Déçu...
Pros:

La literie pas confortable a notre gout... Chambre et salle de bain un peu vétuste
Nous avons connu de meilleurs déjeuners dans d'autres établissements.

Dans l'ensemble , nous n'avons pas trouvé cet établissement au top. Par ailleurs, nous sommes arrivés à 22h57 et l'hotesse n'a pas voulu nous encoder pour notre chambre et nous a directement proposé de faire le cehck-in seul à l'appareil qui était déffectueux. Pas cool de sa part étant seul avec mes deux enfants....
Nous avons mis 40 minutes pour pouvoir le faire via l'assistance par téléphone.
Nous ne reviendrons plus...

On the positive side, breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming when I checked in and checked out. They also spoke English, which was a real plus for me as I do not speak Italian.

The biggest issue with my stay was the bathroom. There was visible mould in the shower, which I found disgusting and very concerning from a hygiene perspective. I was so uncomfortable with its condition that I decided not to shower during my stay because I was worried about the risk of developing a fungal infection or other skin problems. I do not think guests should have to make that choice, as a clean and hygienic bathroom is a basic requirement for any hotel. This was by far the most disappointing aspect of my stay.

The room also had a noticeable smell of damp, and the furniture was poorly maintained. The fridge did not appear to be working or switched on. The room door was very stiff and made a lot of noise when closing. The duvet cover was put on the wrong way round, and there was only one pillow. Although the pillow was not a major issue, having two would have been preferable.

the mould in the shower and the general condition of the room significantly affected my stay. The bathroom, in particular, needs proper attention, as guests should be able to use basic facilities in clean and hygienic conditions.

Toto je takovy bizar, ze se to musi videt! Pracuju v hotelu a proto na to koukam asi jinak...hotel, ktery ma svou nejvetsi slavu za sebou, vybaveni, ktere je puvodni, zaslepene zasuvky uz se nedaji otevrit, pribite okenice, cely pokoj pripomina kajutu a je cely vestaveny a pulka nefunkcni...ale puvodni vybaveni je tak drahe, ze ho nebudou menit...snidane staci... vajíčka nejspis ze suseneho polotovaru, ale dobra poloha kousek od centra a dost parkovani venku zdarma. Protivna recepcni, ale perfektni mily housekeeping. Ale jak rikam, jedte se tam proste podivat😄, to se musi videt!

Stadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Wir konnten ein Familienzimmer buchen.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich.
Dusche läuft nicht ab. Klimaanlage am Nebengebäude ist so laut, dass man die Fenster nachts nicht öffnen kann.
Das Frühstück ist mehr als überschaubar und nichts für Genießer.
Schade...
