We are currently operating under the martial law restrictions and therefore offering limited Services. The Breakfast Buffet will be served from 07:00 till 11:00. We are currently serving food & beverages in our lobby bar. You can order food and drinks from 13:00 till 22:30. You can order the same selection as well to your room, between 13:00 and 22:30, just dial the room service button. There are several Restaurants & Bars around the Hotel and you will be able to buy a selection of drinks via the Reception, 24/7. Please be informed that there is still a curfew in place from 00:00 till 05:00. The Gym is working 24/7. Sauna and steam bath available every day from 17:00 till 22:00. Infrared cameras available from 06:00 till 22:00. For any other additional Questions, please contact us.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Чудовий готель, в самому центрі міста. Поруч є все що потрібно. Номери комфортні, персонал привітний.
Номер комфортний, чистий і світлий. Є все необхідне для проживання: капці, косметичні засоби та інші дрібниці. На поверсі є кулер із питною водою, тож воду можна набирати в будь-який час.
Сніданок досить різноманітний, є з чого обрати.
У готелі є підземний паркінг. Заїзд до нього трохи вузькуватий, але в мене автомобіль не маленький, і я спокійно заїхала без жодних труднощів.
Персонал дуже уважний і привітний.
Під час повітряної тривоги сирену добре чути навіть у номері, тож проспати її неможливо. На підземному паркінгу облаштоване укриття: є ліжка, пуфи та місця, де можна перечекати обстріл.
Локація теж дуже вдала - буквально за рогом знаходиться вулиця Рейтарська з великою кількістю затишних кафе, ресторанів і кав’ярень.
