We are currently operating under the martial law restrictions and therefore offering limited Services. The Breakfast Buffet will be served from 07:00 till 11:00. We are currently serving food & beverages in our lobby bar. You can order food and drinks from 13:00 till 22:30. You can order the same selection as well to your room, between 13:00 and 22:30, just dial the room service button. There are several Restaurants & Bars around the Hotel and you will be able to buy a selection of drinks via the Reception, 24/7. Please be informed that there is still a curfew in place from 00:00 till 05:00. The Gym is working 24/7. Sauna and steam bath available every day from 17:00 till 22:00. Infrared cameras available from 06:00 till 22:00. For any other additional Questions, please contact us.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Не було попередження бронювати паркомісце, адміністратор не пропонував цю послугу заздалегідь, сніданок також, стояв перед в'їздом на аварійці поки розібрався та сплатив, виїзд з паркінгу без попередження був на в'їзді, на сніданку багато людей та замалий зал, перейшли до бару.
地下にシェルターが有りましたので、避難する時は不便はなかったです。
部屋は高級でレトロな日本のラブホみたいだなと感じました。

While I usually love this hotel when I’m staying there, I have to admit that this time the payment process was a big disappointment for me. There was no indication that the hotel expects the payment to be done at the reception or via Portmone service, so I assumed it would just charge the card I indicated while booking. I booked a room for a work visitor and got a surprise call from them when upon arriving they could not check in because the hotel expected a payment from them in person. When I talked to the hotel receptionist via phone, they informed me that for some reason they couldn’t charge the card I indicated while booking the room. Because of the corporate mechanisms at my workplace, it was very painful to rearrange this payment and caused a delay during which my visitor was forced to wait at the reception.
While in the end it was solved (by me, not the hotel), a simple clarity at the booking stage could have prevented this disaster and I would simply choose a hotel that could charge the indicated card without causing trouble for my visitor.
Добрий і затишний готель. Розташування готелю дуже зручне в центрі , поблизу багато закладів де можна і попрацювати і гарно провести час.

Сніданок Шведська лінія, дуже різноманітний і вибір заслуговує respect.
Не попередили ,що парковка підземна платна, а потім коли ми вже виїхали, набрали і сказали ,що ми забули заплатити за паркування), звичайно ми заплатили ,але було якось не дуже , питання не у вартості, а в підході і лояльності), тут треба попрацювати)

На сніданку не завжди слідкують за тим, що закінчилось із їжі/напоїв, наприклад масло чи вода з льодом, приходилось звертати на це увагу персоналу
