We are currently operating under the martial law restrictions and therefore offering limited Services. The Breakfast Buffet will be served from 07:00 till 11:00. We are currently serving food & beverages in our lobby bar. You can order food and drinks from 13:00 till 22:30. You can order the same selection as well to your room, between 13:00 and 22:30, just dial the room service button. There are several Restaurants & Bars around the Hotel and you will be able to buy a selection of drinks via the Reception, 24/7. Please be informed that there is still a curfew in place from 00:00 till 05:00. The Gym is working 24/7. Sauna and steam bath available every day from 17:00 till 22:00. Infrared cameras available from 06:00 till 22:00. For any other additional Questions, please contact us.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Проживали в цьому готелі чотири ночі. І, на жаль, єдине, за що його справді можна похвалити - це вдале розташування.
1. Паркінг. На Booking.com зазначено, що паркінгу немає. Ми спеціально зателефонували до готелю, де підтвердили його наявність. Але під час заселення з'ясувалося, що місце потрібно бронювати заздалегідь! Про це нас ніхто не попередив. Вартість 600 грн за добу, додатково до проживання.
2. Питна вода. Гостям пропонують самостійно набирати воду у скляні пляшки. В обох пляшках ми виявили осад невідомого походження. Питання їхньої чистоти та дезінфекції залишається відкритим.
3. Халати. Їх надали лише на третю добу проживання. Невже підготовка номера до приїзду гостей - настільки складне завдання?
4. Чай. Два пакетики на чотири ночі. Після використання запаси жодного разу не поповнили. Справа не в чаї, а в елементарній увазі до гостей.
5. Рушники. Візуально чисті, але з відчутним запахом сигаретного диму. Абсолютно неприйнятно для готелю такого рівня.
6. Прибирання. Під ліжком шар застарілого пилу. Очевидно, чистота тут закінчується там, куди не потрапляє погляд гостя.
7. Проживання з твариною — 25 євро за добу. За чотири ночі — 100 євро додатково. При цьому не запропонували навіть мисок для їжі та води. В інших готелях за аналогічну плату надають лежанки, миски та ласощі. За що саме тут беруть такі гроші?
8. Оплата. Проживання, податки, паркінг і тварина — усе окремими платежами. При цьому комунікація щодо додаткових витрат залишає бажати кращого. Гість має розуміти повну вартість перебування ще до заселення.
9. Співвідношення ціни та якості. За $150 за ніч очікуєш не розкоші, а хоча б чистоти, підготовленого номера та уважного персоналу. На жаль, навіть ці базові стандарти тут не забезпечені.
Висновок: висока ціна та відома назва не роблять готель преміальним. Преміальним його роблять сервіс, чистота та повага до гостей.
