The property itself was fine, but the unwelcoming and unprofessional service made the experience negative.
Pros:

The location was convenient and the property was relatively quiet. Parking was also easy and accessible.

Cons:

The customer service was unacceptable. From the moment I checked in, I felt unwelcome due to the way I was looked at by the front desk staff. When I later requested clean towels, the housekeeping staff responded in a rude and dismissive manner. This treatment made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable during my stay. Staff should be trained to treat all guests with professionalism and courtesy.

Very good stay for one night
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised by staying here, sauna and swimming pool too. Rooms nice enough and bathroom modern with good pressure. Good free breakfast. I would definitely return here.

Cons:

Man at the reception desk I met not very helpful. Didn’t tell me what time breakfast was, had to ask other guests.

This place was ok but they could more welcoming.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. They upgraded me to a nicer room.

Cons:

The manager was nice and the older lady but the man boy and brunette female were not very hospitable or welcoming.
The place was more run down than shown in pictures. Could not sleep due to a barking dog, they did put me in a new room but my bed was never made, I did not get towels and had to go ask for them on second night. My ten year old found a vape in the couch. I asked to leave a night early and they did not approve a refund.

Pros:

The bathroom was spacious and the location was very convenient to the freeway and 711 store and Safeway was only 6 minutes away.

Cons:

Too much chlorine in the Pool and hot tub . Also, mold was on floor under several air conditioners in pool area (the pool and hot tub are indoors). It was also a mold like substance on the concrete around the perimeter of hot tub. I suffered an asthma attack because of the high chlorine levels and I had to leave the pool area and I never came back although we were there 4days.
