Pros:

The staff was fantastic. We stayed in about 10 different hotels during our family trip through Europe and the staff here was one of the best.

Cons:

If I had to pick something, I would say the location and only because we went during a heat wave. The hotel was about a mile walk from the historic center of Modena. We were walking close to 20,000 steps each day during our 5+ week trip so the distance was fine and the area was safe.

Большой номер. Чисто. Удобная кровать и подушки. Хороший кондиционер. Питьевая вода в номере.

Cons:

Wi fi слабый. Подключение к smart tv через интернет, соответственно не получилось.

Hotel Antigo, mas limpo, de fácil acesso e bom custo x benefício.
Pros:

O café da manhã era muito bom, variado e com produtos de qualidade. O senhor que atendia ao café da manhã foi muito gentil e interessado. Acredito que o hotel tenha sido ótimo quando abriu, os painéis de madeira que forram o quarto são bonitos e devem ter custado muito caro, porém precisam ser renovados, percebe-se que são antigos e que não há a manutenção necessária. O quarto estava bem limpo e as roupas de cama e banho também.

Cons:

O quarto parece pequeno e acho que se tirassem os painéis e armários, colocassem cortinas blackout e criassem um espaço mais adequado para apoiar malas, ele pareceria muito mais espaçoso e confortável. A iluminação é insuficiente, a noite é bem difícil de enxergar com clareza. A cama era firme demais e só tinha 1 travesseiro por pessoa, o que dificultava a acomodação. O banho era um pouco difícil de acertar a temperatura, ela oscilava entre quente e fria. O atendimento da recepção era cordial mas sem gentilezas.

Pros:

Ładny i czysty pokój, dobrze wyciszony.
Parking podziemny płatny, mały i ciasny.
Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Podczas posiłku miła obsługa.

Cons:

Pan z recepcji był bardzo niezadowolony, kiedy przy wyjeździe z podziemnego garażu nacisnęliśmy inny przycisk. Musiał zejść po schodach, nacisnąć go ponownie i okazać klientowi hotelu swoje niezadowolenie. To było bardzo nieprofesjonalne.
