Our family go to destination when we visit Vegas. Never disappoints.
Pros:

Off the strip. The pools. Scotty Beans. Full kitchen. Grounds well kept. Attentive staff.

Cons:

We would definitely stay again and hope to be back in summer so water is warmer.

Pros:

Le personnel nous a permit d'entre avant l'heure, les chambre sont très bien,, ils nous offres un service a la clientèle excellent et étant a l'avance de nos demandes. Les piscines sont a une bonne température. Les cuisines sont bien équipés, s'il il manque quelque chose, ils l'apportent en mois de 5 minutes.

William Mora is the best!
Pros:

I have had a few small issues but William Mora the front desk manager has been amazing. He is always pleasant and happy to help. William has single handedly made this the best vacation experience I have had in a very long time. He is professional, well dressed, and dedicated to making sure his guests have an awesome experience. I am thankful for all he has done for me. Thank you William for being the best part of my stay at the Grandview at Las Vegas.

Enjoy my stay and I would most definitely stay again if the opportunity presented itself

Customer Service
Pros:

I had a great Customer Service experience at The Grandview in Las Vegas. There were issues in building 9 with the TV reception for a few days. The hotel knew the issue and never communicated. The only person wiling to be honest and try to help was Ras’a. I appreciated that she explained the situation and tried to accommodate me was greatly appreciated. It really shows a little communication goes a long way!
