Do not come here
Pros:

Nothing. It was gross, sketchy, and not as advertised

Cons:

There was something incredibly eerie about this hotel. My partner and I checked in despite how sketchy, gross, and unlike the listing the hotel was and went to our room. It felt extremely unsafe and there were large dead bugs in the shower so we left 10 min later

I couldn’t sleep whole night because I was coughing whole night, room smelled like cigarettes and mold. I did ask for nonsmoking room and owner said all rooms are nonsmoking, which unfortunately wasn’t the case. There was mold on shower curtain as well.

Pros:

Wir sind aktuell auf einem Roadtrip durch die USA. Da wir auf der Durchfahrt von New Mexiko nach Texas waren und es schon dunkel wurde, hat das Motel sehr gepasst.
Der Preis war sensationell. Das Zimmer war gross und das Bett sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Trotz direkten Autobahnanschluss haben wir den Verkehr nicht bemerkt. Nebenan ist eine Tankstelle wo man essen könnte. Wir kamen eher spät an, aber wurden so herzlich von „Herr Denada“ empfangen und haben tolle Gespräche geführt. Schön, solche Menschen auf der Reise treffen zu dürfen!

Cons:

Für diesen Preis nichts zu bemängeln.

Wonderful, quaint, no frills with a fabulous host
Pros:

Awesome host, central location to Hill Country attractions and towns.

Cons:

A little worn and no breakfast, but the stay was so great because of the host and location it didn't matter.

I read good reviews and thought it was a nice clean place, but it was dirty.

Clean motel with a friendly manager.
Pros:

Very kind staff made our stay comfortable and feel safe.
Clean sheets, comfortable mattress, good shower, working TV, nice hot water. Very reasonably priced for the location.
The staff made sure we are doing okay until departure.

Cons:

We found dust and mold on chair here and there, but for the price we were fine wiping them off by ourselves. Just look for hidden places for missed spots and you are fine.
