shelter from the sun by the trees. The pool service was great and Mario was really stand-out here. We had lunch at the hotel a number of times and really enjoyed what was on offer. I agree with other reviewers that the hotel's drinks prices are more expensive than those available in local bars. We chose this hotel because it's not in Sorrento's main centre while being one train stop away (station 5 mins walk away); and well served by buses. This worked really well for us. Also a short walk to the coast and a number of bars/restaurants that we also ate/drank in during our stay and which were excellent. Great service, location, food and environment - would recommend!

A lovely hotel and great value for money. We booked directly with the hotel after seeing it advertised in different websites. We were allocated an upgraded garden room which was spacious for three people. Really contemporary and a great space. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, staff are warm and welcoming. We had breakfast included and there was lots to choose from. This hotel is a great base, it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the beaches as well as ( minutes from the centre. The train station is also 5 minutes away and a bus stop is right outside to take you to sorrento. We had a fabulous time!
The pool was perfect, the in-house restaurant was Great especially the manager Erica, the room clean and comfortable.
The location was perfect! Right next to a great beach and many restaurants, supermarket and Pharmacy just up the road and 8 minutes by car from downtown Sorento.
The Ac control was not friendly and had to constantly adjust it.

Muy buena ubicación para ir al centro de Sorrento en coche o caminando. Desayuno muy bueno, la piscina y el jardín muy agradable sobre todo de noche. Muy buen y atento servicio.
