I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Chris, William, and Zakiyyah at The Grandview Hotel for the exceptional hospitality they have shown my family and me.

We are currently in the process of relocating from Nevada to another state, and during this transition we have been staying at The Grandview. Anyone who has ever moved knows how overwhelming it can be. Extended hotel stays often require changing rooms—or even changing properties altogether—which can mean repeatedly packing, unpacking, and moving everything. On top of that, I have continued working throughout the week, making the process even more demanding.

After explaining our situation, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us by allowing us to remain in our room for an additional week. That act of kindness lifted a tremendous amount of stress during an already challenging time.

Although there were a few minor concerns during our stay, every manager and staff member made sure those concerns were addressed promptly and that my family felt comfortable, cared for, and at ease. Their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help made all the difference.

I am truly grateful for the outstanding customer service we have received at The Grandview Hotel. The beautiful resort is matched only by the wonderful people who work there. Thank you, Chris, William, Zakiyyah, and the management team, for making a difficult transition so much easier. I will gladly recommend The Grandview Hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, accommodating, and memorable place to stay.

Lots of space. Very clean.

Clean spacious rooms great pools grills and other amenities such as bingo putt putt etc and to top it all off the staff is so helpful & polite. And the views from the 11th floor of the town and the mountains are spectacular as well as the beautiful waterfall thats all lit up at night between 2 great pools at Sage Tower "tower1" there's a shuttle that does Walmart runs daily from like 8 to 11 every 20 minutes and 2 stretch golf carts incase you'd rather catch a ride around the property instead of walking trust me when its 114 degrees those golf carts are such life savers And if you like to gamble your in luck bcuz you've got the best casino in Vegas right next door South Pointe is definitely my go to where you can pretty much always walk out a winner. I've turned $10 to $20 bucks into $9000 , $13,000 $4,000 etc on this trip cant wait to try out the bingo games there they have nightly winners walking away with $30,000 at BINGO YALL Grandview and South Pointe has been the highlight of our trip to Vegas we've stayed all over Vegas and Henderson the past 3 months but we finally found the spot for us thank you Grandview yall are wonderful.

I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms had everything needed for our large family

In the past, this was our favorite timeshare in Vegas. This time we were very disappointed. We were on the 17th floor, and the noise from I-15 was very loud. When we got the plates out to use them, they were all dirty. There weren’t 4 plates and cups in each room. Two of the four burners on one stove didn’t work. The outlets were funky and it was hard to plug items in them, and they needed attention. Lights were burnt out, and floor tiles were cracked. Our shower had mold falling off under the door. The thermostat location was in a weird place, and didn’t cool the bedroom unless you had all doors open. It looked as though they may have been renovating the bottom few floors. The whole place needed some major maintenance!
