My stay wasn't like it usually be this time around my toliet stayed broken and the spa was cold
Pros:

The breakfast was ok and the room was ok upon arrival. The person in the morning was more better with communication than the person in the evening of my arrival.

Cons:

The spa was cold my toliet stopped working properly and the person who checked me in couldn't help me with my toliet situation so I had to use restroom downstairs outside of my room which was hard. I didn't have a ice bucket when I arrived and I didn't get my problem fixed at all I had to stay in a room with a broken toliet.

Room reeked of cigarette smoke
Initially sent to a dirty room, staff gave no apology but instead rolled their eyes and wrote down a new room number.

This room was very dated, would not stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast area well done. Good breakfast. Gym and pool was very well done.

Cons:

Room very dated, bathroom sink was in the bedroom??? old pillows, tiny tv with very few stations. Dated hallways. hallways were very noisy and door wouldn't hardly shut.
