チェックイン時間より早く着いてしまったのに、チェックインさせていただきました。

予約の際に、枕を１つお願いしたのですが、用意されていませんでした。

Comfortable, convenient stay
Pros:

Conveniently located just a short walk away from the airport, perfect for catching an early morning flight. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were also very warm and helpful. The complimentary tea / coffee in the lobby was a nice gesture.

Cons:

Breakfast can be so crowded so if you go for it at popular timings, you might have to wait for some time to get a table. The food spread and quality is decent.

どの時間帯のフロントスタッフが、笑顔で親切だった。LIVE会場や空港から屋根のある通路で繋がっているので、移動がしやすい。

Pros:

旅館連結陸橋相當便捷，到達已經相當晚，但是員工們都還是很熱心有精神的服務。住的部分中規中矩。
早餐在另外一棟樓享用，途中能看到外面的海景，心曠神怡，早餐是自助式的，種類繁多，座位寬敞，服務態度同樣良好。
