Decently Located Hotel for Graduation Purposes
Pros:

The Courtyard by Marriott Dunn Loring Fairfax is in a great location, next to several restaurants, a supermarket, and a train station. I was able to stay here for three nights; it was extremely comfortable and relaxing, and the staff was more than accommodating with my room requests, even during graduation. If you want to secure a place for family visits or graduation purposes, this might be a good option near George Mason University. Also, even though housekeeping may not happen or might be delayed, being on the highest floor helped me sleep comfortably without any street noise at night. Overall, it is a decent hotel that delivers, and I would recommend that you book way in advance to secure the best rate possible before it increases dramatically close to special events, especially graduation.

The bartender was so friendly and personable. I was always greeted when I came in the door.

Have stayed here multiple times yet this time the price seemed much higher yet there weren't many cars in the garage

Close to the wedding venue and the price and the offer to waive the parking fee which I didn't realize one existed

Clean and quiet.
Pros:

We stayed here after a show at Wolf Trap. Was a reasonable distance from venue and easy to get there and back. Hotel was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Rooms were spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay for parking and the parking garage was tiny, very tight spaces. A nice Courtyard hotel though.
